I like them a lot better than the previous company I was using. I had mice, and I did not want to kill them. So, they closed and resealed everything for me. I have been very happy with them since then. Later, I saw a carpet ant. When I called them, they came out immediately. However, they are a litte expensive.

Service and employees were professional. They came when they said they were going to be here and answered all of my questions. The person who sprayed around our foundation/house was unobtrusive and efficient. He was sure to let me know if we had any questions or concerns to be sure to contact Good Earth. The first couple of weeks after the application there were still ants, so I called to inquire about how effective the treatment was. They let me know that they have to wait at least thirty days before treating the area again. By the end of the thirty day period there was no sign of ants, so no further treatment has been needed.

They're a good company. They respond and seem to get the job done. They use integrated pest management which is less toxic.

They did a survey of our house and were very helpful because they assured us that the type of ants we were seeing were nothing to worry about.

They are really great. I thought I had a termite problem and they came right over. They took back a sample in a plastic jar. A couple of weeks later, the plastic jar was back at my door. They left a note stating what they had found. I had one carpenter ant. They came out and got it. They are really super to work with. They are very nice. I cannot believe they came out to look at the little problems that I had. I thought it was really great. Their price is great, too. I was charged about $200 a year by the previous pest control company I had used. I have a contract with them; I just renewed it recently.

They came in and checked for rodents and rodent-proofed my home. They have good customer service, they're very thorough and they have good follow-through. I will absolutely continue to use Good Earth Pest Control.

They seem to be doing a good job so far. We are covered for summertime, too, when we have yellowjackets. They are also the least toxic company for pest control.

They have removed bats for us before. We do the quarterly services as a preventative, and we have had no bugs, ants, or anything in the house. They use green products. They are very professional and reasonably priced. They always let us know before they start work on the property. If we are not here, they leave a hand tag on the door so we are always aware of when they have done the service. They are friendly. They use nontoxic products so I am not afraid to have my grandchildren around.

I would recommend them. They were completely honest. Another company came out and told me that it was going to cost me $1200 to fix our problem. Good Earth Pest Control came out and said that we didn't have a problem. He had misrepresented the problem. Instead of going for the dollars, Good Earth Pest Control was honest about what was going on. Their honesty and integrity spoke loud to me.

They are really good. They are fabulous. They are very informative and know their stuff. They have conscious and that is good because we know what we are dealing with. They also take care of other problems if any.

I was pleased they showed up on time, the ants essentially disappeared within two days, the company rep was courteous and helpful. I signed up for quarterly service.

They started working for me last year. They come out every quarter and spray for pests, spiders, ants; etc. They charge me about $75 a quarter, which I think is reasonable. They also sent me a Christmas card with the staff’s picture on it. They are very punctual. The price is right, and they are very courteous and punctual. I will continue to use them in the future.

After hearing rodents under my house, I contracted Good Earth for work. They said they would do an examination for $125, which would then be applied toward the cost of exclusion and extermination service, explaining that they didn't use poisons, so relied on sealing the house and trapping and removing all vermin. The technician appeared on time and did a thorough exam of the exterior, and went in the crawl space under the house. I have a small older house (1600 square feet), and was most surprised when the estimate for their work came to $2500 for the "exclusion" services, i.e. closing up all the entrance points to the house, then an additional $400 for trapping any rodents and $80 for bimonthly follow-up service. When I inquired if I could do any of this work myself to cut down the costs, I was told that the owner "allowed" me to trim the vegetation away from the house roof and walls (which they were charging $270 for) but no other work. No way could I afford this. For my $125, I received a carbon copy of a 6" outline of my house with notes like "hole sill" and "gap" along the edge.

Other contractors came in but didn't fix the problem. I have a lot of rentals and will be using Good Earth again

We have used Good Earth Pest Control for many years. Initially we had a carpenter ant infestation. They took care of this for us and now come three times a year to do a foundation spray. They are always on time and very professional. We have not had any reoccurence and have been very happy with their service.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From my first phone call to the most recent visit, everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Our house was unoccupied for a year before we moved in, so we've had some unique issues. In early February the ants nearly took over the house. I had a 6-lane highway across all the baseboards in my son's room, and I awoke to ants in the kitchen nearly every day. I freaked out and sprayed every baseboard in the house with ant spray, but it didn't stop them - it killed them alright, but it didn't keep them from coming in, we had 100's of new dead ants all over the place every day. So I gave up trying to do it myself, and found Good Earth because of their good rating on Angie's List and their environmentally safe attitude. I learned a ton about how ants work, what I'd done *horribly* wrong (don't spray them, it only makes it all worse!), and what I can do to help keep them away. At our consult, Dave gave me some baits to use right away, even though our official visit wasn't for several days - and they worked with surprising success. We're still trying to undo all the spraying I did, but I have the tools necessary and feel very much in control of the situation now. I've called several times since our consult, and Gina is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly - and very patient with my ten-thousand questions :) I was also impressed with how safe everything is - we have a 3 year old and a newborn, so I had concerns, but this stuff is much much safer than what I had sprayed the week before. This has been an incredibly warm couple of months, and the honeybees that made a hive in our chimney returned early. Dave came out right away, but it was too cold that day to see them, so he kept returning until it was warm enough that they were active. We were both hoping maybe it was just a yellow jacket nest, because he hated to have to kill honeybees (me too!), but no luck, it was the honeybees, and since they're in the chimney and we have bee allergies in our family, he took care of them. I've been out in the yard several times since then, and I haven't seen even one bee. We will be using Good Earth for a quarterly service, and I consider it worth every penny :)

I like the guy who came out. He came out pretty shortly after I had called; within a day or two. He took care of the problems. He explained different kinds of pests to me and what they do. He did a general exterior spray. He did it in two different ways. The first time he used something that they could walk through. He did not use anything that would repel them because if there were pests already inside the house, they would be stuck there. He did it more than 6 months ago. The first visit was more expensive. The quarterly visit is $90. However, compared to the other pest control services that I have used, their prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use them.

We use them because the previous owner of our house used them. If we find a specific problem, they’ll come out and deal with it for no extra charge. They communicate really well with us and always leave evidence that they’ve been here. We haven’t really had any pest problems so, as far as I can tell, they are doing a good job.
