Description of Work: Milton and his crew did a complete yard clean up, removing limbs, cleaning beds, trimming shrubs, weeding, edging and mowing. Our yard was a mess after all the wind storms. Our lot is around 1/3 acre with fir trees so there was a lot to do. We have hired them on a regular basis to come every 2 weeks and maintain our yard. Excellent service!

Description of Work: Milton and his crew removed dead sod, rototilled and added top soil for the front lawn, then I had them come back the next day to repair a fence post and swinging gate. The work was prompt, very-well done and reasonable in price. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Installed French drain system in back yard to alleviate swampy/wet areas. Guys showed up as scheduled and worked hard all day. Milton himself was present and worked/supervised the entire process. They put everything back in place when the left--hardly a visible trace they were even here!

Description of Work: Spring Yard Clean up in March 2014 and then Lawn Maintenance weekly from April - August and bi-monthly for Sept & October. Very reliable; workers are very responsive to requests/directions. (Maintenance for backyard included pooper scooping!)

We originally contracted for 2X/Month but have increased the frequency to weekly because we can see the benefit they have made. | |The crews are very friendly and accommodating. I am confident that they will perform the work professionally and completely whether we are present or not. | |I would not hesitate to recommend Milton's. One item to note, they have divided their business into large job/small job with Milton taking the large jobs and his Father in Law taking over the small jobs. We have a small yard so the Father in Law has supervised the last couple weeks and we have not noticed any change in the quality of service.

Description of Work: Completely cleared the back yard and both sideyards of blackberries. Mowed and raked and made it look wonderful.

Description of Work: We had to replace a small area of grass in the backyard. It wasn't a big job and we were having a hard time finding someone who was interested in doing it and who could do it sooner rather than later. Milton came out the day after we called him, gave us an estimate and did the work a day later. Helpful, pleasant and reasonable!

Description of Work: Initial yard visit was $60.00 & now they come every 2 weeks for $40.00. They are prompt, quick, do a good job edging and mowing my front lawn. Clean around my roses a shrubs as well.
