Workers showed up on the day the company promised they would be there. Several workers attacked the project. Visual observation of roof after moss removal indicated an excellent job. Workers returned 3 days later to apply moss prevention treatment as it was necessary to have a couple of days of drying time for the shakes which were damp as a result of having been covered with some moss. Clean-up at the end of both visits was quite good. Cost of project was high, but was worth the price to have this finally done right. We had been "burned" in the past by paying a slightly lower price, but the other company's warranty wasn't worth spit. All surface cleaning spelled out the terms of their warranty on the contract. MUCH APPRECIATED!

Very well. They attended to the job in the course of two days. The first day they cleaned the gutters and the roof. Because the roof was wet they waited until a dry day to come and spray the roof with Comp Guard. We had also gotten a bid for them to put in Gutter Flow, but I was not sure about the product. I asked if they could let us try a sample in one of our gutters to help us make a decision about the product. They brought this with them and installed in a place that I could watch and see how it worked. This was done free of charge. There is a small roof tab that still needs to be replaced and they have said they will come out to do this as soon as they get some green composite roof in stock.

I chose All Surface based on their Angie's List reputation. And that said, I'm happy with the results. Given the 10 shake bundle estimate, I was expecting more shakes to be replaced, but later I saw the bundles and they are not as big as I thought. They said that in 6-9 months after the treatment the roof will change to a more silver weathered color. So I'm patiently watching it to see if the weather treatment is as good as they say. I don't have any experience with shake roofs so I basically took them at their word as to what I needed. The estimator and the workers did a good job explaining what they were doing and the work looks fine, so I'm happy so far.

The roof is pretty difficult to walk across, and when one tile was broken, they replaced it. He was personable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. There was always someone that spoke English there and the crew was very competent and polite. Cost is for the roof cleaning.

A guy came out to quote the job, even though I thought this would be a standard cost. But, as he said, they don't want surprises. He did spend more time trying to sell me their pest control product for moles, though! Very good communication from the office: scheduled work and then called day before to confirm. They left the place clean, but I did have to call them back to do the re-nailing and fixing of the gutter guard. Although I was surprised at having to do this, they were very polite and came back within a week to complete this. They also gave me a warning about needing to replace 2-3 bundles of shakes and were very precise about the cost of doing it; this has not been done yet.

Initial work went great. I felt like we needed more than the original 20 bundles of shake that were replaced, so I asked to buy/install 10 more bundles. All-Surface made the change order easy and worked with me on the costs for the additional bundles. Work was done a month ago and we are already seeing the new shake shingles age to match color with the other restored shingles. In all we spent less than a third of the cost to replace the roof and should get many many more years out of it. Only complaint was that I was picking up stray roofing nails (fell into driveway/flowerbeds during install) for about two weeks after the job.

It went very well. The company was very helpful. They moved up their installation date to my needs. I was having the house painted and wanted the roof cleaned and treated and the gutter flow system installed before the painting started. They really do a great job. They were neat and left no mess at all. I had other companies bid on this job and All Surface was the most for the money. I also read the reports on Angie's List and that really helped me make up my mind.

Excellent work, and very prompt. We had initially contacted them about 2.5 months ago, and they honored the estimate they had given us at that point. They were very prompt, coming out to do the work within 2 days (even though they had initially said they were booking 2 weeks out). Very good, and we would certainly use them again.

Arrived on time. Explained what they were going to do. Worked effectively and efficiently. Cleaned up completely before they left. Took three men about 5 1/2 hours.

THE JOB WENT VERY WELL BEGINNING WITH THE ESTIMATE TO THE ACTUAL WORK DONE. WE HAD ONE LEAK AFTER THEY LEFT. I CALLED AND THEY PROMPTLY CAME BACK TO INVESTIGATE. A BOOT CAP SEAL HAD BEEN DISLODGED DURING THE PROCESS AND THEY FIXED IT AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.

I called All Surface for an estimate and they scheduled an estimator to come out 2 (business) days later. Upon speaking with Bob and receiving the estimate, we decided to go ahead with the work. It took approx. a week for them to get back to us with a schedule and another week for the work to get done. The two-person cleaning team showed up on the scheduled day, were polite and quick with their work. They blew debris out of the gutters and off the roof. They did an okay job of cleaning up the ground around the house (including hosing off the deck and the front porch) and placing the debris in our yard trimming recycle cart.

Looked great when it was done. All work done as requested and area was clean when they were done, just like they said it would be. Very professional. Highly recommend.

They stayed within the estimate even though they had to replace more shakes then they estimated. They had given a maximum charge--A base price for 10 bundles with a added charge per shake up to 12 bundles, if needed. They actually used 13+ but only charged me for the 12 which was there estimate max. The work was done in one day and they did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. The roof looks great and will surely call them back in 5 years.

Went well. Crew was scheduled within a week. Showed up on time. Did the work well. Cleaned up nicely. All done as advertised and promised, according to estimate.

All Surface was extremely pleasant to work with. Jessica called ahead of time to let me know when a crew would be at my home. I was at work both times the crew came out but I returned to an impeccable job. No trace of a mess, they clean up very well after themselves. I received a nice "Thank You" note in the mail too. Work was done on a timely schedule. It wasn't the cheapest but I feel like I got what I paid for as far as service and a job well done.

All Surface did a FANTASTIC job. First they showed for the estimate (on time) and provided a detailed estimate. I appreciated the fact that they provided two options, yet recommended the less expensive option based on what they thought we actually required. In other words, they didn't try to up-sell me. Next they called twice to confirm our cleaning appointment and explained what they would be doing and approx. how long it would take. They showed up when they said they would be here, did a great job cleaning the roof, and cleaned up before they left. As Realtors, we are always looking for good service providers to refer to our clients. Tom's company has moved to the top of our list for roof and gutter needs!

I used All Surface for cleaning my gutters last fall and had an estimate on the deck at that time. I decided to go ahead with it this spring, so I called to confirm the estimate and get more details. A team came and stripped the deck and about three weeks later (because of weather) they came to stain. The only problem I encountered was that I felt parts of the deck looked fuzzy after they were done. I called, and they came out to look that afternoon. I pointed out the parts of the deck I was not satisfied with, and they came out the following week to redo it. They are a very responsive company with excellent customer service.

They were reliable and reasonably priced.

We had a GREAT experience with All Surface. Tom was punctual, responsive, and answered all of our questions. His crew cleaned up any mess and were polite and efficient. We were excited to find an alternative to pressure washing a cedar roof and felt very comfortable that Tom knew cedar roofs and how best to treat them. They were very conscientious about staying within the quoted price even though they had to replace more shakes than originally thought. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we highly recommend Tom and his company.
