It went very well. They have a lot of people that they can contact and they can get it done very quickly.

Adam (the owner) did not bother to crawl under the house to evaluate the damage, which we later learned is critically important. Instead, he use a moisture meter inserted through the flooring to measure and estimate the extent of damage. He then came up with an extremely high estimate which involved removing the old asbestos tile under the cabinets (by another abatement company) and tearing out/replacing all of our cabinets. When we submitted the estimate to the insurance company and they asked for his reports to verify the extent of damage and presence of asbestos, he never sent the reports to them or to me. After repeated requests for this information, I fired him and hired another contractor. He did email me an apology and the copy of the asbestos testing after the fact. But the new contractor (who bothered to crawl under the house first thing) said there was no damage to the subfloor, no trace of moisture or mold, and the asbestos did not need to be removed.

They totally exceeded my expectations did the job professionally and on time. I highly recommend them.

In very difficult circumstances for all of us, Adam was supremely responsive, patient, helpful and professional. He gave tips on how to work with the insurance companies and other parties involved. His team worked competently and on time. If I had questions or had misunderstood something, Adam was always available even when he was out of town. My calls were taken immediately or returned within 10-15 minutes. It was quite a complicated fix because many people were using the professionals at the same time. Additionally, when all the initial work was done, it turned out I had a hole in the roof from a burning ember that wasn't discovered until the rain flooded two floors. Adam and crew came in immediately with huge fans and heaters and dried everything out, tore out drywall, replaced it, painted, cleaned carpets, set up furnace cleaning and everything else to restore my home to its original condition or better.

While we hope to not have another emergency, it is wonderful to have a partner like Adam. We'd wholeheartedly recommend them.
