You must have the wrong person I have never spoke to you your name is not in my schedule so please fine out who the person you called to set up a bid or what ever it is that you arrange with this other company because I always return calls and keep my bids, so with that said please get the information correct. Description of Work: House cleaning service was hired. They did not clean properly. Left my floors very dirty. When I called to have them come back they did not bother to return my call. There agreement states that if the work is not done to the CUstomers satisfaction they will return the next day and fix the problem. I had to call multiple times . Then I was told the floors were fine that her worker had 8 years experience. She said she could not come out for at least 4 days because she was " to busy". Then she said I was just to particular! I explained that she was saying all of this without even looking at the floors! Wow insulting! Her espouse was " My girls don't just sit around smokin cigarettes and watching TV!! I was appalled and felt really insulted. I think this is about the worst customer service I have ever received. I would never recommend them as they do not stand behind their work and blame the customer instead. I actually would have kept the service if they would have just said Sorry and come and cleaned my floors. Well hope this helps someone else not make my mistake!!

Now lets look at the last comment you said, was you would have me back at your home if I would of said sorry! and will be back, if you want to make up lies thats your peragotive, frist things first we have cleaned your home 3 times, to your standard it was done excellent the frist time, except the two door windows which I don't do windows and you ask if I could...........no prombem did them the next visit, you mention nothing on that visit, last visit you called at 7am on Thurs. next following day, complained of the floors and 2 pieces of dishes in sink, I was planning on calling you when I got home at 6pm that night but you called while I was working at 4:30pm so this makes 2 calls not multipule calls, I try to explain to you of what my girls had said, and you demanded from me to talk to my girls and called me a lier! now with that said I told you I would come over on Monday to take care of the floors and you said you had company coming and was not happy with that, so I said I would be there on Friday morning to take care of it myself, you said thank you.............conversation is not what you said, then you leave me a voice mail not to come and demanded I post date the envelope on Friday with your key in it.............sorry Member I don't appreciate to work with customers that demand and lie about me and my employees........I've been in this business for a very long time and I know when someone will not be happy with any ones cleaning............so good luck on finding the person that will deal with your demands. They do a great job.
