It went fine and they did a good job. He initially said that he was going to charge me more because of the height of my house and then I pointed him to the section on the "Big Deal" ad that the price was available for 1 or 2 story houses without regard to height so then he backed up. He was having a hard time clarifying how he wanted to price and what rules he wanted to put in there when Angie's List was putting the ad up for him. It was a little tense for a few minutes but he was very understanding. It was fine. They took everything with them. They didn't leave any mess or leaves on the ground or anything like that.

It went very well. We had to pay a little more than the Big Deal because I think we have a little bit more gutters than the deal covered, but it was just fine. The came a day ahead and checked everything out and gave us a price. It only took about 30 minutes and they were very good. Using them is a whole lot faster than when I do it. They seemed to know wheat they were doing and it didn't take them any time at all.

I set up an appointment with Lorenzo to quote gutter replacement on my home. I waited for over 45 minutes. Lorenzo never did call or show up. I guess business is real good. Would not recommend a contractor who cares so little for work.

Lorenzo came to do the job the day after I purchased the original deal. He was prompt and very professional. We went around the house to note the initial work, then he went around again to measure before getting started. Once they got started with the cleaning, they were done in less than an hour. Then we went around the house again to note possible future problem areas.

He did a good job, and left no mess. We couldn't tell he had been there except the gutters were empty. He did not mind dealing with our Black Lab that was in the back yard.

The quality of their work was great. There was some communication issues due to the holidays, but there were very few problems. I definitely recommend them to other people and I would use them again.

These guys were great! They came over and inspected all the gutters and called me back with a quote within a day. When they called me back, they said they could start the work within an hour if I gave them the go ahead. I pulled the trigger and told them I would drive home on my lunch break and meet them. When I got there. They had all the gutters up and the old gutter down along with some ugly roof attachments that were causing dry rot on my fascia board. He gave me some tips on cleaning and cleaned the top of the covered area to show how well the gutters worked. I am definitely calling these guys when it's time to replace the rest of my vinyl gutters with the continuous aluminum.

Prompt, efficient, friendly and effective. Charge was slightly higher than agreed.

It went well. I bought the $99.00 coupon and of course that didn't cover everything. He added another $68.00 because of the size of my house.

Lorenzo called and set a time to meet with me. He arrived on time and he took his assistant and ladders to go do the job. He then came to the door and told me he could not clean the gutters because I have an attached screen on the plastic gutters and they would break if he removed the screen to get into the gutters. I asked him what I would need to do and he suggested getting new gutters. He said he would call me later today with an estimate. Then he left.

Overall it went well. There were some communication issues re scheduling the visit and I had been under the impression that they were just coming over to look at the house when in fact they were there to do the work. But the work was done quickly, thoroughly, and neatly. THe workers were polite and professional.

It went great. Easy to schedule an estimate and Lorenzo did a nice job figuring out a solution to our gutter / downspout problem and gutter cleaning.

I had numerous leaks from clogged gutters and downspouts on my three story tall house. Lorenzo and his employee arrived on time, and worked diligently on tall ladders to find all the problems. It was a wet and messy job on a cold day, but they were cheerful and professional, and got the job done. I would definitely hire them again.

Our gutter on one side of the house had an improper slope. It held water until it filled up, then it pooled over the side right into the foundation. Called 3 different providers and Lorenzo came out the next day to take a look and gave my wife an estimate right away. I did hear back from another provider, but they were booked for a whole month. He is clearly busy and popular too, but he still came out and fixed the problem the day after the estimate. His phone rang a few times while he was on the ladder from other potential clients. He and the other worker with him got the gutter positioned properly, nailed into place, and cleaned out the gutter in about a half an hour. I asked him about gutter guards and he showed me the ones he preferred and where to buy them. The real test of course will be to see how the gutters handle the next torrential downpour!

They stopped by to give estimate and said they could address the problem during that visit. Once the gutter was realigned it was determined additional flashing was needed. They didn't have it with them so returned in a couple of days and completed the job.

On 10/29/13 I called Angie's List for a recommendation as my computer was not available. I asked for only recommendations with a top rating. 1st on their short list was Aqua Gutter. I immediately called and spoke with Lorenzo and made appointment for that day. He never showed! I called that evening and he promised to come following day. I have yet to here from anyone at Aqua Gutter. I am very disappointed with all involved.

He was so nice. He came out the day I called him to give me a quote. He was early. He came out and did such a wonderful job. There was no mess and he even did a few repairs( he put in a few nails). I will use him form now on because he was that good and I highly recommend him. He even takes the garbage with him. I am just pleased with the whole experience

I was completely amazed at how wonderful this service went. Not only did they show up early, but they were polite, professional and quick. The thing I was most pleased with was that a couple minutes after I had decided which style of gutter I wanted to have hung, they came to the door and told me we had a problem... Living in a hundred year old house - this is not what you want to hear, considering there is ALWAYS a problem. It turns out the roll that they had received from the warehouse wasn't "up to par" and the gentlemen told me he was unwilling to hang the gutters if they were in this condition (the outside was able to be scratched off to reveal the metal underneath). He very easily could have hung them and I would have never known the difference, but instead he went back to the warehouse to get a satisfactory roll, and came back to finish the job the same day. On top of their excellent service, they were also the least expensive. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to get new gutters on their house.

I I found Aqua Gutter on Angie's List and called and left a message requesting an estimate for new gutters and downspouts. Lorenzo returned my call the next day. He stopped by a few days later and explained very thoroughly what sort of gutters and downspouts he would install. He also confirmed that our fascia boards, which we thought might need replacing, only needed re-priming and painting. His bid for the gutter job was extremely reasonable (I got three other bids with the price for the same work varying wildly) and he clearly knows his stuff, so I told him we would like him to do the job. When I expressed concern that we wouldn't be able to get a painter this late in the season to do the relatively small job of painting the fascia boards, he offered to get one of his guys to come to our house on a weekend and do it. We agreed to provide the primer, paint, and supplies. The rainy weather had already started, the forecast was for more, and Aqua Gutter was extremely busy. We made a verbal agreement that Lorenzo would get the painting started as soon as time and weather allowed, and then do the gutters; probably toward the end of September. Weather finally cleared first weekend in October and Lorenzo phoned to say he could do the job that Sunday. He came by and removed the old gutters the evening before. He and his employee arrived on time the next morning, went right to work and finished the entire job by late afternoon. The work was done with care and Lorenzo answered all of our questions. We especially liked that he was on-site almost the entire time. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work and in doing a high quality job. We were completely satisfied and will hire Aqua Gutter in future for any work we need done.

Service was excellent. The contractor worked with our schedule, fitted us in earlier than expected, arrived on time and completed the job quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and were overall very flexible. The facia boards needed to be scraped, repaired and painted (which I did) but Aqua Gutters came out and removed the gutters before they came and did the installation so that I had time to repair the facia boards before the installation. In addition when I wanted something changed with the way the gutters drained they were very cooperative in making the changes.

Lorenzo was very prompt to answer the call and provide service for my 91 year old mother. He came right out to the job and was very efficient and quick. I was hoping he might be able to provide a solution to the problem over the long run, but I'm not sure if my mother was able to communicate this to him; in any case, she seemed pleased that he came out so quickly. One might want to agree on a price for the work ahead of time to avoid any confusion. There were many other companies in the gutter repair section; my mother called three of them who had listed gutter repair as part of their services, and all of them said they didn't do that anymore, would need to wait until November or no longer provided that type of service; I recommend that they should remove their names from this section.

Lorenzo arrived as scheduled, immediately looked at the problem area, identified several areas that needed attention and named the cost for the work before he began. He was meticulous in his assessments, investigated contributing causes of the problem and used a running-water test to evaluate the results of his work. He was prompt, efficient and focused on completion of his work to my satisfaction.

Lorenzo responded quickly to an email contact, and followed up a few days later with an estimate. I explained and showed Lorenzo some of the problem areas and I was impressed that he specifically addressed those in the service. Lorenzo arrived today to do the work, two days after the estimate. Lorenzo and his assistant immediately went to work on the gutters. The problem areas were thoroughly cleaned and a sealer was applied to prevent the leaks at the corners. The crew made sure I saw that the leaks were indeed corrected which was nice. As an added bonus, Lorenzo and assistant also cleaned off the built up moss on the North side for no charge. Easily the best bucks I've spent this summer. Not only was this service cheaper than an emergency room visit, it was also nice not having to fall 20 feet to my demise. :) From now on, I'm just calling Aqua each fall to receive GREAT service for a REASONABLE price.

They did an excellent job. They put clean outs in. They went above and beyond what I expected. They cleaned up well after they were done. I was very pleased.

When giving me an estimate, they walked around the house and explained exactly what needed to be done. Discussed with me exactly what I wanted. Stayed within their estimate. Checked back to make sure everything was OK.
