AQUA GUTTER SERVICE LLC

Short story. I had one company unplug the gutter drains and this company was going to clean the gutters. The company that was here unplugging the drains also cleans gutters - I didn't realize that. Since Aqua Gutter Service had not contacted me yet, I had Unpluggers go ahead and do the cleaning. I'm confident that Aqua Gutter Service would have been fine, but Unpluggers actually did a little extra work at no charge and so I wanted to give them more work if I could. Had Aqua Gutters Service called me and scheduled, I would not have cancelled - they weren't late so I really have no beef.

We had a hard rain after the gutters were done and unfortunately, we discovered that one significant gutter was missed in the front and is clogged.. Other than that, I believe all the gutters were satisfactroily complete Kerri Robinson

Very well...in the end. I was quite sure that the cap installation was being done incorrectly, but after much effort on the installer's part and confirmation from the cap mnufacturer, I acknowledged that, although it still seemed illogical to me, he knew what he was doing and he was doing it correctly. I probably should have paid him extra for putting up with my "pain in the butt" resistance, but of course, I did no such thing. His price was substantial enough...not unreasonable, but certainly substantial enough. His workmanship was very professional, and I will call on him again to do gutter work on my home.

It went well. He recommended reconfiguring a downspout that was the main culprit for gutter overflow during moderate to heavy rain. This was a problem that I knew about. He came out the same day I call for service. Quick and efficient job. I am happy with this service and would definitely recommend the business to friends and neighbors.

I talked to Lorenzo directly and he was able to come out right away with an assessment and bid. He was very fast and professional. I am still blown away by the cost and quality. He did a better job than the gutters I previously had installed. I would recommend him to everyone.

Provider was found on Angie's Big Deals! Provider called promptly after my email, and we were able to schedule a site visit with them right away. They came to the site and gave us a very reasonable bid. Installation was done in a very professional manner, looks great, and they went out of their way to install the gutter on our storage shed. Just like most of the big deals that I have bought the cover always looks better than the book. The always find extra ways to charge you a lot more but you have already paid for part of the service and it is usually non-refundable.

Lorenzo was quick to perform work, coming the day after I spoke with him. Very courteous and focused to do a great job. Which he absolutely did.

It was fine. They were very tidy. I also asked them questions about how my roof looked because we had a major storm and there were shingles that were blown and they were very nice and they walked around the roof and looked and said they found no holes.

Had to pay a little extra as the back side of the house is 3 stories.

I will continue to use their services in the coming years.

He did not keep in touch. Said he would be back when the weather was clear, but did not come the couple days when it did clear up. The roofer, Rodrigo of Nail it Roofing, who was recommended to me by Lorenzo of Aqua Gutter Svc, contacted Lorenzo and told him to contact me. Also, I paid Aqua Gutter Svc. $225 for his services, which is what I was quoted for the job. I had forgotten that I had already paid you, Angie's List, $99 of that $225 owed, which presumably had already been paid to him, or will be paid to him, so in fact I was overcharged.

It went very well. He came when scheduled, installed the gutter covers and left no mess upon departure. Very good workmanship.

Hired them for a gutter cleaning special. They came out the next week and cleaned the gutters, and cleaned the roof for a small additional fee. I asked if they were able to move a gutter drain from one side of the house and they did it no problem for a small fee. Really happy with the ease of this.

We ran into a lot of problems with communication regarding when the job would be done, and how much it would cost. I cancelled the job and requested a refund.

I wasn't terribly happy. The deal said you would get an extra charge if there's more than a couple of floors and they demanded $20 to do the extra job. We have a split level house, one floor in front and then 2 in back, but I felt we were covered by the 2 floors but they didn't. As far as doing the actual work I think they did an OK job. Because of the demand for the extra $20 I wouldn't cal them back.

The crew showed up timely and cleaned the gutters. When they were finished, the lead man told me he also blew the roof and wanted to be compensated. If blowing off the roof was not part of the special, I would have wanted him to tell me that up front and negotiate the extra service before he did it. I paid him extra for blowing off the roof but won't use this company again.

The quality seems to be holding up well.

I called this morning. He was working in the neighborhood and popped over almost immediately to give me an estimate. We scheduled for later in the day. He returned with his assistant, they cleaned the gutters and downspouts. Quick, efficient, nice to work with, and very professional.

It was a special deal for $99, but it didn't cover all the gutters on my house & garage (I have a 3 bedroom house). I had to pay an additional $100. However, that seemed like a fair price, it's a dangerous job to be on a ladder. And they did a good job.

Contacted Aqua at about 10AM. Lorenzo and his assistant showed up at time promised that same day, inspected area to be repaired and gave me an estimate agreed to. Worked performed to satisfaction in about 2-3 hours.

The work turned out well. I would recommend them highly.
