Arrived on time. Cost was exactly as quoted. Work was completed exactly as discussed.

Austin was right on time and although I was scheduled for an estimate, the decision was made to go ahead with the cleaning after a price was stated. It didn't take long as Austin was very efficient and had the experience to complete the project in an timely manner. I am very satisfied with the work and have the peace of mind of having a very long dryer vent tube, cleaned and free from any fire hazard or blockage. I highly recommend this company, without hesitation.

They did a beautiful job of removing rotted structure, and replacing it with solid, attractive new floors and walls.

Be ware, they rip you off for extra service or parts. Had to have them come back a 2nd time and their attitude was terrible. Tried to charge nother $50 because their brush got stuck in the vent pipe. They tried to change their story of what they did on the first trip. Will not use them again.

Estimate that is more accurate. On Line registration doesn't take into account what the average consumer knows about the service.

Although the job is not completed, they are doing a great job. I just know we will be pleased. They were very professional about the mold issue and water damage to a small room on the outside of our house.

Mike was very professional and the whole carpet looks new again.

Had them test my house for mold inside the house. Results came back when they said they would.
