The plumber arrived on time and he was very thorough. He completed the work and did a really good job. He handled all the problems as they came up. He was great.

The service was excellent. They were very responsive and even though I called late in the day they came out the next morning to fix the problem. In addition to the leak in the water heater I asked him to check the gas pipe because it was all rusted out from the water dripping on it. He let me know the pipe was fine and did not need to be replaced. I really appreciated the service person's honesty and professionalism.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this company!!! First of all let me say that I am a stickler for good service and I am always willing to pay more for it. I think that having a carefree experience with a company that you can trust FAR supersedes the sweetness of a lower price when the bitter taste of bad service is what you are left with. I called the company after another plumbing company installed a newer facet in my 1907 home. I immediately noticed a decrease in water pressure after the other plumber installed the facet, he came back out once, charged us and still didn't fix the problem. I waited in fear thinking all of the galvanized pipes needed to be replaced to resolve the problem. I finally called Kennedy when I was filling my soup pot in the bathtub instead of the kitchen sink and was surprised to hear that someone could come out the next day. This company does charge a mileage fee if you are not in there service area but I was told this before the appointment was scheduled and it seemed very reasonable considering gas prices. The next morning Joel called to let me know he was on his way, he called because he thought he was going to be running behind, he was on time and how refreshing it was to at least know that he had not forgot about me. After a bit over an hour Joel brought me to the sink and Vola, GREAT water pressure. He fix what the other plumber couldn't and it didn't involve new pipes! He informed me of a few things to get on the honey do list in the future that were very helpful and appreciated, I like to plan home improvement projects if possible. When we do decide to get new pipes and water heater I will be calling Kennedy! THANK YOU for being and honest, upright, dependable business!

I called Kennedy Plumbing, and they got me scheduled right away. Cliff came to my home the following day, arrived on time, and started work right away. He was very professional, courteous and helpful. He did an excellent job of reinstalling my faucet - it took a long time because we had crushed the threads on one of the bolts when we had tried to remove it ourselves. He kept working at it until it finally came off. He then started in on my powder room toilet, and quickly took the existing one off and replaced it with the new one. His finish work with the caulk around the bottom of the toilet was excellent. (As an interior designer, I pay attention to the little things!)

They were able to come out the same day as our call. In and out quickly and it works great now.

They did a superb job! They told me what I was doing wrong, they fixed it, and it was great!

I called at 7:30am on a Monday morning and the fellow was there that afternoon. Job was just right. He put the gas connection right where it was needed inside. I have used Kennedy multiple times in the past and they have always been right on. Price is reasonable. The service is great.

I called for a plumber to check out our stopped disposal. The very capable office manager said she had a cancellation and would I want someone to come now. I said "Yes" and the plumber, Dan, was there within half an hour. He checked the disposal very carefully and said that there was a malfunction. He recommended a new disposal which I earlier had asked the company to bring. He installed the new disposal, the same model as the one we had been using. He left everything neat and clean and gave us the bill which we promptly paid. We would recommend Kenney Plumbing and Dan's services to everyone. Warren and Patricia Kallenbach, Portland/Beaverton.

I forget the plumber's name, which is a shame because he was fabulous and I would like to give him the proper acknowledgment he deserves. The plumber was able to fix the disposal rather than replacing it. This saved me a considerable amount of money. The Plumber was friendly, punctual, professional and performed job in a timely manner. I could not give a higher recommendation.

See above, had I not known some basic plumbing and what was really required, I feel that I would have been taken to the cleaners.

Went great. I had a screw stuck in my kitchen disposal. They came out unjammed it, gave me the tool to do it myself next time. Then also looked at a few other things that needed work.

Overall I am very pleased with the service. Cliff arrived on time (called ahead to let me know he was coming), was polite and efficient. He explained what he was doing at each step and listened to my input.

I had a blocked kitchen sink drain. Kennedy told me that they would arrive between 8-9am Friday morning. They arrived at 11:30am, without calling to let me know of their delay. When I called them at 9:00am to find out what happened they told me that the plumber was running late at another job and that they would arrive in 15 minutes; 2.5 hours later, they arrived. After they arrived, while working on the blockage, they underestimated the amount of water (w/Drano in it) that would be coming from the blocked pipes. Before they could contain the water flow, I had water (lots of it) and Drano all over my hardwood floors. They were not prepared for such a situation and the next thing that I knew we were all scrambling to contain the spilled water with my own dish towels. Once the water was drained, they fixed the blockage.

Very well. The plumber informed me of the the serviceability of the new faucet and where my water valve was located.

They arrived on time, were polite, laid down a drop cloth on the hall carpet, emptied out the cabinet under the sink and cleaned out the drain.

I'm going to use them in the future. The work was good quality. The person who did the work was very nice. Very good at explaining what they were doing. A good value for the money spent.

Our experience with Kennedy Plumbing could not have gone any better. They recognized the seriousness of our plumbing problem and had 2 plumbers on site within 3 hours. Cliff and Brett were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and just plain nice to work with. They kept us informed of each step along the way. At no time during this experience did I have the impression that they were trying to rip us off. They were hard working and seemed very honest. I have no doubt that we will use Kennedy Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

We had lost water pressure in hot water only in our main shower and kitchen faucet. Kennedy quickly diagnosed the problem and cleaned debris out of the affected pipes. The technician left instructions on how to do some of the work ourselves. When we weren't successful, they gave further instructions which led to the problem being solved.

Went great! Luther called at 1:00 (right between his 12-2 estimate) and arrived around 1:40. A little research in the crawlspace and it turned out to be an issue he sees every week. Houses built in the 80's used a thinner diameter connector between the copper in-house plumbing and the exterior PVC to the street. In about an hour he dug up the exterior, found the broken connector and fixed it all. Fairly expensive on the weekends ($175/hr.) and you pay for travel. However, work performed was excellent and Luther was great. They were very clear on costs up-front, and came in at the low end of their estimate. Next time I will ask the plumbing to break during regular business hours, if possible.

They were warm and professional, except he did not take off his shoes, which tracked in dirt. Overall, though, I was pleased, and am using them today for another project.

The main drain from the kitchen sink had burst and spewed garbage and waste water all over our basement. Mr. Kennedy actually stopped by on his way home, said he had a couple guys would could fit into the impossibly tight area where the break occurred, and estimated that the repair would cost approximately $1500 ($1100 less than the first plumber we called). Sure enough, Mike and Cliff came, saw and conquered the problem quickly and efficiently, recommended ServicePlus to clean up the mess, checked out a few other jobs I had to tell me if they were worth calling a plumber for, then installed my new kitchen faucet and still came in nearly $300 under the estimate! I tell you, I'm ready to adopt these guys and have already called to have them put in a new toilet and rebuild another one. Kennedy Plumbing rocks!!!

They were a little sloppy returning phone calls, and were a little late for the appointment, but I was pleased with the work.
