Description of Work: He placed some tile artwork over my kitchen sink where a window used to be. The art tiles were numbered but very irregular shaped pieces--more like a mosaic with big tiles. He did an excellent job, and will come back whenever I get the finished piece framed so that the grouting can be finished up, cleaned and sealed. A+!

Description of Work: Grout repaired; showered cleaned well. The new grout doesn't exactly match the color of the old, but it's close. Took about 2 hours to do the work. Only criticism is it wasn't clear that his first visit was only to assess the work he would need to do and we'd then need to schedule a 2nd visit. Otherwise, everthing was ok.

+ -1 moreWe have a pretty big area that he worked on. The price was reasonable. He just did a good job. He did what he said he was going to do and he got it done when he said he was going to do it. We will always use him for that kind of work.
Description of Work: The Grout Genius repaired some grout that had cracked. He put a lifetime seal on all of our granite while he was there.

+ -1 moreI received an estimate the day after I called and the service was performed within the week. We had about 480 square feet of Porcelain tiles that needed the grout fixed, it was not sealed properly so it looked awful. The Grout Genius came in and re-colored and sealed the grout and it looks like a brand new floor. They also re-sealed and grouted around the master shower pan and it looks great. They were on time which is a big plus since I was planning my work schedule around them. I would use them again.
Description of Work: They re-colored and sealed all our grout on about 480 square feet of Porcelain tile and re-grouted and sealed the master bathroom shower.

+ 0 moreThey did quite a bit of work as it was a fairly large house. They were very pleasant and very easy to work with. They seemed fairly down-to-earth. I would recommend them at least to our concerned local guys. They did a very good job and were very prompt. I had nothing to complaint about and I did not find any negative response from them. They came when they said that they would come unlike the other contractors these days who usually would not give a specific time of their arrival. When you called them after five hours they would say that they had forgotten and would ask as to when they could come, like there was nothing wrong with it. Their quality of work was hard to tell because we are not a messy couple.
Description of Work: We have used the services of The Grout Genie in September 2010. They sealed our bathroom which was all travertine. They sealed the tile throughout the rest of our house, four other bathrooms and the kitchen entry way.

He made a work appointment for within a week, arrived promptly, was professional and clean -- and the work appears very well done. I'm a little unsure on the price. He had a $125.00 minimum. Would my job be a little cheaper if not for that?
Description of Work: Contractor replaced a bathroom floor tile, regrouted the area and sealed the entire bathtub.
