Description of Work: They reponded to what I thought was just a cloughed sink only to discover I had a much bigger plumming problem.....they provided me with pictures of what was happening under my house and assisted me in finding a plummer who could handle the problem...I have used them more than once and have always been happy with their service.

Description of Work: They managed to clear the pipe but after much effort. Without consultation with me a second service person came to scope out the main line to the street. He tore the pipe cover to pieces getting it off but they did replace it. Their service says they will show the homeowner the video of the condition of the pipe. He did not show me. He said it looked o.k. While he was getting into the pipe I suggested that he could stop. He said this was a free service.

Description of Work: They cleared the drain from my washing machine. There service was on sale, I think it was about half price, so I went with them. The fella did a good job, was friendly and represented his company well. No problems whatsoever.

+ -1 moreHE PUT THE SNAKE, AND CAMERA DOWN THE TOILET TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEN THEY LEFT! I CALLED BACK TO ASK WHY HE HADN'T FIXED IT! THEY SENT OUT A SECOND PERSON, AND IT STILL WAS NOT FIXED. AGAIN, A THIRD PERSON CAME OUT WHO COULD NOT FIX IT EITHER. IT WAS A VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: PLUMBER CAME OUT, AND FIXED THE TOILET, WHICH HAD SEWAGE COMING FROM THE BOTTOM.

+ -1 moreTHE JOB AS PERFORMED WAS ADEQUATE, NOTHING MORE. THEY WERE COOPERATIVE IN AGREEING TO USE COPPER PIPE, INSTEAD OF THE FASTER, NEW PLASTIC FEED PIPE. HOWEVER, THEIR SKILL WITH BRAZING COPPER IN AN ATTRACTIVE MANNER IS NOT AS WELL-PRACTICED AS I HAVE EXPERIENCED. SPEED SEEMS TO BE THE FOCUS. IT IS A LARGE FIRM, AND RATHER IMPERSONAL, THOUGH NOT UNPLEASANT. THE LINE RUNS WERE NOT AS STRAIGHT AS I HAVE SEEN, NOR WAS THE OVERALL QUALITY. BUT, EVERYTHING DID FUNCTION PROPERLY. THE PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN I PREFERRED, BUT THEY WERE AVAILABLE AND STARTED AND FINISHED ON TIME. I HAVE SEEN MUCH BETTER WORK. NEXT TIME, I WILL LIKELY TRY A DIFFERENT PLUMBER.
Description of Work: I HAD NEW HOT AND COLD WATER FEED LINES, DRAIN AND VENT LINES AND A GAS LINE REROUTED AND INSTALLED IN MY LAUNDRY ROOM. THE WORK INCLUDED RUNNING MOST OF THE LINE EXPOSED, AGAINST THE WALL.

Description of Work: I HAD THEM PUT IN TWO NEW BIBS ON THE OUTSIDE OF OUR HOUSE SO WE COULD HAVE MORE FAUCETS TO HOOK MY HOSES TO. FOR ONE HE WENT INTO THE BASEMENT AND CREATED A NEW PIPE FOR THE FAUCET.

I CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE VERY NICE AND HAD A GUY OUT THERE AFTER WORK AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR THE AFTER 5. ALTHOUGH IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE FOR THEM TO FIX THE HOLE IN THE CEILING SINCE I HAVE NO WAY OF DOING THAT MYSELF AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT FIX IT. BUT, I THINK IT WOULD BE BETTER FOR THEM TO OFFER NAMES OF PEOPLE THAT COULD FIX IT FOR ME. ANYWAY THEY DO GOOD WORK.
