He arrived on time and did exactly what we asked him to do. Very nice and very professional.

Toilet had been installed over new tile leaving gap. Installer added new ring and doubled wax collar to produce leak free; these are not fixes known to most home owers; very well done. He inspected open ceiling.

I did not want to have an issue with the water heater and I did not really have any issues with them. They were fine. They did the job as well as anybody. We had a leak that day and they came out and replaced it that day. They were really receptive to the urgency of the situation. I thought that their price was a little expensive.

I called them in the morning and they came right out. They were prompt and explained everything that was going on. Also, if he had not taken the time to look into our other problem we would not know that we could have mold.

Called the emergency line on a Friday around 5:30pm. They were there at 6:30pm and had the water heater back up and running within 10-15 minutes. All he needed to do was remove the burner assembly, clean it off, reinstall it and then the pilot light was easily relit. In retrospect, it was a little painful to pay $150 (after $20 coupon) for such a simple job, but I was clueless as to why the pilot light wouldn't light up and nervous to start taking the thing apart. I believe the cost was higher than usual because it was after hours. Anyway, great job and we had hot water restored. The plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Brian arrived on time, was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He shared a number of excellent points with me for future reference on plumbing maintenence. If only every contractor was as professional as Brian!

Brian arrived on time and quickly went to work. Overall project cost was less than I anticipated. He gave me some maintenance tips after the project was completed which I very much appreciated. I will definitely use Kennedy Plumbing and request Brian for future jobs.

I called a few companies prior to finding that Kennedy had someone available, and the plumber arrived less than an hour after I called. He repaired the leak and provided great guidance regarding backfilling the pipe to prevent future problems. The promptness and professionalism where excellent, and he showed me the cause of the problem (a root from a nearby tree). The repair was done quickly, and I was surprised at how inexpensive it was considering the quick response. I would highly recommend Kennedy as your first call in situations where you need someone to come out soon. A previous call to a company that did not have anyone available until the next day yielded the recommendation to call Kennedy Plumbing.

Jorge showed up as scheduled and looked at the situation. He told us that it looked like the clog wasn't in the house but was probably in the mainline outside the house. How far outside he couldn't say. He was very honest and said that if it was too far outside the house he might not be able to fix that clog and we'd have to call a firm that specializes in sewer line work. So he gave us the option of going ahead with his work or opting for the specialist. And if he did go ahead and it didn't work we'd still have to pay for his labor. Which is very fair. So we opted to go ahead and it worked. Jorge completed the work very professionally and everything runs fine. I feel this is a firm I can trust to give me an honest appraisal of the problem and the proper options for the work to be done. I'm very satisfied.

Our plumber, Jorge, was very good. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient. Even after our "more-difficult-than-normal" 1950s plumbing was worked through he was nice enough to come back on a Sunday night when the system didn't quite work well enough for our 5 year old to take her bath. I think their rates might be a bit higher than others, but the service we received seemed well worth it.

It was very quick job. The serviceman was able to uplug the the toilet in less that 15 min using a snake like tool.

Called Wed afternoon, made appointment for noon Thu; Clay called at 9 said he was done early. He took one look at the problem, knew exactly what the solution was, had all the parts in his van and was done in under 2 hours. Even asked me if I had coupon when paying. Extremely efficient, professional. Would use again.

They answered the phone promptly and sent Clay out within 30 minutes. He was very friendly and courteous and fixed our sink in a jiffy. He also taught us how to clear our slow-draining bathroom sinks. Would use again. Thanks for the swift service!

When I called Kennedy Plumbing for a preventative inspection of our ejection pump Mark explained that is not a regular procedure and as far as this type of system is concerned if it not broken dont fix it. It would have been easy to say sure and collect the 115 dollar service call charge look around for a couple of minutes and head home. By honestly sharing his experience and costing himself a service call he has earned our business in the future.

They are punctual, very professional, and use quality parts. I also thought they are clean, efficient, and knowledgeable. They taught me how to remove and clean the filter myself. Also, they explained a possible issue with the toilet and that it may need to be replaced.

George fixed my leak, and also replaced two bathroom faucets in record time. We were only without water for a total of 3.5 hours. He was friendly and when right to work, he turned on the water back on and checked all his work for any leaks. After which he cleaned up the mess.

I called Kennedy Plumbing around 10am on a Monday morning when I discovered my toilet was leaking from a rusted bolt that connects the tank to the lower part of the fixture. Mark at the office was helpful and gave me feedback on what to likely expect for a repair. Gorge the plumber was assigned to come to my place in the early afternoon (the time I requested due to a personal appointment). Gorge called about an hour later to say he was available and would be happy to come out early if I was free. I kept the later appointment for personal reasons, but I was impressed with Gorge's customer service attitude. Gorge kept the later appointment, was able to quickly determine the best way to fix the toilet, and made a recommendation about replacing the toilet's flush mechanism which was old. I also asked him to replace the shower down faucet since it was spraying water when in use. Gorge did everything with a good attitude and aim of providing great service. He was respectful, cleaned up after his work, and did the work right the first time. After a disastrous experience with another area plumbing company 3 years ago, I'd be happy to call Kennedy for any future plumbing needs.

The old water heater stopped working. and we always had trouble with the size of the heater, we ran out of hot water every single day. I asked the plumber to change the heater and install a bigger one. When all was done and was working well, we discovered that there was no hot water in the kitchen. The plumber came back and replaced a pipe under the sink and adjusted he pressure at no extra cost. I've used Kennedy plumbing before and they where always very fee ain't, professional and honest in everything they did! Punctual, quick clean and very professional!

They were fast and efficient. The saved the tile work in the bathroom, which was a huge plus. They cut into as tew walls as possible. They completed the work on time, with a minimum of mess.

The plumber called when getting done early with another job and was able to begin work on the plugged toilet earlier than was initially scheduled. Initially the plumber ran a plumbers snake through the opening of the toilet and this did not work to relieve the clog. He took the toilet, needing repair, apart from the floor, and explained that the problem was the toilet itself, that the "P-trap" must be the problem (I thought this couldn't be since he could run the snake through the toilet and the water in the toilet would not flow through). A couple of hours later he used a 65' snake, which he had to return to the shop to get, and this time he broke through the clog and the toilet drained and the problem fixed.

George arrived and turned off the water with the main sewer line rather than the individual lines under each faucet that he was going to replace, to remove the possibility of one of the washers in the individual lines (I think the synonym is angle stop but I'm not sure) from disintegrating when it was turned off. This proved to be very useful, for one of our individual lines has a leak that George noticed. Replaced 4 bathroom faucets. (We purchased the replacements on Amazon and then called Kennedy to do the replacement.) George took the time to explain to me the work that he did. He noticed that 3 drain lines were cracked and he replaced them. George used a drop cloth in each bathroom and wore booties. He suggested that we have our existing angle stops replace to remove the chance of failure in the future, like what had happened with the leak in the master bathroom.

Our home is 10 years old but was built with fragile pvcv piping- as a result we have had a leak every year-always someplace different-and we now know the Kennedy plumbers very well! We finally decided to replace all the pipes- a huge job that took 2 weeks. But the plumbers were great- they did not need to damage any trim or flooring only drywall, they were creative in some of their solutions to avoid trim. The plumbers were on time every day, I trusted them in the house alone, and they sometimes stayed late to stay on schedule. We were never without water in the evening and they always cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend Kennedy plumbing and would use them again...though with the new pex piping I don't expect to..'the end of a lovely relationship'.
