I used Donna and her team for initial deep cleaning, and one regular cleaning about 6 weeks later. I have mixed feelings about the overall experience on both occasions. After two cleanings and spending more than 500, for me, it came down to primarily two issues: i) big and small damages that were being caused to my property and ii) the quality of work by Donna's workers. My house: About 1800 sq ft, the house itself and the properties in it are all new or close to new including the walls we just painted upon move in a few months ago. We have no pets, no kids, minimum furniture, no pictures on the wall, etc. We keep the house simple and clean, but wanted to get help with the bathrooms, overall dusting and mopping on a regular basis. In terms of the work, it was probably the minimum a cleaner can ask for. Quality of work: I would give A for Donna's work, but C or D for her girls. Donna is good at what she does. No problem there. Didn't really liked the girls, though. The ones that worked on my house seemed sloppy. During the initial deep clean, one of the girls dropped the coat rack that was sitting on the bench, which fell to the cherry hardwood floor and made a big ding about 3 inches long. When they left, the house was clean, so only major issue was the damage to the floor. I let Donna know, she apologized, and I scheduled for the first regular cleaning. Second time they came in to do regular cleaning, again Donna's work was good. The work that the girls performed, again, was generally sloppy. Still had soap stains in the master shower, the blinds in one of the rooms were half done (looked like the person only did where she could reach standing), hair ball left in the master bed floor, hair left in the second bath tub which actually looked like it wasn't cleaned. Also, this time, whoever worked in the second bath, from using one of their cleaning products, discolored the dark blue bath math I purchased from Crate and Barrel only a few months ago, which has now turned pink. I had her team come in twice, and each time, something (whether big or small) got damaged. I texted Donna that evening and noted the above things for future improvement - to which she replied that she will no longer be offering service as she cannot meet my expectations. No apologies for damaging the bath math, no offer to come back to re-do the work as stated in the contract. Price: Many other places I've called/used before gave me a quote by the hour. For Faithful cleaning, I got a quote for the work, which is fine, but I wanted to see what the total cost would then translate into in terms of fee per man hour. For this reason, I asked her a few times how many people she was going to bring and for how many hours. She confirmed 4 people on multiple occasions, but during the initial deep clean, she only brought 3 including herself, and it took exactly the same number of hours she said it would take, which effectively made me pay higher man hour rate than I was quoted for. I brought this up to Donna and during the next cleaning, she brought 4 people in total.

I needed help cleaning to make the move out deadline and greatly appreciated Donna's willingness to help out on short notice. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. The house looked good afterwards and the old oven (1950's) looked positively amazing. Donna cleaned it herself and it was absolutely shining inside and out. (It had looked pretty terrible before). The only surprise was that the bathtub was discolored with the cleaning. It's an old bathtub and perhaps had a reaction to a chemical (?) Donna offered to come back the next morning and work on it which I appreciated and we planned for it, but as we were supposed to be out of the house the next day, I decided to go ahead and scrub on it that night and eventually it did come out using a scrub called Bar Keepers Friend. Besides the bathtub, everything else was fine and the realtor commented on how clean it looked.

My husband is guardian for a special needs man, who lives independently, but with all kinds of external support. It became obvious that this man requires more care with his house than he provides on his own. Donna Madrid of Faithful Cleaning Service is the perfect answer to this somewhat special case. She and her helpers provided thorough careful thoughtful cleaning to the entire house. And at the same time she somehow managed to make Louis feel that he was "helping". She not only does a thorough job, but she tells me that creating a clean house is her "instant gratification." She instantly grasped what was needed, what could wait until a future date, and was cooperative in making all the arrangements involved. Louis invited me to come see his "new" house after Donna had been there. He said, "My stove might as well be new." What a gem of a lady!

Went great. Due to my back problems I like them to mostly focus on cleaning the floors. We have several different surfaces including tile, brick pavers, linoleum, hardwood floors, and rugs and they do a good job cleaning them. Since we have several clutter-y surfaces, since that is just the way we live (!), I tell them not to even worry about them and they are very respectful. Occasionally I will find a small area they miss, like spider webs in a corner, etc. but since it is a large house, I understand. (That's why I gave them a B for Quality.) If I talk to Donna about something that I would like to see done differently she is all ears. I love that Donna is super clear about when she and her crew will arrive, and I love that she works along side them and serves as a good communicator between them and us. They work hard and don't take too long. Also, they are cheerful which I appreciate!

Donna showed up with two other employees sporting a smile, and ready to go 10 minutes early! This particular home has several substrates, and it was left in poor condition. Donna walked the home explaining everything that was included in her proposal prior to starting. This gave me a strong sense of comfort, and I left for 3.5 hours. When I returned they had just starting to wrap up, and the home looked great! She again walked the home with me to make sure it met my satisfaction. Donna also pointed out areas that may cause me concern in the future (ledges that are hard to see, but will collect dust overtime). I was extremely happy with the prompt, and professional service. Donna and her helpers come in, set to work, and are gone in a couple of hours. They dust, vacuum, clean the stove top beautifully, and everything in between. This cleaning does not include cupboards or under the sink; those aren't on most lists of regular cleaning tasks. Of love to have her do those periodically but the house is big and once a month isn't much, from the cleaner's point of view. They have been cleaning for over a year and in that time I've rescheduled a time or two, and Donna has, maybe once. We've managed to find a time that works. I like the fact that it doesn't take very long because there is a small crew. Other people might prefer one person but that takes longer. We are home most of the time, so would rather not be disrupted for a half day. This works. Only a couple of times was something not done and it wasn't important enough to mention, our I forgot. Of it were chronic, I'd say something and I'm confident it would be taken care of.

After the cleaners left I discovered that a treasured stuffed toy which had been a gift from my granddaughter was missing. I contacted Donna and she said she spoke with her employee who denied any knowledge of the toy. I don't know whether it was taken or accidentally thrown away, but either way, I am very upset and will not use this service again.

Donna and her team were awesome! I asked for a big job, short notice, and specific date. She made it happen! Once I get settled in, I will be using her service for regular cleanings!

Donna and her crew are very professional, and pay attention to details. Donna has cleaned my house for several years now. With kids at home, she cleaned the house weekly and made life sane. Without kids, and being away on business, she cleans monthly now. I've employed various companies and people to clean over several decades. No one has ever been as reliable as Donna and her team at Faithful Cleaning. Donna is easy to reach and flexible with special requests. The work is always complete. Personal items left around are well treated - esp. useful when kids were home, but now makes it easy for me when I forget that cleaning day has come... I just don't think about it - and the house is suddenly clean! Donna is easy to recommend based on the quality of service.

It went fine. I always check her work afterwards. She has been with me for fourteen years.

Donna talks a good line and has nice printed brochures but she and her team did a very poor job in our home. After she left we did a detailed look and found many uncleaned surfaces. They also used just water and a mop on our wood floors and bath floors which did almost no dirt removal as well as leaving streaks. In the kitchen and baths again there was no evidence on a DEEP CLEAN, rather that surfaces had just been wiped down with a rag and water. No evidence of using any disinfectant products. We have cats and fur removal from furniture was discussed in detail in the interview yet we found lots of cat hair still on the furniture after they finished. There was also loud conversations between the team the entire time they were in our home. We found this unprofessional and distracting. We called Donna afterwards and expressed our concerns as well as requesting a partial refund. She refused any refund and only offered a "re-do" cleaning. But we will never have her back and will never recommend her services.

Donna and her staff were able to fully clean my house on short notice. Now it looks and smells great. This is the third time that I have used their services. Each interaction has been friendly and professional. Before each initial clean, Donna comes out to inspect the house and talk about the service options and pricing, how long it will take, how many people she will need to help and her team's availability. The work has always been done as discussed during the consultation. Afterwards, the house feels like a totally different place. I am especially impressed with how the polished concrete floors look once they are cleaned.

They've worked for me well over a year. They are professional, thorough and quick.

I did an initial walk though explaining what I did (and didn't) want cleaned, and we agreed on a price. It seemed a little bit high, but I'd rather pay a little extra and get it done right than try to find the absolute cheapest price possible. However, when the crew came to clean, they cleaned things that didn't need to be cleaned (like the washer/dryer which I wasn't planning on keeping- and had said so during the walkthrough) and didn't clean areas that were supposed to be (like getting the cobwebs out of the sky light). Overall they did a good job; the laminate floors turned out so-so, but the bathrooms were sparkling. Definitely not bad enough to call them out to re-do anything, but I'll be looking elsewhere for regular cleaning service.

The person I spoke to made me a couple of offers. I don’t know if she has offered this to anybody else, but she offered me once a month cleaning for $155, and I don’t think that there was any time limit on that. I didn’t take it because I felt that we needed cleaning more than once a month, and what she was offering me for that was a little out of our reach. If she had been less expensive, I would have hired her in a minute. I just loved her, I really thought she was great, and she had some great ideas as far as cleaning goes. I am trying Aegis Cleaning Service to see how it goes, and I may give her a call to see if she can come down in price a little bit, but when she was here, it didn’t sound like she would.

Faithful Cleaning has been cleaning my house for about a month now. I am very happy with the service that they provide. On the first deep cleaning, Donna had 5 women at my house as well as herself to do the deep clean. It was very well done. I am now on a biweekly service and am very happy with the cleaning results. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I've been using Faithful Cleaning weekly for over a year. They have never missed a week and have consistently done a great job! Donna and her crew have been very friendly and most importantly we can trust them. The house is always very clean with a lot of attention to detail. Their work is very efficient and we are so happy to come home to a clean house when they are done. I would definitely recommend them!

We have been pleased with Faithful cleaning service. We have used them for a few months. We have little ones at home and need help keeping up on the house. They go the extra step and help us pickup the toys that seem to migrate all over the house. Donna and her crew do a great job. Donna was very accommodating to get the cleaning done before my company came to town. I work many hours and I never seem too have the time to have the whole house clean at once. I came home from work to find the house beautifully clean. It sure helps me to relax and enjoy my free time. Donna is coming back this week. I can't wait.
