Very well. Professional. Answered phone promptly. Offered alternatives given what I had described. Arrived and addressed the problem including giving me informed advice about how best to approach the identification of the leak. Found leak and resolved problem without incident.

I called the company and told them I had received there name from Angie's list and her attitude immediately changed for the worse. She became very short with me and told me that there fees start as soon as they get in there truck to come to my house. This is not good as I live about 15 to 20 minutes from there company. At $115 per hour this is not right to pay for someone to sit in traffic. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated on the phone and feel that they changed there attitude as soon as I told them about Angie's list.

Repairman was punctual and very friendly. Seemed knowledgeable, and was relatively flexible on time. But we had 3 concerns: New insta hot infringes on basic faucet space, clanging together with faucet spout. Would have been nice to think thru this design. irregularity "before:" it was installed. Insta hot leaked (dripping into sink) for the next 3 days after installation. When we called to inquire about possible problems, they immediately told us to call another service that handled warranties; seemed a bit impersonal, and not "solving the problem". Warranty service told us to simply and completely empty the insta hot 3 times (letting it fill up between drainings), to prime the system. Simple solution that worked just fine, but would have been nice to know this from the start with Kennedy, rather than going thru warranty phone calls and dripping unit.

Actually, Kennedy ended up recommending that I hire someone else to find where the leak was exactly coming from, whom I cannot remember. Anyhow, this job was a big mess, but, he managed to clean it all up really well. I had some very nice phone calls with the company and the man turned out to be very nice as well. They were very helpful and I would probably say they were an average company.

Asked to have an estimate for needed work. He arrived promptly at appointed time to look at project. He was courteous, but did not seem thorough. Told me I would see his estimate in a couple of days. Over a week passed and I did not hear back. Sent an email to him asking if quote was ready....still no response. I guess I won't be calling on them again.

We were worried we would have to open up the wall from the inside to replace the piece, and we were correct. Joel said that even if he had removed it himself initially, there was a 50-50 chance it would have broken anyway. He cut a small hole and replaced the valve for us in under an hour. He was happy to discuss the valve, ways to watch for outside leaks in the future (and fixes we could do) and how to keep the new valve happy as long as possible. He was very smart, friendly and willing to share knowledge about our problem and how to deal with it. Sadly, we now have to re-drywall the hole in the room, but that's the nature of the beast with this sort of anti-freeze valve sometimes. This place is only a few miles from me so the $10 truck charge was frustrating, I know not all companies have truck charges... but... the info I got from Joel more than paid for that.

There was water somewhere warping my maple hardwood floors in my kitchen and dining room, but no one could find the source of the water. Joel located a pipe under the crawspace that had cracked in a corner joint. The crack had sprayed water into the insulation under the floor, and the insulation was pressed up against the subfloor, creating high humidity both in the subfloor and on the floor surface. Joel removed the wet insulation and fixed the pipe with a more flexible joint (needed because the builder had probably forced a connection through a floor joist at something more than a 90 degree angle, creating tension on the corner joint, thus creating the crack). He was not exactly on time, but arrived in the ballpark, and went right to work. He was courteous and explained everything he was doing and found. Expensive, but aren't all plumbers? Great sense of humor.

Very pleased with the service. We have had a slow drain in our laundry room and it decided to quit 2 days ago. My husband attempted to clear it by snaking and Drano. We chose Kennedy based on their feedback here. Joel showed up an hour after I called, at the beginning of the time frame specified. Tried fixing with the small snake, then brought in the big guns. He kept me informed as to how it was going. He installed a clean out which was not present in our older plumbing, facilitating much easier drain clearing in the future. He also suggested a good way to hopefully prevent the problem in the future! (Install a sock device over my washing machine drain - )

Five stars!!! We had a kitchen sink leak that's been causing problems for several months. We finally decided to have a plumber come out (we had an awful experience with another one that came and gave us a quote months ago). However, working with Kennedy Plumbing was a dream. We called on Friday afternoon and they sent someone first thing Monday. The serviceman was very professional and gave me tips along the way for maintaining clear drains and gave detailed instructions on clearing jams in the new disposal. Their prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for. We might have paid a bit more on the faucet than if we had purchased it ourselves, but I am glad to pay the extra for their honesty and quality. It is such a relief to have found an excellent company. They will have all our plumbing business in the future!!

They did a wonderful job. They were friendly, helpful and prompt.

Arrived 20 min. early for estimate (which was great). He said he was going to give me a quote. I did not hear from him after a week, so I called back. He said he was working on getting me a quote, now, three weeks later, I am still waiting for that quote.

Once we decided to stop messing around with the warranty company and called Kennedy, everything went very well. Water was restored by 2:30pm.

Called several plumbing companies on Sunday. Monday morning at 6:45 Kennedy Plumbing called and said there would be a man out between 8-9. Judah arrived at 8:40 and completed the task in 50 minutes. It was necessary for him to return in two hours when the glue had dried and turn the water back on and check for leaks. He returned exactly on time and everything is working fine. Judah was competent, courteous and clean. Time is charged from when the worker leaves the shop and then 15 minutes was added for the return trip bringing the total to an hour and a half plus parts. The small leak had produced a lot of water dripping which I had to divert into a bucket starting Saturday night. It was a great relief for someone to call early Monday morning and have the job done so well.

Kennedy quickly answered my late afternoon call and scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning between 8:00 and 9:00. The plumber arrived as promised at 8:15, was very friendly, professional, and did quality work. My only slight complaint is on price. Beware that you will be charged for travel time in both directions at full labor rates, even if it's only 15 minutes each way, that's an extra $56.

When I made the appointment with Kennedy Plumbing I was told that the plumber would arrive at 10 am. The truck pulled into the driveway at almost exactly 10. The plumber was very courteous and neat; he put paper booties over his boots before he stepped into the house. Before starting work he placed a large piece of canvas under the working area, which easily collected any falling debris. The completed work looked good to me and there was no collateral damage.

The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and professional and got me an appointment for the next day. Joel called within my window and arrived promptly. He didn't make me feel silly at how easy it was to fix the loose kitchen faucet (both my husband and I tried, but we weren't looking in the right place). He happily showed me how to fix it for next time. He worked off of my remaining list quickly and professionally and showed me what he was doing at every step. He was very knowledgeable and professional and helpful. I used a $10 coupon from their website which was deducted from the hourly fee and price for hose bib. Prices were very competitive. I've finally found a plumber that I'm going to keep!

Requested that shower leak be fixed at my rental house. Kennedy Plumbing arranged access to house with tenant. Tenant also requested that laundry drain pipe be cleared. Plumber called for payment after job was complete.

Garbage disposal broke (leaking water from bottom) Saturday morning. Contacted Kennedy plumbing, work was done within 3 hours of first contact. Problem was diagnosed correctly, several new garbage disposals were available, to replace the broken one. Picked one which was installed within 30 mins. Contractor was courteous and helpful. We were also given advise on 2 unrelated problems, after garbage disposal was fixed. Paid after-hours rates, due to weekend repair. Were charged half of truck fee.

Great. Jorge showed me why the old one failed and why it was not fixable. The job ran quite a bit longer than expected because of the sink configuration, and the new disposal was larger and heavier than the old one. I did not know that the previous owners had to jerry rig the original one. I am disabled and could not get under the sink to look for myself. The receptionist was honest and told me it would save me money to buy the disposal myself, which I did. Jorge did a great job putting the new one in, and carried the appropriate fittings in his truck so that he could work with the space and sink design. He worked steadily, did not waste time. I have used the disposal for a week or so and it works beautifully. With the copper fittings he used, and the way he properly arranged all the hoses, there are no more vibrations or leaks. Jorge will return in several weeks to work on shower plumbing.

Very well. They did what they were supposed to do. They were the low bidder out of 6 quotes. They sent me a full set of paperwork on the quote, which several other bidders failed to do.

Estimator was on time for the appointment and indicated that I would receive a written estimate in the mail during the week after labor day. I waited for the week to pass because of the holiday and had not received the estimate in the mail. I called and asked for the written estimate. The woman on the phone was very nice and said she would follow up with their estimator. The written estimate arrived by mail two days later. The estimate was thorough but it contained a few errors that would need clarification before I would sign it or have work initiated. The estimate was higher than we wanted to pay so we chose another plumber.

Plumber called and told when he would be over, came on time and was pleasant and competent and advised me on what to buy when I needed to replace faucets.

Great! Prompt, personable, flexible. I would recommend them highly and use them again.

The toilet in our master bathroom clogged and overflowed on a Friday afternoon. I immediately went to Angie's List and started making calls trying to get a plumber out here. Two companies I called couldn't come until next Wednesday, which wasn't going to work because my father is coming to stay with us on Monday for a week. I called Kennedy Plumbing and they were able to come by after hours. Jorge called and was here exactly when they said he would be. He was SO quick at everything he did and extremely thorough. I am so relieved and happy that he took the time on a Friday night to come help us. He did a great job and we love the new toilet!

He was very professional, explained the work as he was going along, and completed the work quickly. The ice maker works great.
