Precisely as advertised. Very quick estimate (perfectly accurate), showed up on the date & hour requested and got the work done quickly. Nothing to complain about. Very good clean up afterwards.

Requested an estimate and received a bid within 3 days. There was a reasonable weather related delay before pressure washing/brightening started and staining completed.

Excellent service. Put in guard at troublesome downspout for cost of materials. Nice to work with.

They did a good job at both washing and staining. They were punctual and answered all of my questions. They brought along a canvas sheet to cover my AC unit and took care of my deck furniture. There was some damage to my lawn when they left some of their equipment to dry. I brought it to their attention and they sent out a guy to inspect the damage. They were prompt & forthcoming about it and reimbursed me for charges from my lawn care guy. Good customer service.

The estimator met me at the house the day after I called, and the work was completed less than a week after I gave them the OK to proceed with the work. They cleaned up well after themselves and along the way each person with whom I dealt during the process was friendly and efficient.

Overall there services are great. They were really quick and the estimate was right on with what they quoted. I did not have to be present when they did the work, so it worked out really well.

I just love my new roof that these great folks installed for us. We needed to have a couple layers of our old roof removed and replaced with a new composition roof. We got four estimates and All Surface s was second lowest. We just had the most confidence in them from the start. It didn t seem worth it hiring the lowest priced guy who seemed real pushy just to save $200 on an $8700 project (the high bid was over $10K!) They were very responsive and professional. They even worked with us to secure some of the job s needed materials before the prices went up even though we weren t yet ready to start the project. This was really above and beyond the call of duty! The crew worked like crazy and was as tidy as maids when they were done. We got a few nice touches done (new metal vents, and chimney flashing) that a couple of the other estimates didn t include. The roof looks great no waves of wrinkes like the house down the street that was also done this summer. The job was reviewed twice by them (not counting the job foreman) once by their lead crew manager? and once by my original estimator. We were thanked several times for our business which is sadly getting to be less common these days. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and good prices. The people are friendly and professional. They are arrived on time, as well. They were very sensitive in pressure washing our older deck and picking a stain that complimented the age of the deck, as well.

They did a good job overall. Unfortunately they did get moss retardant on my windows but were very willing to come back and clean the windows and in the end I was quite satisfied. I would use them again.

It looks fine. It is an older deck. They showed up when they were supposed to. They did not actually schedule days. They put me on the list, and they called the day before they could do the job. There is just one thing that I wish they would have done, that they did not, and that was to stain the ends of the boards of the deck.

The estimator showed up on time and was the only one from several firms I talked to that I had quote on cleaning that recognized that the roof would have to be hand brushed in several locations because of the excessive fungus and lichen build up. I was advised by the office when to expect the work crew, and they arrived on time and understood what was to be done as far as the roof cleaning was concerned. Because of intermittent rain after the cleaning, the roof treatment was delayed for several days, but I was kept appraised by the office of when the crew would return. Overall, a class operation.

They did both very well. There was some adventure along the way. I wanted to have them do this work before an exterior painter I'd scheduled started theirs. When I learned that the painter was coming earlier than I expected, All Surface Cleaning was willing to accommodate my need by moving my service date earlier (from about 1.5 weeks out to only a couple days out). Yay! However, although they cleaned the gutters that day (Friday), they weren't able to accomplish the downspout repair (also, it was confusing/disconcerting to me since the invoice they left that day indicated that they had done the repair). I called them and they apologized for not clearly indicating that they'd had to delay the repair work and when they would next be out (Tuesday). On Tuesday they did the repair and although they expected and quoted having to replace the entire two story downspout, they were able to make the repair in a very localized way. This was a good thing except, again, the invoice they left claimed a two story downspout replacement performed at the full amount of their estimate. After an email exchange they again apologized saying that they intended to contact me about this and told me they would reduce the cost of the repair (from $110 to $50; the gutter cleaning was another $85). Overall I was very satisfied. Although I would have preferred less confusion along the way, they did good work at a good price while accommodating my rushed schedule and they quickly addressed the concerns I had.

The company was very responsive and work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Everything was cleaned up after they were finished. The work was completed in a professional manner.

The job was a rather bumpy experience, but ultimately I would use them again. I missed their estimator's first visit and when I called him on the phone for more information on their quote, he had to come back out to visit because his short-term memory failed him and he couldn't remember what the boxes on their form meant. So that wasted my time. And, he could have been more upfront about our old deck requiring two coats of stain for sure. We ultimately decided to use their services since they could box in our deck unlike other contractors, but we didn't use them for replacing boards because their quote for that was quite expensive. Their overall quote was competitive. The other main issue I had was that their first coat was very shoddily applied, with patches of wood showing through and poor coverage on edges. When I called to complain about the quality, though, they were very responsive. Their head painter came out to inspect the work (which was indeed sub-par) and they re-did that coat. Then we went ahead with a full second coat. I appreciated that I was able to change colors after that first bad job and generally Tom's professional handling of the situation. That first coat certainly wasn't what I had expected from a top-rated Angie's list company, but in the end they did right by me. Finally, the project did drag on for a long time, I felt, although some of that was due to sporadic rains.

They dropped varnish all over patio, there is celulance fiber on roof and new screen doors. They dripped the stain on the patio. I called them and told them this isn't acceptable, their field operation manager said they would make it right and they showed and fixed that problem but they have yet to come back and clean up the mess. I had to walk with them before I could let them go. They cleaned their brushes using paint thinner in my flower bed. There were language barriers that could have prevented some of the problems. The second guy was very good and helpful. I would use them again if they could guarantee me the second guy.

We payed them for a the job and then we wrote a letter saying we were not completely satisfied. They said they waited to make it right, so they came back and redid the job at no extra cost. After they did that, then it was excellent. I thought that was above and beyond what they had to do. I have recommended them to other people that needed deck work.

The owner was very nice. They came out when they were suppose to and they were very thorough. I had some questions about a stain when they were done and the owner came out and gave me some suggestions.

I requested an estimate via email and got a call the same day. Since I was a new homeowner, I gave them the address incorrectly, but still they contacted me promptly to come out for the estimate. The scheduling was good and the work was excellent. The work was done while I was away, an invoice was left for me just where they said it would be. They cleaned up after themselves very well, I had even left a pile of yard debris from my garden and they cleaned that up too! I was very pleased.

Called Company based on Angie's List recommendation. Got an estimator within 48hrs to do the deck work estimate. Got the estimate the same day. Called office to schedule first round of work (washing & brightening) Re-scheduled appointment to 3 days later and office was able to accommodate my request. On the day of the power wash, crew called 30min ahead of the appointment to tell me that their equipment was broken and that they needed to get back to Tigard to get replacement. I was upset since this completely threw my day's schedule as I had planned to goto work after the work and now their delay was going to cause me to skip the day's work. The first responders were not that helpful but Tom D, the owner, was apologetic for the delay and volunteered to cut the price as a way to make-up for missing the time window. Crew showed up 2hrs late than promised and started doing their work. Crew (2 men) worked non-stop to get the decks cleaned and took around 4hrs to get the job done. I called the office to schedule the next round of deck maintenance (staining) and specifying the color etc. Got an appointment quickly and the crew came out to do the staining. The upper deck was done well but there are some workmanship issues with the lower deck. Overall, satisfied experience and will not hesitate to call them again for other services.
