The owner, Bobby Brown, was great up until he got my money then he turned ******-bag. After he left I noticed he cobbled together a two-foot section of backsplash into two pieces after it had dried and separated by a 1/4". He did fix this but didn't give me a heads up he was going to try a hack job. Then, we washed the new sink out with a NON-scratch sponge and the sink was scratched to all heck. He replaced it. The second one did the same. He came up with excuse after excuse, which were ultimately lies, for 3 months! Then, he completely ignored my phone calls and txts, when he was the one that was supposed to get back to me. After a month, he finally got back to me and I took a hit just to get my refund for the sink where I'm not going to have to pay an installer to finish his job. He only returned 8 missed calls and 6 txts because we have a mutual acquaintance that set him straight. Oh... and I just found out he decided on his own to extend my counter out a few inches but now left me less than 30" to get any appliances in or out of my kitchen... which is a complete novice mistake or just another lazy hack job because he didn't want to cut it again... this one I'm on the fence on but will again cost me to fix his incompetence.
