G's Concrete Inc

G's estimate was great and the work was completed right on time. The color and finish of the concrete was wonderful. We are going to use G's services again for more concrete work this year. We have recommended him to others.

My driveway needed replacing and I wanted a walkway added to the side of the house. G came out and gave me a bid and with the 10% Angieslist discount was the low bidder. Without the discount he was still very competitive with the other bids I had gotten. His crew came out and demoed the driveway in one day, set the forms and steel the next day and poured the concrete on the third day. His crew came back the following week and pulled the forms. The work was top notch and his crew was very respectful of our landscaping. Not a single plant was broken although we did have to take a couple out of the ground to make room for the forms. Not a big deal to me. He did have to send a worker back to free up a drain cover that was stuck in the concrete but that was done with no problem and the very next day after I pointed it out. My only complaint is that I waited a couple days sometimes for G to phone me back with scheduling details but I do understand that pouring concrete is weather dependent and that the weather can throw some real curveballs this time of year. I would definitely call G again and would probably not even get other bids. Sometimes knowing what you are going to get is worth more than the low bid where you don't know what you're going to get.

The services were rendered within 36 hours. The construction crew was very friendly and arrived early to perform their task, as it was mentioned that a occupant of the home worked at night. They came before the scheduled time and completed the task to lessen the amount of noise as to not interrupt the sleep pattern of the occupant. How nice was that? After taking out the old pieces of broken walkway they replaced it with a very nice, even and leveled concrete We were very impressed with the thoughtfulness of the company and very grateful for performing services as discussed. They cleaned up the area and removed all the broken pieces of concrete. We did not find any in the lawn or the floor bed. We will be using G's concrete services in the future. Thank you.

They had a great price. The owner was easy to talk to, and explained everything the best he could. He also had pictures of jobs that he had done in the past that gave me a better idea of what he can do. His team worked great and in a very timely manner. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Out house had a grass, gravel and dirt driveway ever since we had bought it. We got tired of the mud in the winter, so we got several bids for a concrete driveway. The driveway is about 15' wide and 60' long. G's Concrete was the most competitive bid. I had the bid for the work the next day - Geraldo came out after work to give us the bid. Work commence on the removal of the grass, gravel, dirt and a concrete apron in front of the garage on the day is was supposed to. It took 2 days to prep the site - dig it out, put in the forms and lay the rebar. The actual concrete pour had to be delayed a couple of days to to the weather - it was raining heavily. We are very happy with the new driveway and would recommend G's Concrete to anyone.

After a few years, I noticed that a root had pushed up a section of the concrete sidewalk in front of our house. I called G's Concrete for an estimate to remove and replace the piece of the sidewalk. Honestly, I didn't expect he would want the job because it was so small. To my surprise, he said they could do the job and we agreed upon the price. A short time after, his crew arrived and removed the section of concrete. I was please to find out that only one section of sidewalk needed to be removed, not the two that I was expecting. After the piece had been removed, a crew member came out and poured and leveled the new section. Six months later, the concrete looks great and the section passed city inspection. I also found G to be a professional and a really nice guy.

G's Concrete Company did one of the best home service projects that we've experienced in a long time. Communication was excellent from the beginning, starting with the estimate. Gerardo or "G" even called us when he was held up in traffic and would be a little late for the estimate meeting. We always knew what was going on and when. He provided detailed estimates in writing for different possible ways to proceed and let us know that it would be about a month and a half before he could schedule our job -- which was fine. At the beginning of the exact week that he promised, we received a call letting us know that the crew would be out to start the work. They arrived on time, and spent roughly two and a half days doing the demolition, concrete pouring, and finishing work. Our neighbors (and we) we're impressed by how fast and smoothly this all happened. The crew was courteous and friendly, and craftsmanship was **excellent**. We now have a great looking driveway ( I never thought I'd be so excited about a driveway). The appearance of the house and property has really been improved, surprisingly so, and we're very happy that we decided to do this project. Our initial choice of G's Concrete Company was based on their high rating on Angie's List. Our experience showed us why they are so highly rated. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone who needs concrete work.

Our experience was great. Gerardo fully understood our requirements and concerns and provided a very competitive bid. He brought in a reasonable sized crew of experienced concrete guys. Removal, base prep and forms happened in a couple of days for the driveway. We then waited a couple of days for good weather and they poured it. There was almost a week's delay before the city arborist came out and gave G's plan and prep for the sidewalk and street entrance official approval. A couple day's delay for good weather and they poured sidewalk and driveway entrance. We were very happy with their followup on dirt and gravel edging to all the new concrete. They matched the old 1920s style driveway steps very well with their forms. It was the kind of experience you hope for from a contractor: good price, on schedule, good work and no unpleasant surprises. Our job was straightforward - no tinting or unusual surface finishes or inset materials. We'd recommend G's to anyone needing similar work.

Gerrardo called me a few days ahead of the scheduled work and came by with one of his employees to go over the job and finalize plans. A crew of four arrived on time on the scheduled day and immediately got to work removing the driveway. They seemed extremely well organized and worked quickly. Gerrardo came by a bit later and worked with the crew to finish the job. We thought it might be two days but they finished everything in one day. One of the guys stayed behind after dark to wait for the driveway to reach a point where it was suitable for brushing with the broom. Everyone was friendly and professional. I have worked with a lot of contractors in the past and I can say this crew's work was exemplary.

Gerardo and his crew were very professional in every respect. If you hire them, when they start their work - walk away . Come back when they are finished and you will be very happy when you see their results. The new driveway increases the status of my home in every way.

I really did my due diligence before hiring G's concrete. I had at least 10 other bids. G's price was very good and they did and excellent job. They are very friendly and considerate workers.

The crew showed up when they were suppoed to, were very professional and the project was completed on time. The driveway looks fantastic and G and his crew were super easy and pleasant to work with. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Went looking for someone after hearing a neighbor's bad story of taking the lowest bid that came in unsolicited. They we Found G's on Angies list. There were really good, professional and experienced at dealing with the city, city forester and changing specs by the city. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

G immediately responded to our request for a bid. He showed up on the day he promised to start and actually began work that day at 3 p.m.--finished in 2 days. A perfect job!

Even though they couldn't help me (they don't work on asphalt), I received a call back and two referrals for companies that might be able to help. That is great customer service! It went relatively well. There was one square of the sidewalk that had a small crack in it once it dried, and they repoured that square. Otherwise, no significant problems.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I found this company through Angie's List and all the things that have been written about G's Concrete are 100% accurate. Great quality of work, very nice and informative owner. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

We had him quote various decorative options from basic to stamped. All of the options he quoted us were much less than any other quote we received. He was so super friendly and professional. The crew he had working for him were AWESOME. Again, super friendly and professional. The workmanship was outstanding. They did a great job cleaning up each day and keeping the rest of the yard looking good despite all the work. G worked with me on finding the right look for the right price and we just love the result. We have received so many complements already and I wholeheartedly endorse his work.

Everything went fantastic. G called the day before the work was done to verify scheduling. He and his crew arrived the next morning, got right to work and didn't stop until the work was finished.. It was obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing and they worked very hard. The entire crew has an excellent work ethic. We were amazed at how quickly they finished the work. One of our neighbors stopped by after the work was finished and told me that he was surprised at how quickly they finished the job. The best part was when the work was complete it looked better than we had even expected. It was beautiful. They far exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely use their services again. We could not be happier with G and our new driveway and retaining wall! They turned out beautifully. When we bought our house last fall, we knew the driveway was cracked, and that the retaining wall holding up one side of the driveway was leaning outward at a rather scary angle. The previous owner wasn't willing to get it fixed, but we negotiated the sales price accordingly. This spring, we started looking for concrete contractors, getting recommendations from friends and neighbors. Our real estate agent (Anne Stewart at Keller Williams, who is awesome) recommended G's Concrete. Armed with other recommendations, we got 3 bids total. G's bid was literally half as much as the other two, plus he and my husband hit it off. After checking Angie's List and seeing his high ratings, we selected him with confidence to complete our project. The whole project went very smoothly. G and his crew showed up on time, and were responsive when we made little changes. The crew kept us updated, and G gave us lots of advice and tips. Best of all, G took care of all the permits, plus the city inspections, even when the city was "not as helpful" as they could have been. Finally, he went above and beyond in dealing with our neighbor (who is a jerk-face) when our neighbor (who is a jerk-face) was being a jerk-face one day. The way he was polite and patient with the jerk-face was impressive. I will absolutely recommend G's Concrete without hesitation. In fact, I wish we had more concrete work that needed to be done so we could hire him again! Our driveway and retaining wall look great, and best of all, are safe. Thank you G!

G and his crew did an excellent job!! They showed up when they said they would and Gerado himself came over on the weekend to apply sealer. They took their time and cleaned up after themselves. G was really good about calling back when I would email him with a question. I would use them again without hesistation.

G. and his team were punctual and professional. Showed up on time, gave us an estimate via email, confirmed the schedule, and arrived on the start date. The demo. and the forms went quickly, but we had to wait a few days for the rain to ease up to pore concrete. That too was all done as promised. Along the way, we made several adjustments to the job, slightly altering dimensions, and adding a window well and grating. G. took this all in stride and the cost adjustments were reasonable.
