They were on time and got my tub up and going.

They had all the parts on there truck to fix the problem.

Tech was late 45 min. Only reason for my 4 star rating. Otherwise was it was a great experience.

The job required that the worker go into the crawl space and drill a hole through the travertine floor in my utility room. The work was done very neatly, with zero mess or stone damage.

I hired a company called LINER POOL owned by a Chris Colligan. He nothing but a conman NEVER use him or his company. He is not licensed or bonded by the State of Oregon. I had to hire Haven Pool to finish and repair the job. They did a great job in a very timely manner. I would recommend Haven Pool to anyone.

excellent quality of work, quick, and the price was very reasonable. even gave me a 20% discount for parts and service for being a first time customer through home advisor. customer service asked me to change appointment time to first morning call as a favor, told me someone would be there by 9:30, but arrived after 10:30, therefore the 4 star customer service rating for the phone rep., 5 stars for the repairman. overall, excellent!

On time very fast and knew what to do quickly and later called back as we had some questions.

Needed a new heater for the hot tub, old parts were too rusted and old to fix. So we had to replace all of the working parts.
