118The two woman they sent were very good and I would recommend them to anyone. Very pleased.

The folks were cordial and hard working.

They are very oriented toward providing time, not product. By that, I mean that I had to tell them specifically what I wanted done, as opposed to "do the best job you can cleaning the house in the allotted time". They did a decent, but not spectacular job at making the house look clean and did no damage on their Angie's List Deal visit. At a subsequent visit, they rushed to complete some basic items, leaving the bathroom mirrors smudged and the faucet clearcoat finish slightly scratched from improper materials or products being used. I think they are good folks who need supervision in their methods of work and use of time. It did appear that the coordinator we spoke with on the phone was stressed to the point of limiting her organizational capabilities, leaving hope that she will get some additional help and that someone will better oversee the actual work done by, I would judge, a potentially excellent cleaning crew.

I had to call a couple times to re-schedule my appt time; each time I spoke with someone from The Polished Home,they were always pleasant, professional and easy to work with. The two women team arrived on time to clean my house, and they were nice, but not friendly. I hadn't had a service come in to clean for years, so this was a treat I bought for myself for Mother's Day . I think I overwhelmed them with my long list , so we talked about priority areas that needed cleaning. I walked them through the house and talked about what I wanted done. They did a great job cleaning upstairs, but about 1&1/2 hours in I asked if they were going to be able to work on the kitchen, and the one girl said no, they wouldn't . I was bummed about that as I was hosting a Bunco group later in the week. So I ended up feeling frustrated that a big area of what I hoped would get done, didn't get done. But, the areas that did get done, they did a great job on.

Would definitely use again!

My husband was home throughout the cleaning and he was very impressed. He said the team did a great job without disturbing him and said we should definitely hire again the future!

Good. In particular, appreciated the flexibility on scheduling as we had to change last minute. Cleaning service was Good.

I was so impressed with this company. Scheduling was a bit of a challenge given all the schedules at play, but they were mostly good about communicating. The staff that showed up was kind and professional. They cleaned the house thoroughly, and even offered to clean the bedroom which was not part of the brief. They did not skip details: the sinks, areas under the couches, etc. Great vendor, and I will surely use them again :)

Both ladies were very nice. I did notice that one of them tended to work and the other stood nearby without working which bothered me. They also did not clean the surfaces of the shelves or drawers or cabinets which I was told that they would. They did a great job on the floors.

They did a wonderful job, very through and prompt. Would hire them again.

When I come home from a long day and see the extra touches that they have done. Walking up the stairs and seeing a sun that they made in the carpet with the vacuum. The towels folded extra nice. Everything clean and tidy. It is such a great feeling and we trust them completely.

It went very well! Using e-mail for primary communication was perfect and fun, in fact. :) The girls were punctual, polite, and professional. The only thing we would like different was for them to use organic cleaners. The fumes were a bit much from what they used, but was fine after we had some windows open for a while.

After my initial purchase of a service "special" by Angie's List, including my email to request cleaning dates, I waited 6 days for someone to contact me....nothing. I emailed them again. One day later, still no response. Folks, spend your money on someone else. If this business can't even call you within a week of paying for a FUTURE service, they probably won't do a very good job once they show up. I called Angie's List and got a refund.

It went well. My new renter was very pleased with the quality of cleaning that was performed.

One was a great cleaner, the other was barely fair and took almost 1 hour to clean the tub only. They also kept changing my cleaning date--at least 4 times. Very polite though.

House looked and smelled fresh.

They do a good job. Not the cheapest out there but fairly standard I think for an actual company as opposed to just a man or woman working for themselves. I'm happy with everything they clean. We've used a large number of cleaning people over the years and while they're the most expensive we've used they also do the best job. I would recommend them as long as you're OK with the cost.

The dust was becoming overwhelming and the shower needed a cleanup. Polished home made my home so much less dusty and really cleaned out/addressed all of my needs!

The Polished Home does a great job. I use the service 2 times per month (every other week). They clean thoroughly, and are always on time and I have been very satisfied with their service. I have had to change the schedule from time to time, and can also stop service temporarily when I was traveling a lot and not home much. Even my two cats don't mind them in the house. I have a three bedroom, two and half bath townhouse. Hardwood floors downstairs and wall to wall carpet upstairs. The floors are clean and the carpet is thoroughly vacuumed. I recommend their services. They are friendly and helpful.

They were here twice for 2 hours each and they did a super job. They really helped me get ready to move.

My kitchen and bathrooms were spotless! I wish I knew how to clean a bath tub/shower like that. It was so clean. I would definitely use this company again.

We've been using The Polished Home for years, through two houses. The team we have is great and very flexible when it comes to my notes for a specific day. In the past, I've also arranged to have them text me when they are on their way and done, so we know when to get out of their way. We are not overly clean in general, have a dog, and a child who likes to put on lipstick and kiss mirrors. It is amazing to come home to the house after they've cleaned! Consistently looks great! If there has ever been issues, it's been addressed right away. They take misses by their cleaners seriously. Sometimes there is traffic, or a scheduled clean before ours takes a little longer. Understanding that, I still gave them an A on punctuality because it's how it goes sometimes.
