Description of Work: They had a last minute emergency and had to reschedule. They showed up promptly at the agreed upon time. They dug up the lid, pumped the tank, did the inspection, covered the lid back up in 45 minutes. They actually left the area much neater than when they arrived. Even cut down on the price a bit, I assume because of having to reschedule. They were one of, if not the best, businesses I have ever dealt with. They will be the first ones I call if I ever need septic service again.

Description of Work: First time we've ever had our septic pumped -- just moved in 2 yrs ago. The tank wasn't located where we were told. It was time-consuming, trying to find it, especially since the county permit map was not accurate. After hours of searching, they finally located it, and everything was resolved.

Description of Work: I had the pump alarm go off and called to have this company come out and fix the problem. They sent Justin out quickly and he checked everything out and said the pump itself was working and the problem was in the electrical box, which their company doesn't service. He recommended calling an electrician and was very helpful in explaining the system. When I asked for the bill, he said there was no charge. I will be sure to call this company anytime I have a problem or need to get the system pumped out.
