He was a very nice man. He worked quickly. The one thing that I found frustrating was that he went over time even after I had asked that he not go over. I ended up being charged for the additional 30 minutes of time that cost an extra $50.00. I think we needed better communication about going over time and the cost associated with that. I wish he had just stopped. He had to go through the wall to fix the plumbing which I was okay with. The way in which he cut the sheet rock, I will not be able to replace the piece but instead will have to hire someone to fix the issue which may include replacing the whole sheet of sheet rock. He did do a very nice job with the plumbing work.

The experience went very well. Mitch actually arrived a little ahead of schedule and went right to work installing the new garbage disposal. He was also able to repair a hot water issue in my master bathroom that essentially made the tub/shower unusable. There was no hot water (only cold water) that was coming out of the tub faucet/shower head - even though there was plenty of hot water coming to the sink in this same bathroom, and hot water was coming through just fine to the rest of the bathrooms in the house. It turns out that the shower valve/cartridge was worn out. Mitch was able to track down a replacement part, pick the part up, and re-install everything so it's as good as new. He was very courteous and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Pinnacle again for plumbing services.

I just bought a house and was having it cleaned and painted before family arrived (within 1 week!), but my major concern was some issues with the shower. The hot/cold knob was stripped on the inside, so it took forever to heat/cool down and then to find the perfect 'spot' for it to stop dripping. Also, the overflow mechanism wasn't attached/working and the downspout was leaking. I had to get this fixed within 2 or 3 days or no one could take a shower! I called Mitchell, told him of my dilemma. He said he could do it in a day or 2. The day he actually ended up doing the work was the same day I was moving, so he totally went out of his way to pick up the keys from my old house, go get the parts, go to the new house, repair the shower...and then when I arrived, he let me know he also repaired a super slow drain in the bathroom sink that I hadn't even told him about. I also mentioned to him that my dishwasher was leaking, he looked at it and said he actually had the same exact one and it had problems that were out of his scope of work, but made some suggestions about what to do and who to call. Mitchell was great, so accommodating and nice! I highly recommend him!

Mitch of Pinnacle Plumbing quoted a price for a Kohler Pressure Lite Toilet which is a higher end model, and communicated through emails. He was also very helpful in helping me solve a previous drain problem with a Dornbracht drain, helping me order a part needed to fix the problem. He arrived on time, was prompt, and is very professional and communicative in what is taking place. He also did some extra caulking around the kitchen sink and tightened up a Grohe kitchen faucet even though he didn't have the needed tool to do so, and had to call a distributor to find out what of his tools would suffice to fix the problem. Excellent customer service!!!!

Mitch showed up 5 minutes before scheduled time. He went to work promptly assessing what needed to be done. He fixed the toilet that was leaking in two places and also repaired a sink in another bathroom. He also went to plumbing store to get the required supplies needed to do the repairs. Excellent customer service. Everything went perfectly. Highly recommended.

Fabulous. He was on time, professional and stayed on task. Finished on time as well. He had all the parts that were needed with him. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I would hire him again in a hearbeat.

Mitch came out and changed out a leaking kitchen value. He also installed a new water heater. I had him return to move some plumbing for a remodel. We had a problem with the water heater that was not working because of manufacturing defect. Mitch is coming out on his own time to replace a part and get it running. He has been great and will do anything to make things right. I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE. I have already given his name to others.

had purchased a Big Deal on Angie's list for 2 hours of plumbing work and arranged to have a leaky exposed pipe replaced in the basement and also said I had a slow running sink in the kitchen. He responded right away and arranged for a time and date. He was right on time when he came. He replaced the pipe successfully and it took only an hour even with him leaving to buy parts. He said he didn't have a snake on the truck for the slow running sink; but had some powerful drain cleaner that would work. The drain cleaner caused a leak in the pipe. I do not assign blame for that leak. The pipe was old and he thought it might have had a slight leak already. He then arranged to come three days later, on a Saturday, to replace an old section of kitchen drain and drain line under the cabinet and in the crawl space. The work was done well. He left me an invoice and a note stating that the kitchen drain line was plugged and I needed to have it snaked. I called because I thought that the original problem of the slow running drain would be fixed. He explained that he did not have a snake for that width of pipe and that I would have to call a plumber specializing in drains. He gave me a referral for one such company. I wish that would have been explained to me when he originally came on Wed. That way I could have arranged for someone to come for the following Monday before my new tile flooring was installed on Tues. As it was, because of this misunderstanding, calling a different company on Sat. meant that they had to do the job after the brand new tile was laid.

I called them and unfortunately had to get a refund because they were too busy. Mitchell sounded like a great guy on the phone and the company seemed trustworthy.

Even before my appointment with Mitchell, I had called him to ask questions regarding replacement of toilets. I called him a few times to ask advice, and to see what I could expect. I was debating on purchasing the Angie's plumbing labor special for 2 hours. Given Mitchell's patience and advice, I decided to purchase the special. I was very happy that I did. Mitchell arrived at my home at 8:00 sharp--the time of my appointment. He had picked up the 3 toilets I had purchased from Lowes, and didn't charge me. From the very start he was very curtious and professional. He was also a very quick worker. Right after he introduced himself, he explained what he would be doing. After that he went right to work assembling and replacing the toilets. It took exactly 2 hours of service to do what he did. I would definately use Mitchell again and will be recommending him to my friends and co-workers.

Using an Angie's List coupon, I scheduled Pinnacle Plumbing (formerly affiliated with Square One Electrical) to install my new bathroom sink & vanity combo. Mitch showed up a few minutes early, and he was pleasant and professional.He installed the sink-vanity combo efficiently and expertly. When the style of the sink didn't work with the existing plumbing, he got some quirky bit of pipe to make things work. He also tightened the kitchen faucet and re-installed the toilet tank. Addtionally, he helped me carry the old sink to my garage (thanks, Mitch!). Before the end of the year, I expect to need more plumbing work on my old house--and I will call Mitch for that.

I saw on Angie's list that Pinnacle Plumbing Services was offering a big deal: 2 hours of labor for $152.Since I had some things that needed to be fixed, I decided to give them a call.The very next day, Mitch came out and was able to fix all three things that same day! Mitch was pleasant and explained things thoroughly. I was impressed that everything was taken care of in such a short period of time!

Excellent service, start to finish. Due to nurapathy in my left hand, I am limited in my typing so cannot address "start to finish" expeience.

Mitch has done plumbing work before for us with another company. He was wonderful then and he's wonderful now. He replaced two underperforming toilets for us. He had great suggestions of the type we should get, he was available to do the work within our time frame, and his prices were very fair. (I had had two other plumbers out who charged me a lot of money to "fix" each of the toilets and it was a total waste of money. Mitch's suggestions were the perfect solution.)I recommend Mitch without reservation. In fact, we are going to be doing a master bath remodel and he will be our pick for a plumber. Aside from being cost effective, efficient and timely, he's a really nice and personable guy.

I called Mitch Kahl who I found on Angie's List. He answered immediately, and I told him I was having a problem getting the hot and cold water knobs to turn off to the bathtub. He came out that day, and as I had suspected, the pipes to the bathtub needed to be replaced. This house was built in 1930, so it had really old plumbing. I received a estimate that day, and accepted it. Within a day or two, Mitch was here as promised, and even called me when he was on the way. He replaced the pipes, and did a great job. He had given me the name of someone to replace the surround I think you call it around the tub. I had received an estimate and accepted that also. As soon as Mitch was done, the work began to install new surround. It looks amazing and am very pleased. My total down time for using the bathtub was only two days, and I have two bathrooms so it was not a problem. I would reccommed Mitch Kahl to anyone I know for plumbing problems. Victoria

Mitch was very prompt at each appointment, and had very prompt communication. Email and Phone. I called him in to replace a combo shower/tub faucet, but he suggested that replacing the cartridge would fix our problem and save me money. He had to order the parts and returned at a later date to install the cartridge in the faucet. At the same time I had him set a show pan and drain for our master bath shower. Great service, I will be calling him first when we remodel our kitchen.
