It went well and quickly. I was amazed that they could get out on a Friday afternoon. I was given a 2 hour window of when they might arrive, and they were early, which in a case like this is always welcome. Got the problem fixed quickly and made sure to explain the process as it was being done. That helped to avoid surprises.

This is my second or third time using Kennedy Plumbing, and they are great! We started to replace our old toilet and quickly discovered that we had a leak in the water valve. I called Kennedy Plumbing first thing on Monday morning, and they were able to send one of their technicians out within an hour! The gentleman came a few minutes early, he got right wo work and fixed the leaking valve and installed the new toilet. Since he was there, I asked him if he could look at another toilet that wasn't working properly, and he immediately saw what the problem was and was able to use a part that I had already to fix it. Every time I use Kennedy Plumbing, I'm always very happy with the whole experience.

Joel (the estimator/scheduler) was very pleasant, communicative, and responsive. He got us on their schedule quickly (2 days out). The plumber that arrived was both professional and super friendly. Even though we had accidentally ended up with three activities happening on the same day (washer/dryer delivery and install, handyman, and the plumber), he worked quietly and efficiently around the other people and did the job well. When we found that one of the three toilets did not operate as effectively as the other, they sent the plumber right back out for free to make a small adjustment that fixed the problem. We also had Joel over to do an estimate for extending our gas line to the dryer. We ended up not going ahead with that project, as it was cheaper to buy a new washer/dryer than to add a gas line to the closet, but I was satisfied with how the experience went. I will be happy to use Kennedy Plumbing on our future plumbing jobs.

My water heater broke this morning and dumped water all over my basement floor. Today is Saturday during Memorial Day weekend. I called half a dozen shops and got either an answering machine or a service but none of my calls were returned. On my first call to Kennedy Plumbing, their on-call plumber Clay picked up and said he'd be happy to come out to my house and install a new water heater. I asked him about a couple of model choices and he said he'd go in to the shop to check what they had in-stock. 45 minutes later he called me back and told me what was available. I picked one and he showed up with it at my house about an hour later. He brought appropriate tools and moving gear to get it inside and down two flights of stairs without damaging my hardwood floors and then installed it and removed the old one in about two hours. Labor rates were $115/hr. which were very, very reasonable considering I've seen other local shops advertising $140/hr. and this was a holiday weekend. Really this kind of service can't be beat. I will definitely use Kennedy Plumbing in the future, they're my new go-to guys.

They came out on time, and they were wonderful. Their prices were fair also.

I had a great service experience with Kennedy Plumbing. They sent Brian out who was GREAT. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and patient with my numerous questions regarding the toilet install. He was able to get the job done quickly with the only wrinkle being a fill valve that was damaged in shipping (i sourced the toilets via amazon.com). He also reviewed several other plumbing issues i had from my recent home inspection and pointed out certain things to keep in mind regarding future work i was planning to complete. Overall, great experience - Brian is definitely an asset to the Kennedy team. Thanks Brian! Please note - the total price includes the cost to haul away my 3 old toilets...money well spent since it saved me the time and hassle. ps - I had their Angie's List coupon printed out but forgot to present it at the time of service even though I had mentioned it when i made my appt. My mistake.....don't forget those coupons people!

Brian arrived, checked the problem and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. He repaired the pipe in less than an hour.The went on to explain where the water shut off was as well as other issues that may come up in the future so I can prepare for.

Clay the plumber came out and immediately assessed that the crawlspace was flooded with kitchen waste and was to dangerous to work in. He suggested ServPlus (also on Angies list) to remediate. Once the area was safe, Clay came back out and repaired the pipe. Clay provided excellent customer service.

I had broken off a shower head pipe, ( or escutchoen as he called it), so I called Monday morning and they sent a plumber out that same afternoon! He got the broken pipe end out of the wall pipe and installed a new one, took him ten minutes. I have used Kennedy before and have always been happy with their services.

These people fixed the leak. They overcharged. They made me feel less than, diminished, stupid. The hot water handle in the bath tub started to leak. I know from experience that the heating/water bill goes up dramatically when this happens and you must fix it right away. I called Kennedy Plumbing and they came out right away (responsiveness). They showed up on time (punctuality). The plumber replaced the leaking gasket in about 5 minutes. He said it was our fault as we had turned the handle too tightly when closing. About 3 months later, the cold water handle started leaking. I called them up and asked for a repeat visit but complained about paying for 2 visits in so short a time. They said it was our fault as we were known to turn the handle too tightly and they would not even take $5 off the bill. They charged $150, only changed the leaking handle as they said the hot water handle had been changed recently (they would know) and did not need changing again, and AGAIN told me it was my fault and this time the plumber sounded angry and curt. About 3 months later, the hot water handle started leaking again. I had watched him replace the gasket 2 times now and thought I could perhaps do this myself. I looked up a video on how to change a gasket on a bath room handle (very clear instructions, told you the tools you would need) and went to Home Depot for the gaskets and the special tool. The tool was about $10, the gaskets were $ 0.79 for a box. The Home Depot guy asked me what county I lived in and when I told him which one, he said that there had been a higher quantity of Chlorine in that county's water for several months due to contamination. He said the Chlorine probably is eating away the gaskets and just replace as necessary. He made me feel confident and able. His explanation made more sense than the handle turning excuse. I really dislike the Kennedy Plumbing plumber. When someone comes into your home you trust them with a lot - your safety, your security, your way of life. I don't know if I would ever use Kennedy Plumbing again. Perhaps I got a rogue employee. They have a good reputation. I just don't know if I could overcome the bad feeling that plumber left behind.

I called Kennedy at about 7:00am, and they had a plumber at my house by 9:00am. Kennedy's plumber, Brian, was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He root-caused the reason for the water line break and corrected the problem. The water line was repaired by 11:00am, though the adhesive has to cure until 3:00pm. Brian showed up at 3:00pm as promised, and the water line repair was complete.

Their technician, Brian, did a fabulous job! I would highly recommend him and ask for him specifically in the future.

The plumber came early in the 2 hour window that we were given.He had us show him what we needed fixed.He was very good and honest with us and told us what should be fixed or we could do without. He did not seem very organized and spent a lot of time locating equipment or parts.After he spent a long time looking for a part,I volunteered to go to a plumbing store and buy the part rather than pay him to look for it.(It was a faucet handle that was not needed to complete the repairs). He worked in three different areas.It seems that he always was leaving needed equipment in another room. Overall he did a very good job and cleaned up after himself.The water shut off at the street broke and took a long time to repair.He made a mess of his truck,while looking for parts and then I was charged for clean up time.Their prices were fair,I just thought they were slow.

I found Kennedy Plumbing on Angie's List. My experience was good. I would give them As for everything. I am pretty happy with them.

They were absolutely wonderful. They are professional, communicate well, and go above and beyond to provide the best quality of service. They do not try to upsell you and will not do any work without speaking to you first. If you can, try and get Brian or George. They are simply the best!

Very pleasant, friendly, and professional, while taking the time to explain the details of the new install with directions of how to use and what to keep for future reference (warranty/tools/receipt), if needed, for new faucet. I highly recommend Jorge with Kennedy plumbing. He cleaned up the whole area too. Awesome.

I've used them several times and they've been wonderful. They were always prompt and thorough. They were also reasonable. They even cleaned up the floor for me after the leak.

They have replaced a shower head and a faucet in my bathroom. They also have repaired a leak in a toilet. They were well presented and very informative in their work. They did a good job.

Our water main succumbed to 21 years of maple roots pushing on it, and so I walked outside on a freezing Saturday morning to see my front yard slowly filling with water. I tried to dig out the main to see where the break was, but finally gave up and called Kennedy Plumbing after reading some reviews on Angie's List. Being the weekend, I was prepared for a long wait, thinking that I would be lucky to get someone out on Monday at the earliest. Thus I was surprised when I called the emergency number and it was immdediately answered by Jorge, who gave me some advice on some cost saving things to do before he came out. I did some more digging until I thought I new where the break was and gave Jorge another call. He was at my house about 30 minutes later and immediately started further excavating the hole. He was able to quickly find and diagnose the problem, a joint that had cracked due to an ever growing tree root. Jorge got the break repaired and the water back on in record time. I have to give Jorge, and Kennedy Plumbing, full marks for promptness, getting the job done quickly and well, and at what i considered a reasonable cost, especially given the emergency appointment and it being the weekend.
