Description of Work: Glenn was a great help to us with our mouse problem! He spent about two hours with us during his visit and determined where our problem areas were as well as what we needed to do to trap them and fill the holes. We have since been in touch and received a lot of great advice. All of this and he never charged us a dime!

Description of Work: Called to inquire about service. Owner was enroute from a job and offered to stop by my home and assess my situation. He did and left me with some mice traps in the garage where he thought the mice might be entering. He only charged me $25.00. I caught 2 mice on the traps he set. I haven't seen any since then. I will definitely hire him again.

Description of Work: I live adjacent to a green way with lots of pests and critters. Glenn provided an estimate for general inspection in my crawl space and exterior perimeter. He was flexible in accommodating my work schedule. Did the work requested as scheduled. Charged less than his estimate. Provided good advice for on-going ant, yellow jacket, termite, rodent control. If I need work in the future, Glenn will be my first choice

 + -1 moreIt was a very positive experience. After I initially called the company, Glenn stopped by to take a look within 30 minutes of my first call to him! He was out the next morning to take care of the carpenter ant problem. He also brushed off a few paper wasp nests from under the eaves.
Description of Work: I had carpenter ants in one of my bedrooms. Glenn, the owner and operator of the company, inserted appropriate spray between the lower wall and the baseboards of that room. He also sprayed outside along the foundation around the whole house.

 + -1 moreThis company arrived on time, earlier than expected, and performed a thorough inspection of my home. During the inspection the inspector explained each step he was taking and what signs to look for to identify pest infestations. He explained what chemicals are currently used to control pests and also what methods are used. I saved several thousand dollars by avoiding an expensive (about $4,000), pest control treatment that I really did not need. He did not charge me for the inspection!
Description of Work: The company provided a home inspection and advice about controlling pests in my home.

 + -1 moreHe really acted more as the contractor advising me about the other sub and checking on the quality of their work. I'm only sorry he just deals with ants, mice and rodents because I could have used his reassuring manner for the possums. I will certainly call him if I get critter trouble again.
Description of Work: He assessed the property inside and out, gave me 2 kinds of traps and advised me about who to contact next for problems that were beyond his scope. He gave me a week to clear the vegetation from around my house and fence and then sprayed the ground thoroughly. I haven't had a return of carpenter ants and as a bonus, no more sugar ants either.

 + -1 moreWe had been trying to correct our carpenter ant problem ourselves, but were not very successful. We went to the local hardware store in Wemme and they gave us Glenn's name and phone number. They said he did spraying for a lot of the houses and business establishments in the area. We called Glenn and he met me at the house and did a very complete inspection of the premises, both inside, under the house and outside. He explained to me where they were coming from, and his plan to get rid of them. He wanted to spray when it was dry, so I gave him keys to the cabin and he sprayed while we were out of town. Everything was completed as promised, and we have not seen an ant since then. Would highly recommend Glenn and Oregon Insect and Rodent Control.
Description of Work: We had extensive carpenter ants at our Mountain cabin. Glenn Jones sprayed under the house, inside the house and outside. Killed everything. No signs of any ants since.

Description of Work: Glenn came out to my home to look at the termites I had discovered over the weekend. He identified which type of termites I had and helped me come up with a solution to my problem. He showed me other at risk areas and because the termites were only in my flower bed area told me how to eliminate them myself. Luckily, my home was termite free.
