They were very good, they got it quick as they could with everything that was going on and they did an excellent job. They were very professional. They got it fixed right away and did an excellent job.

His name was George and he was absolutely wonderful, this was my first house and I wasn't experienced with any of these issues. Its an older house and he had to do some creative thinking to get the job done. He was absolutely wonderful, I don't know what I would have done without him. He was terrific, he was professional and convinced that there was a good solution to the problem and he took him time to find it. He also saved me several thousands of dollars.

Both were snaked and I was charged $150 (after $20 coupon). The bathroom shower works fine now, but the first load of laundry I did overflowed when it was draining. I called Kennedy and they came back on 4/9/14. The plumber had only tested it on a small load the first time, not a full load. He said he could change the drain pipe and make it taller and that would give me about 15 years of life. I did this and was charged another $222.49. Now when I do laundry, it backs up into the kitchen sink. I called today and spoke with Joel on the phone. He stated very that I needed to have the line jet cleaned, but they do not do that. I requested a refund for the second trip, as I now have a much bigger problem than what I started with. Before I had it serviced, I could shut the machine off for a minute when it was draining then start it up again. Now, I have a hole in the drywall behind the washer where the pipe was replaced and every time I run the washing machine, the kitchen sink fills up. The plumber was very nice and easy to work with, but I wish I had been told that there was a chance it might not work.. I paid the $222.49 to fix the problem, not reroute it. Joel said that he would refund half the money, but not all of it since he still has to pay the plumber. I stated that I would like the entire 2nd trip out refunded, as the second trip did more harm than good and I now have to pay to have somebody else come and fix the new, bigger problem. He stated again that he would pay only half. When I told Joel I was not happy with the resolution and would write a review, he hung up on me.

I was re-doing my kitchen and I touched a pipe and the valve broke off the pipe with water going everywhere. It was a Sunday when this occurred and I had to do a bit was searching on Angies List for a plumber available on a Sunday. Kennedy Plumbing came up and within about 90 minutes of my phone call their service man was here charging normal rates and fixed the pipe and the toilets which was have problems within 69 minutes time all within flat service call charge. I would recommend them and say not to hesitate to call them, they earned my business.

Everything went well and was completed in a very professional and efficient manner. Old drain pipe was 1.5" and was replaced with 2" pipe. Old pipe caused new washer draining to backwash and splash behind creating small puddles of water. Clay assessed the situation (snaking the pipe with cable and then opening up drywall) and came up with solutions to improve the flow of water coming out of the washing machine. We can now feel comfortable with having the washer do it's work and not worry about water draining. Great work!

The work was done on a rental property, but the tenant reported that Kennedy was polite and professional. They got the job done quickly and unexpected problems.

I was advised that I needed all 3 of my toilets rebuilt. The running toilet was fixed, but the other 2 don't seem to flush any better after a return visit. Disappointing.

Since there was still time left for his min. charge he asked if there was anything else we wanted him to check. I had a bathroom faucet with a problem and he replaced a washer in it at no extra charge.

Jorge came out to fix our bathroom faucet and unclog our shower drain. He was personable and efficient. Jorge took the time to explain the cause of the problems and how he managed to fix them. He answered all my questions and was extremely thorough. Great eye for detail. Will most definitely call again for any future problems!

Excellent job!!! I had leaking on my kitchen sink, fixed that in short time, then he fixed our toilet's flushing issues. So professional, smiley face and very friendly. He came right on time and most importantly for me same day service. With one word "excellent".

It went great. It went just fine. Better than my expectations.

My kitchen sink stopped working completely on a Saturday night...nothing would drain despite plunging, liquid plumber, etc. I had used Kennedy one time before for a small project and liked them so called them again on Sunday morning. They answered their phone immediately and scheduled me for the afternoon. The guy who came was intelligent, friendly, efficient and showed an enthusiasm for plumbing that I didn't know existed. My house and plumbing are old and not well put together but he worked hard, tried different tools and now my kitchen sinks are draining beautifully. It was not how how I planned on spending a rare sunny Sunday in March but it was as pleasant as a plumbing emergency could be.

The hospital released me yesterday. This afternoon, the only toilet available to me clogged. I called three other companies looking for emergency service. One said they could come around 7:00 pm, for a minimum $325.00 charge. I turned them down. Next call was to Kennedy Plumbing. Clay was here at 5:10. By 5:30, he had cleared the clog and cleaned the bathroom. The charge? $120.00 with Angie's List coupon. From now on, I will only call Kennedy.

They really go above and beyond. I have used these guys for years here and at our previous old house. They are very conscientious and stand behind their work. They always find a way to make things work. Our latest episode was the gas water heater that died on Thanksgiving day. I talked to the on-call plumber and he instructed me on how to turn off the water and gas. Brian came out the following day at the end of a full day and installed a new one for us. It was cold in the garage and not well lit, he had been working since early morning, but he stayed and completed the work perfectly and was still cheerful. I don't know if they are the cheapest around, I only know I am always happy with the work.

He arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained what he was doing and gave me multiple options for how to repair our various issues. He was comfortable with me watching him work and he answered all of my questions. He made sure the job was done well and that I was completely satisfied with his work. I would definitely call him again.

I was not happy with the work done but let the plumber leave without fixing the problem. I think I didn't trust he had the skills to complete the job in a timely/efficient manner.

None of the three issues were correctly fixed during the visit. We were initially billed $288. Ultimately, the tub faucet was replaced, but whenever the tub is running, the shower now runs as well. The leaky faucet required an additional part that was to be put on order and a piece of broken hardware was retained by the plumber. The third issue of a valve replacement was performed, but about 30 minutes after the replacement was in place and a few minutes after the plumber turned the water on again, the repair blew and water flooded my laundry room and kitchen. The plumber helped clean up the water after turning our water off at the street again, but our floor boards warped in an area adjacent to the laundry room. The plumber stated this was due to the c-PVC in the home, which may in part be true, but I had never imagined this could result from the repair, nor did he inform me prior to the repair that this might arise. Ultimately the line was capped off and our sink and outdoor hose spigot are not working. The plumber and I left this on relatively good terms, but when I called back to request a follow up appointment to fix these issues (as none of them were resolved) and intended to ask a question, the "supervisor" who answered my call was incredibly rude. He informed me that I was "trying to lord it over him" and trying to "put him in his place" when I attempted to ask about the prior event. My intention was to ask if this was a common occurrence or if there were any specific plumbers on his team that we should request, but I was never able to communicate as he was so incredibly nasty on the telephone. He also told me that he "was not the right plumber to serve your needs" and fired my family without rectifying the issues created during the visit or returning the broken hardware (listed above). The "supervisor" reminded me that their insurance had paid a claim at my home previously (from a prior defective repair that led to water damage in our basement). I am not sure why he reminded me of that. We had used them again because I thought they were honest and had worked in good faith to rectify the issue, but I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in any circumstance as I was by this company. Terrible, terrible service! Avoid!!!!!!

These guys always do a great job. They always stand behind their work. We had an old house before this one where any plumbing issue could turn into a drama, they always made it work. In our most recent plumbing adventure, our 13 y.o gas.water heater blew out on on Thankgiving day. I called the emergency number for advice on shutting it off safely and scheduled the work for the next day. Brian brought us a new one the day after Thanksgiving, working us into his already overloaded schedule and he stayed late to finish it. He's great!

He was so pleasant. You would think that he had all the time in the would. He didnt rush or anything. Knowing that he had a full day or work. His name is Bryan.

They came promptly, knew what to do, and repaired the problems quickly. The plumber was careful of our property and furnishings.

Brian responded to my call for repair of a leaking toilet and came out the same day. In the process of disconnecting the water line the pipe attached to the shutoff valve broke. Brian went above and beyond holding the end of the pipe while I shut off the water main. He saved my home from certain water damage while maintaining a calm and professional attitude. He then checked out all of the toilet systems and completed the repairs quickly. He left the area clean and dry. Price for the service was very reasonable. I will call Kennedy Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs.

Shower faucet repair. Returned with parts two days after initial visit. Fast, professional, reasonable.

It was a little laughable if it wasn't so overpriced. The plumber had me running around getting duck tape and a cloth for him. He was under the sink for 10 minutes at most. Then he went to his car and came back feeling sheepish and saying he was sorry for the cost. 93.00 dollars I could understand, but 193.00 dollars just doesn't make sense. I am a little concerned that because we live in a tidy area and because my husband was not there, the price was upped.

The gentleman arrived exactly on time, he actually called before he arrived. He evaluated the problem and gave me options. One was less costly but may require futu re attention and the second was more complete where he would change the main valve. I did know about the problem when I bought the condo, but decided to wait, but when the rust and leak became worse I decided to go with the best option in my opinion. The gentleman did an outstanding job. I've used Kennedy Plumbing before, and so did my in laws, and we both find them very professional and very good. They are not cheap, but if you want quality for a fair price they are the best.
