I was disappointed that he does not move any furniture, but I should have asked before using him. My carpets look like new. He did a great job. When I went upstairs I noticed that paint had come off at the bottom of the steps in several places. I was very unhappy and emailed him as it was after hours. The next day I had a message saying the paint washed off with the power washing and he'd be happy to come over and touch it up if I had the paint. I did not respond and will do the touch up myself. I feel he should have told me about the paint before he left instead of me seeing it and contacting him about it.

It worked out well. It was completely acceptable to me. The guy just did exactly what we wanted him to do. I probably would use him again.

Mr.Jensen did an excellent job. The carpet looked like it needed to be replaced, but he renewed it back to the original appearance!

He arrived promptly. He finished timely. A few areas weren't totally cleaned, but it's such a big improvement. My carpet was really dirty. There were a few stains that he wasn't able to remove, but that wasn't surprising. I was able to talk to him before the job, to find out what I needed to clear out myself.

He took time to give extra attention to a few heavy traffic areas that had some residue buildup. These areas have remained clean longer than previous cleanings which seems to indicate that they were given extra attentions when Jensen did the work.

Did a great job and got some stubborn stains out. Included a mat by the door at no extra charge.

Mr. Jensen was very efficient and professional and accommodating...we added more rooms to do when he arrived. He was able to get areas cleaned that other services had not. Jensen's Carpet Cleaning will be who we will call in the future.

We had some heavy stains in the carpet and they got everything out. The carpet looks great now.

Norman arrived on time, to the minute, got to the setup immediately. work was completed quickly the carpet looks great.

I paid $79 for the Angie's List Big Deal and called Jensen's within a day to schedule the appointment. My call was returned quickly and I got an appointment for two days later. They showed up right on time, but told me that my dining area was considered extra large and it would be $15 more to clean it. This still kept the price very reasonable, so I wrote a check and told them to go ahead. There was another glitch: the water to my outside hose bib had been shut off earlier this year for a repair and had not been turned back on. I was not aware that the carpet cleaner would need this as a water source. He was able to hook up to the kitchen sink faucet instead. My carpets were cleaned at about 10:30 in the morning, and when I got home from work that evening they were mostly dry. The house smelled much better and there was no toxic chemical smell as there can be with some cleaning solutions. Overall, I was satisfied and would use them again.

This is the 4th time I have had these carpets cleaned and Jensen's was far and away the best! I couldn't be happier and I will DEFINITELY use this company again. I have already provided a referral to my neighbor.

As usual, Mr Jensen did a very profession job. One of the best things Mr Jensen is he has the chemicals to treat pet odors and spot clean. And pet orders and spots were a problem and they were not notifiable after cleaning. Highly recommended.

They charged us $495 for their services. There was nothing that they could have done better. They actually did a very good job. They got everything cleaned that needed to get cleaned and they re-stretched the carpets. They did a fine job of doing that. They dealt with my wife and lent a helping hand. They moved furniture that had to be moved. We were able to get it taken care of. The whole process went very smoothly. They were in and out. The guy was trust worthy. We actually made a mistake. The bill was for $490 and my wife accidentally wrote the cheque for $400 and 90cents. We caught that first and they didn’t catch it. So we got back in touch with them pretty quickly and we ended up sending the additional money. They recognized it as just a simple mistake because we got in touch with them. If we were trying to dodge them, we would not have contacted them but they didn’t catch it. So they were happy when we got in touch with them. It’s important for all their customers because they’re honest workers. I have to give them a good rating on price based of the amount of work that they did. My wife will have a better say on it because she was the one who dealt with them directly. We will definitely use their services again in the future. In fact we did. About three weeks after that we had another situation where our dog urinated on the carpet and we called them to help clean it up. So they did that, and charged us about $50 for that work because they had to drive the truck out and everything. They were again punctual and professional. We were satisfied with the work that they did.

He does an excellent job! He does a really great job on renter carpet too. I know he?ll always take care of me and show up in a timely manner. If I have ever needed him to come back out for whatever reason he does. He wants to make sure he does a good job.

HE IS VERY GOOD AT GETTING OUT STAINS. HE IS A ONE MAN OPERATION, HE IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND HE DOES OUR HOME AS WELL. HIS PRICES ARE ALWAYS EXTREMELY REASONABLE. WE HAVE USE NORM FOR YEARS.
