A2H Electric Corporation

I called A2H because I was told they are a small, independent company (father& son) and were reasonably priced and responsible. I met with Andrew the end of April and showed him the work that needed to be done. (Bringing small apt and basement up to code for compliance). Andrew was easy to talk to and said he would be happy to do the job, but wasn't available until the third week of May, due to previous job commitments. When the third week of May came around I gave him a call to make sure he was still on schedule. He did not call me back. I called a few days later. He did not call me back. I called 7-8 times in the next two weeks, and still he did not even respond. So, I tried texting, and then and email . . . . no response. It became apparent to me that either he was deathly ill or found a better job than mine. So . . . I then had no choice but to find another contractor and wait again for availability. I have heard from other people that "this is how contractors operate". They get a job and then find a better one, or just decide they'd rather get something else . . . or, who knows. Pretty pathetic. I have not experienced this total lack of professionalism before and would not recommend this company to anyone. They lack the simple decency of following through with their customers.

The service and results were fantastic. We called Andy and explained we were looking to imrove the lighting in our great room. He said he would like to see our great room and then make some recommendations to us. He showed up ahead of time, which was awesome. He made a couple of suggestions to us, and we landed on recessed lighting to give us the best coverage. Andy had all the parts he needed to install our lighting the same day!!! He was quick and efficient and when he was done we were thrilled with our new lighting! We can read a book no matter what chair we are sitting in. Andy checked back in with us a few days later to make sure all was well. I have more improvements I would like to get done, we will definitely being asking Andy back!!!

It went perfect. No complaints. Very thorough and very professional. Very efficient in low voltage and Lutron. He also was prepared to help with excellent design options. As our plans changed he was very helpful in finding solutions and coming up with alternate options.
