All Surface Cleaning Company

I actually had to reschedule them at least two times as I miss judged the amount of time needed for our new siding application. I did not want the debris from the roof falling on the workers below. By the third rescheduling all went well. The workers did such a good job that our visitors complemented us on our new roof! The company was very courteous about the reschedules and kept in touch with us. The workers did not have enough of the chemicals to apply them on our extensive roof in one treatment after cleaning it so they opted to come back a few days later to make the application. All in all they did a very good job and I would definitely recommend their company.

I picked them through Angie's List. I gave them a call and the estimator came the next day. He was very good and made some recommendations we hadn't thought of. He was punctual and estimated the bill accurately. It took him about three weeks to get some special brackets made, but that was fine. They came back to install the awning, test it out, and went through the product with us.

Arrived on schedule, performed the work and then clean up after they were done.

They did a a very good job and deck looks good. They cleaned up well they on time. The price a good average and you would them again. So they are to come back and put a finish on it to water treat it.

Went pretty well. It took two visits to complete the job but that wasn't a hardship for me. It was nice to look outside through sparkley glass.

They were on time and they finished in a timely manner. The person who came out and did the work was very nice. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work. They were very professional.

The company sent out an estimator who gave us a one-to-two week estimate as to when the cleaners would arrive. The company called the day before the cleaners arrived to schedule the day -- they could not tell us when, during the day, the cleaners would arrive. The two cleaners were efficient and finished the job in two to three hours.

The work was done as stated in the estimate and the price was what the estimate stated as well.

They were all very friendly, upbeat, polite and had a "can do" attitude.

Estimate was done while I wasn't home, but had discussed the work that needed to be done. I waited a couple of months to schedule, and the company was able to fit me in on the day I wanted. They were courteous and thorough. Part of my roof is metal and a couple of other companies I called don't do metal roofs. All Surface Cleaning obviously does clean all surfaces.

All Surface responded promptly to my phone call. They sent an estimator out the same day (he was in the neighborhood) and he was punctual and professional. When I called to schedule the roof cleaning they said we would have to wait for the weather to improve (understandable). They called a few days later to say they would be out the next day. The person arrived in the morning, worked several hours, was courteous and professional, and appears to have done a great job. He also cleaned up very nicely around the house. I am very happy. Another roof cleaning company refused to work on our roof because it is steep, but All Surface was willing to do it.

They were prompt, did a thorough job, and cleaned up afterward. They did run out of soap to clean the outside of the gutters, so used up all of my dish-washing fluid to complete the job.

Estimator arrived punctually. He was friendly, knowledgeable, neatly dressed and had a very pleasant demeanor. Before the estimator left, he provided me with an incredibly reasonable estimate for the cost of the work - an offer I could not refuse! The two gentlemen who performed the work arrived punctually. They were courteous and executed the work as outlined in the estimate in a professional manner. One gentleman showed me that one of my rain pipes was clogged with leaves and would require work above and beyond the scope of gutter cleaning. I happily handed them a check upon their departure. The gutters and rain pipes have been functioning perfectly since they completed the job.

My inquiry was answered immediately. The did exactly what they said they would when they said they would. Their people were pleasant, doing more than required. They made sure not only what they cleaned was done well, but that the surrounding area was left in good condition. We were totally pleased.

I called for an estimate, and received one within 24 hours; since our yard was accessible, no one had to be home for the estimate. The price was in line with what I had gathered from my research, so we hired them based on their Angie's List reputation. Their scheduler called to say we were on the list, and they would call the day before they came to do the work. We got a call just a couple days later. The workmen showed up on time and got right to work. The roof looks much better now, the leak is fixed, and they cleaned up so that we could hardly tell they were there. Recommended.

They came on time and thoroughly cleaned the roof and gutters. They also made some repairs to a broken shingle and gutter. I found an issue and they called me back about it within two days, so they were very responsive. We plan to use them for another small job.

I actually hired another company but wanted to say that All Surface Cleaning was very prompt with sending someone out to give me a bid. They were professional, friendly and informative. I would consider using this company in the future. Estimated cost was $1000.

Fantastic job! Work ended up taking a second visit due to schedules, but we were flexible so it didn't matter. We told them up front that scheduling was not critical. Invoice was left for us to pay only after the complete job was done. Everything was done as expected. They didn't try to sell other services, and recommended safe ways to maintain the roof. Next service won't be due for about 3 years.

The roof looks exactly as they said it would. The price was exactly as the estimate. I was not home after they arrived but they cleaned up beautifully before they left. The only slight criticism I might have would be that I asked them to come after 1:00pm and they called and said they would need to come by noon. My-90-year old mom is home with a "yapping dog" and I wanted to be here to control the dog so I left work early to get here by 12:00. They didn't arrive until 3:30. This is a minor thing but caused a little inconvenience.

I called to arrange an estimate over the weekend- I got a call first thing Monday morning and had the estimate in hand in less than 2 days. I called to schedule the work the week before Christmas. They let me know that with the holidays they would likely be out after Christmas and they were just 2 days later. They called the night before as a reminder. The guys noticed I was home when they arrived and reminded me they would be working. In total it probably took them 1.5 hours and the water is flowing smoothly through now! They were pretty clean all in all, it was hard to tell if the debris on my driveway was already there or not.

I received a call telling me when to expect the job to be done - 2-2 1/2 weeks out, and that they would call the day before they came. Within that time frame, I did receive a call the day before they came, telling me they would be coming the next day, and also confirming my request to not have the roof air blown. The next afternoon, 2 workers came, rang my doorbell telling me they were going to start working, and then the work began. It took one hour, then they rang my bell again to tell me they were leaving, and handed me the bill and left. All was done as requested, and no debris was left behind.

Large crew showed up and completed the job in less than two hours. Cleaned-up reasonably well. Price was a bit more than I expected from the other reports, but there is no moss on the roof and it looks good three months after the project.

Called and they had an estimator out within two days. Booked it. Got a call telling me when they would be out. They missed the scheduled day but called and said next day. That was no problem with me. I understand how some jobs might take longer that expected. I wasn't around when they came by but everything was picked up and tidy when they left. Office staff was great. They really work to earn your business. I plan to use them later for some more work.

I got three bids for roof cleaning and repair. I liked this company the least. Their representative never even went on the roof, he got on a ladder and looked at it, then walked around the house with a measuring guide to estimate the size of our roof. Two other companies got on the roof and truly inspected it and both recognized we needed some pipe jack repairs in addition to shingle repairs. He then told me the neighbors had also received a bid and they'd knock $50 off the bid if we did the work together. The two other companies offered us a 10% discount (over $200 off). I think 10% off is a discount, while $50 off is an insult.

Tom was timely and did a great job. He didn't require me to be home to do the estimate or the work - which was great because I was so busy at work. My deck looked like new when he was done.
