Absolutely great experience. I was looking to insulate and seal my garage from my bedroom. I have rough cut beams and 2x6 T&G decking that was not a standard distance apart (meaning there was no way to fit fiberglass insulation in at all, and then put in some kind of vapor barrier). Spray foam was the answer. Very professional, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up when they were finished, and even locked-up for me when they left (I had to go to work). I would highly recommend them for anything you need done!

Lowe s installed attic insulation in a mountain cabin we own. They kept us informed about job date, arrival time, and they showed up when they said they would, did a great job, and cleaned up after completing the job! We ve had other contractors who just failed to show and never communicated with us. This company has great customer service!! If you have insulation needs, call them you ll not regret it.

Everyone from sales to installation were great. All my questions were answered cheerfully. Installation was on schedule, clean up was thorough and the 2 man crew was respectful of my property. They showed pics as they went along and did little extras not on my bid. The day after we had blistering hot weather and I noticed a remarkable difference in the house - I am so much more comfortable and winter should be better too. Looking forward to lower electric bills.

Even with some confusion about the scope and size of the job, both the office staff - and especially the crew, did their best to adapt to our wishes and make the project a success. They worked hard and well, cleanup was excellent, and any questions were handled cheerfully without hesitation, both in our home and at their office. We had another bid for a fraction of the cost, but this company showed that their work was more valuable and professionally done. After the final payment we still have their cooperation.

I had a great experience with this company. They were always on time, kept in communication with me, and everyone was very kind and pleasant to work with. The consultant and the work crew were great to work with, I wasn't dreading their arrival and praying for them to hurry up and get finished as I have been with other projects I have had done around my home. They traveled all the way to Portland each day, they called to let me know when they were arriving. The work was professionally done, they completely cleaned up the site every day, and I was just very pleased with the experience. Nothing but good things to say. Thanks so much!

the 2 guys who were here and on the last day had a young lady come and assist, they were so quite we did not hardly know they were here . kept me appraised step by step and cleaned up after themselves better than my own standard great job!!!

Staff was attentive and friendly. The men who removed our messy insulation under the house did so with a smile then stated "We get to spray in superior insulation to make your homer more comfortable". I’d buy stock in this company. They where a pleasure to hire. Despite mechanical breakdown of their spray foam truck, they were back the next day and I never felt they weren’t doing everything possible to complete the job. All their employees were polite and respectful young men. I was impressed not by the fact there were setbacks but how they handled them. Mid afternoon additional crew would show up to finish the job. They let me know daily what was going to happen and when. If you need the services they provide you can’t go wrong.

They were hard workers and kept their appointments. We especially appreciated that they called when they were on their way and usually showed up with minutes of their ETA. Value rating is for the cost which was way higher than I was looking for. The other contractors who made estimate appointments never showed up so we were stuck paying more than we wanted to because we had to get the work done.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company from beginning to end. I originally called for an energy audit to find out why the front rooms in the house I just bought were always so cold and drafty. Their rep, Steve, inspected my attic and crawl space and showed me pictures on his phone that showed the lack of insulation in the attic - including a giant hole from an outside wall that was hollow and opened into the attic. The crew who came to do the work kept me informed of their arrival time (they came from Eugene) and did a great job on the work and clean up. But the best part is the difference it has made in the temperature in my house. Insulating an existing house is expensive and I doubt I will ever recoup the expense; but the improvement in the livability of my home made it well worth it.

The crew arrived on time - they always called to let me know when they were on their way. The house was left in the same condition as they found it - there wasn't ANY garbage or debris from the install

Job now complete and it looks great. The greatest compliment came today from a plumber working under my house. He said, "your crawlspace is so nice and clean, I could eat down there." JL Dr. Energy Saver did a very good job.

Their Sales Rep, Garrett, did a great job of informing us of the advantages of using their service. Cameron, the foreman, and his team Mark and Mike were courteous, worked hard, cleaned up at the end of each work day, and went beyond the call of duty to help us and to complete the job. We highly recommend their service.
