Description of Work: Rental house on my property had sluggish tub drain. They came and cleaned it out. |Then in a short time, the kitchen sink drain plugged up so they came again and cleaned it out. Very good service, the guys are always really nice to deal with.

Description of Work: Victor came out and pumped the 2 tanks on our property, found the distribution boxes and scoped the lines. Then he drew a map of the system for our records. Very pleasant to work with and willing to answer all of our questions.

Description of Work: I live in an old house and my sink drain was totally clogged. He reamed out the pipes and made sure they worked. He had to do it twice to get it cleared. Guy was very nice and professional. It was a $150 flat fee. And I will uses this guy's services again.

Description of Work: Did not show up so I phoned and was told things were busy at the office and they were running late. Arrived and did not remember what service the appointment was for. Did not have any notes at all about the structure of my home. I had to leave before the work was done. The problem was fixed.

Description of Work: They cleared out the pipes from the house to the city sewer connection. It solved the problem. They were professional, on time and reasonably priced. I hope I don't have to use their services again for that problem, but I would use them again for plumbing needs that come up.

Description of Work: We had what appeared to be a sewer line clog that I could not reach with my snake. Called Westside and got an appointment within five hours. They gave me precise details about cost of service.They called, as promised, before they came and arrived ahead of schedule. The drain clean out was rusted shut but the service person did access it, replacing the old cast-iron plug with a plastic one. Removing the clog was quite easy and heat used a cutter head to clean out some small roots. In all, it was a very satisfactory job with no surprises. Although the price per hour seems a bit high to me, he did eliminate a special charge for accessing the line through the basement because our basement has easy access.

Description of Work: Called them after receiving refer all from 2 plumbers for rain water clogging on our crawling space and pond. Victor picked up the call and accommodated to come over weekend with no overtime charge. He gave the cost over the phone for $600 . He came first cleaned the pond and crawling space which is just enough to crawl. He also found the sump pump on our backyard which previous owner had installed to keep rain water coming in. He checked that for us and give advice how to take care of it in future which saved us $1000s of dollars of repairs I was thinking . Great job , only complain I would have was the price was little High to clean the drainage

Description of Work: Every quarter West Side Drain comes and adds enzymes to our old gray water tank that is only one foot deep so it drains slowly. the enzymes facilitate the draining quite well. They also have cleaned our septic tank. They are very professional, explain everything to us before they do it and ask if we have any questions. they always clean up everything very well. They are honest and dependable. I really am pleased to know they understand our septic system. Thank you Dave and Arthur!

+ 1 moreI had to replace our main line from our house to our septic tank because the pipe had become disconnected to the tank and was corroded. I had already hired a plumber, who is a personal friend, to replace the pipe, but he wanted me to get the septic tank flushed before he got to work. I called WSD and they arrived 2 hours later. The did charge to dig to the lid on the septic tank ($95 an hour to dig!) and luckily we hit the lid on the first dig. The got the job done in less than 2 hours and they gave me a 10% discount for paying with cash. The thing I appreciated most was that they gave me a lot of info and tips to give to my plumber when replacing the pipe. They offered to do the job for about $1000, which was a great price (the original estimate for Jack Howk Plumbing and Rescue Rooter was $5000!) but my plumber was charging me the same price and I had already had him pick up supplies and he is a friend so I stuck with him. WSD was still professional enough to give me advice and handled the entire project professionally. If I have any other septic or drain issues I will certainly consider them for the project.

+ -1 moreDavid and his crew were very prompt and got right down to the job. I was allowed to see the inspection while David explained what we were seeing and what we didn't whant to see. They were done in a flash and I have the added knowledge of what sort of shape my 1950's sewer is in. A very worthwhile process and a great company to do the work.

+ 0 moreWhen we started digging to prepare a foundation for an addition we found a very old septic tank. All work on our project stopped until the septic tank could be decommissioned. West Side Drain came out the very same evening and pumped the tank quickly and efficiently and for a decent price. Because they acted so quickly we were able to get the city to decommission the septic tank within 24 hours and we were back on track in no time! Thanks West Side Drain!
