Lorenzo, is a very customer oriented person and was willing to come out to our home on short notice to install the gutters on the back side of our home. He did an excellent job and the gutters look great. He installed them for a good price and we are very happy with his work.

Aqua Gutter Service (Lorenzo) was prompt with my bid and in a few days was on site to replace old gutters with new. Lorenzo performed to my upmost satisfaction and his price was very fair. If you wish a clean, honest, and most of all, a quality job with your old gutters, Aqua Gutter Service is the right move.

My experience was wonderful. I had a small job to do but Lorenzo was happy to take it on. He came on the same day, did the replacement in about an hour took all the debris with him, was easy to work with. The job looks great. I happy with the work. I would use him again.

He gave us an estimate on a Thursday and offered to do the work that day! We weren't available and so he did the work on a Saturday. Everything looks great and the gutters now drain correctly. We're very pleased.

We contacted Aqua on a Thursday, They came out to estimate the job and provide some suggestions on Friday. The work was performed on the following Tuesday. Lorenzo (the owner) came out and did all the work himself, working quickly and efficiently.

Lorenzo was recommended to us in 2008 as a gutter expert who could repair a poorly installed stretch of gutter near our front entrance which dripped. We called him and were very pleased with that repair. In 2009 he was in the neighborhood and stopped by to check the work. To see if his repair had in fact cured the problem. While here, he offered to clean our gutters for no charge. Also, if the customer logs on to Angie's list and files a report, Lorenzo will clean your gutters for free. Now that is GREAT customer service! In January one of our huge Doug Firs dropped a limb on the house severely damaging a side gutter, so I called upon Lorenzo again. Again, he fixed us up, coming out on a Sunday afternoon. It was a small job, but he treated it no less professionally. Additionally, I asked that he look around the sky lights for the cause of a small leak we'd recently noticed in our kitchen. He obliged and identified what proved to be the cause. A nail had worked loose in a piece of flashing. He applied a bit of silicone and told us to call him if that didn't correct the problem. We've had no leak to date, and the rain has poured down. The bottom line is : We'll never need another gutter company !

Everything went well; Lorenzo takes pride in his work. At several points, he asked for approval to change my design to make it look nicer. It does look nice. I reccomend him.

Our older home was missing gutters and downspouts in several places all along the wraparound porch roof and house. We also had a few spots where the gutter was leaking that needed repair. Lorenzo called me back right away, came to give the estimate that same day, and wrote up what we considered a very fair price quote for the work. He was available right away so we were happy to have him come back and get the work done, which he did. He was punctual, polite,and knowledgeable about gutter and downspout placement. Places where our roof was in poor condition, he added a metal piece to better direct the flow of water into the gutter. He was also observant & suggested a better downspout placement based on the line of the roof. Lorenzo's work was done quickly and carefully and our gutters look great! After having SO many terrible experiences with contractors, it was a huge relief to hire someone who knew what they were doing, did what they said they would do, and left the place clean and in better shape than when they arrived.

Lorenzo showed up on time and worked all day to get the job done. He cleaned up after himself and even swept my roof while he was up there. Lorenzo did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone. His prices were good, I had gotten estimates from a few other company's and he was a few hundred lower then those.

Entire job took less than an hour. Very competent and professional. Was the low bid for the job.

Lorenzo offered to come do the estimate on the day I called him. I couldn't be home, so we setup a time in a couple days. He arrived promptly and showed me samples of two types of gutters. He made some suggestions for downspout placement including eliminating a "funky" one. He is very personable and aptly answered all my questions. A week later he arrived early and replaced my gutters and downspouts. After he did the first section, he had me look at it to make sure I was happy with it. They cleaned up and took away the old gutters. I really appreciate Lorenzo's ability and interest in making my system more simple and functional. I had a couple estimates done by big companies who sent out estimators and the work would be done by other workers. I asked them about changing the "funky" downspout; they wanted to just replace everything as it was.

Lorenzo was great! he came out and gave me a bid the same day I called him and was able to install gutters with in a week of the bid.

His job was very clean. There were few things we could not make our mind about and he had to come back twice more before finishing the job. I highly recommend him.

I needed some work on my downspouts. Lorenzo was a pleasure to work with. He has a "no problem" attitude and good ideas. As a matter of fact, I did not listen to one of his ideas and when he did one part the way I requested, it looked awful and I had him come back and do the work the way he had suggested, and it now looks great!

Lorenzo is truly a class act. He's a perfectionist who looks after his customers long after the bill is paid.

Lorenzo is smart! He shaped a piece of gutter material to slip in under our flashing and sealed up all of the openings along the flashing with a quick drying and tough sealant. He directed water from the hose onto the roof to test the work. His solution channeled the water away from the flashing and the house and more strongly toward the gutter. It's 100% fixed! Next I asked if he'd install a rain chain for me near the corner of an adjacent gutter just off our patio which he was happy to do. I learned a few things from watching Lorenzo work. He was undoubtedly trained by a master as he's a perfectionist and very pleasant to be around. And he didn't step on one of my little plants! This guy is Good!

Lorenzo was professional and quick. I called him one day and he completed the work the next day.
