They had to go under tree root, that was tricky but they were fast and that was really nice.

Fine. They were reasonable and they got the work done right. It is the kind of job not a lot of other plumbers want to do because there is not much money in it. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

They showed up on time to clean and video my sewer line, and were very competent and professional. They were clear what their bid included and what I could expect. Their bid on replacing the sewer line was $2,000 higher than Phils Rooter service so I had Phils do the replacement work. I thought they were honest and competent, just a bit too expensive for me.

The tech was courteous, informative, and flexible. He was punctual and performed the service with efficiency and skill.

He did a good job. The tubing or whatever it was had to go in underneath my old broken deck. So they had to weave it through. They couldn't use a hard pipe because of what was under there. So they had to weave it. This is a new material that has some type of fancy insulation on it and they had to snake it through there to get out through the other side of the deck. They did a really good job on that. It was actually cheaper than I thought it would be. It didn't take as long as he thought it was going to. All around it was really good. I've had them do a lot of stuff for me. Their pricing is standard.

Andrew came twice to prep for and then install new bathroom fixtures. As always, he was on time and did a professional job. We have used Andrew many times including to replace some outdoor faucets as well. We don't even call anyone else now, we just call Baxter and ask for Andrew.

Went very well! They showed up within the specified time frame. I was expecting just an estimate, but they said they could do the work right then. Andrew and Rocky were a great pair, like a comedy team, but really know their stuff! They gave me options of alternate ways to mount the bathtub hardware, and offered alternate contracting to do other work in the bathroom. They are clean an efficient!

I've always been extremely happy with the responsiveness, quality, professionalism and cost of the work Baxter has performed for me. They have always kept in touch with me while they are working on my rentals, informed me of the situation, work that is needed and recommendations. Their office staff is friendly and easy to work with. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

I have consistently found Baxter Plumbing to be professional. I have been happy with the level of information given to me about the problem, and that several times they have fixed things in a very cost effective way even if a longer term solution was recommended.

Responded within 2 hours to a plumbing back up call. Gave me a bid to repair and performed it at cost quoted and on schedule. Almost a thousand dollars less than roto rooter wanted.

It is 100 dollars every time they walk in the door. The last person who came here, he had to come back twice to fix it. He had trouble getting it to where it was supposed to be. Normally, they don't have to do that. It just happened on this one job. They have been here multiple times. They installed a shower and did all the plumbing in the bathroom. They moved the water to the side of my house as I couldn't get to it, where it was. They also did work on my deck. If anything ever goes wrong I call them. I have never had any problems with the major stuff.

Baxter Plumbing has been extremely unprofessional. Their lack of communication with me, and within their company, has wasted my time and money. I've been here 2 months and I'm still not able to live in my home because it only has 1.5 baths, so only one shower/tub. Until it's fixed, I'm living with relatives next door.

They are generally available and quick and efficient.

We have a small property management company and while we were out of town a tenant had trouble with a water heater. Our regular maintenance person had just had eye surgery and could not respond quickly enough. We called our regular plumbing company and they were short one plumber and couldn't get to it quickly enough. They referred us to Baxter Plumbing since one of the Baxter plumbers had worked for them earlier and seemed to be okay. Baxter Plumbing sent a service man quickly and I was called and informed that the water heater needed replaced. I asked how much it would be and was informed $325.00. I asked them if they would like to charge the water heater to one of our accounts and was informed that they installed a nice water heater with a 6 year warranty. Our usual charge for a hot water heater was between $250.00 and $350.00 so I thought $325.00 would be fine. I asked them again, "Now, the charge is , total, $325.00, right?" The service man repeated, "yes, that is $325.00 installed." I told him to go ahead. The next day the bill came in at $825.00 and the main office informed me that they never did hot water tanks for $325.00. I've been in business for more than 30 years and I do not "mis-hear" estimates. Very disappointed in their "switch and bait" tactic. I just hope the water heater works okay over time.

We had Baxter give us a bid for plumbing our bath remodel. We had them check all fixtures before they started work to see that the fixtures would work. As it turns out the bath tub fixture does not meet code. the placement of the tub and toilet did not meet code either so I had to build a riser seperating the two. Baxter knew of the placement and code yet did not say anything to us. The brand new toilet leaks. the plumber said it has a hairline fracture but it actually leaks out of the screws that attach the tank to the base. overall very disappointed. We felt they did not really care about our small project

The reason I called Baxter Plumbing was because I had used them in the past and they did a good job. This time around though I really found the price to be unfair and just a bit much. All he really did was shove the stick end down the drain and it cleared. For five minutes of work, it was just too much money.

As this was not an emergency, this job was scheduled several days in advance. I received a phone call in advance of their arrival and personnel arrived at the promised time. The work was completed in an efficient and correct manner. The replacement faucets appear to be good quality faucets. My only complaint is that I thought the charge a high for a job that took scarcely more than thirty minutes to complete with materials that might costs $40.00 retail.
