From the two hours Mark spent discussing design ideas with us during the estimate process to the FOUR layers of protection Doug and Ryan put down on our hardwood floors before setting up their ladders, in every detail of our project, this team went above and beyond. They arrived on time, every time. They were friendly and considerate. They tented their job sites carefully and planned their work schedule to minimize our inconvenience. And most of all, they did beautiful work. Before the skylights, we had to keep our lights on on even the sunniest days and our master bedroom was like a cave. Now, our house glows. We couldn't have asked for better results...or a better experience!

Mark Slick, the owner, educated me on skylights and why the positioning I had chosen was troublesome (it would unbalance the eves outside and create problems with the roof and leaking). He also suggested that given the new positioning that a different size of skylight might be better. He was 100% right. I exchanged the skylight with the business that sold it to me. That was too bad because the price of the skylight, if I had purchased it through Natural Light, would have been $50.00 cheaper. They did a beautiful job on the installation and wood trim. I especially appreciate that Mark was so honest about his opinion of the size of skylight. So often, experts will not do that. Had I gone with my original purchase, it would have looked too skinny, and after the installation, it would have been too late to change. I am 100% pleased with the experience.

They were very professional. The product was excellent and was installed properly even when faced with unexpected situation. Personalized work and service was much appreciated. It was NOT like working with a big box store, which I liked.

Yeah, you might get a lower price, but good craftsmanship is very hard to come by, and this one is the best in his trade - period. Mark (I think the owner) and staff Doug are/were great. As soon as I reported a leak, they re-prioritized me and came the next day to place plastic over the light. They returned to replace it not long after. I feel/felt confident with their skill and would recommend their services to anyone.

The owner of the company assessed the job that needed to be done and was then present for most of the work. It took three people a total of seven work days to get the job done. Everyone arrived on time, worked a full day, and cleaned the work site each day before leaving. The work was done absolutely beautifully with a great eye to detail. The guys doing the work were always pleasant and interested in making sure I was happy with each part of the process. I couldn't be happier with my skylight and recommend this company to everyone.
