I ended up fixing the problem and not needing the deal. This deal was refunded. They actually talked me through the fix on the phone and didn't want to charge me a thing.

Mitch arrived a little early, which was great. He was personable, courteous, professional. He worked really quickly and efficiently and did exactly as we asked him to. We lived on a 23rd floor and, although we have elevators, we also have two sets of stairs out front. He hand carried the old toilet down the steps and did not charge any extra beyond the $35 carry-off fee. We would hire him again and he will be our go-to plumber.

Plumber came onetime, removed old toilet and took it with him to discard for only $35 dump fee. Then he assembled the new toilet and installed it in the 3rd floor bathroom quickly. Left work area clean and was very professional. I recommend their services and will use them in the future.

We had purchased the Angie's List deal with Pinnacle Plumbing to install a garbage disposal. Mitch was precisely on time and quickly installed the garbage disposal and found a way to use the existing pipes to reconfigure so that there was still room for a garbage can under the sink. He was cordial, quick, and did a thorough job.

The work was completed quickly and correctly. No mess was left behind. Would definitely use Pinnacle again.

The owner, Mitch, showed up at the appointed time and went right to work. He had the installation complete, and he was out the door in little more than half an hour.It was good to see the job done and done right. His service was well worth the price.

He was prompt, courteous, and friendly and went right to work to connect the sink. The price for the 2 hours of labor was good. Just be aware that if you are not prepared with all the hardware you need, he can provide it (which is very convenient) but it will cost more than if you purchased it yourself.

Mitch did a great job. He arrived early and my mother was in the middle of feeding the dogs. Mitch was nice enough to leave and return 15 minutes later as our animals are a little fussy. I needed a plumbing hook up under the sink for a dishwasher. I have an old house and it needed to updated. It has the most rudimentary plumbing you could have.

The project was done pretty well and in time. Mr. Mitch and his crew completed the job as they promised with no delay.

It went reasonably well, not beautifully but good enough. He had to drill holes through the ceramic floor and he didn't have the right drill to do it. It all worked, it didn't look beautiful, but it was an adequate job.

I couldn't believe it! They got it done in 20 minutes!!! I thought they'd have to remove the granite counter top and sinks to get to remove the existing faucet and replace it.
