Description of Work: Was concerned about brakes for daughters car and had been told 6 mo ago that brakes might be needed soon. Also wanted car checked thoroughly before she heads back to school. Mike just called to inform me that not time for brakes....even though 6 mo ago another dealer said I should consider it. Mike informed me that car was in great health and should be good to go til my next service in around 3500 miles for oil. I can see why Honest is in their first name!

Description of Work: Work was done on time at the quoted price. Additional problems were found and I was provided with an estimate rather than the old 'you have to do this while it is on the rack' stuff. I will definitely take my car to them for the additional repairs.

+ 0 moreThe transmission went out about 8 months later. We had an issue with them about a warranty so we didn't take the car back to them. The warranty was only for a certain mileage. The truck was only driven for 200 miles and the transmission went out. I thought they should have worker with us more than they did. Since this last altercation with them, I would have recommended them. Their service is still good. And they're knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Honest One rebuilt the transmission for me.
