Description of Work: My hot water heater ruptured and Kennedy was able to install a new one the same day. The serviceman was prompt, courteous and efficient, and was conscientious of both the quality and cost of the repairs. He did a great job on short notice. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: First off I would use them again. |They installed a natural gas seismic "earthquake" valve. |Install of the valve went well but tool a little longer than I expected it to go. Plumber was professional. | |Be aware that they charge you for jobs when they leave their "shop". Seems fair but be prepared. It took them 45 minutes to arrive for my job that was 11 miles away. So $90 for just travel time. Google maps said it should take 23 minutes.

I explained my senario to the gentleman and he gave me clear and precise info. My client did not need to use a plumber in the end, but i so appreciated being able to talk to a live person that was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely call these guys when im in need of a plumber.

Description of Work: Kennedy does a good job. They are more expensive than average but they have done it correctly and don't have returned calls. They replace toilets and sinks from water leak/floor repair. This is the second time I have used them.

Plumber was professional and responsive and completed the work on-time. Only issue was miscommunication involving when the inspector would come by that required extra trips and waiting. "B" for price because I rushed with move and unable to to price compare bids.

Description of Work: I talked on the phone to a very gruff,impatient man, who acted like I was interefering with his day. He gave no detail on cost, other than an hourly rate which was higher than other Angie's list contractors and acted like he didn't want my business.
