All Surface Cleaning Company

The company promptly responded and left no mess. The one area that was regularly overflowing has been resolved, but the dripping through the downspouts remains after the cleaning. A supervisor came over and offered a foam gutter guard solution that would probably work, but it is very expensive. He was very polite and helpful. I have not pursued the gutter guard at this time. The primary reason I gave a "B" rating is that my problem isn't solved, and there is a shade of doubt in my mind that a strong focus on the offending downspouts to make sure they were absolutely clean might not have been done.

They did a thorough job and it was easy to schedule. They did what they promised.

They have done a great job. I just call and schedule them; they call me back to confirm a day before the appointment. I don t need to be at home when they come; they just leave the invoice under the front door-mat. I have already used them 4 times and also recommended them to my neighbors. They are dependable and I m very satisfied with the work done.

This is the first time and only time we have had it cleaned without shaking its composition. They hand brushed and air-blew the loose debris and moss, cleaned and sliced the gutters and applied moss killer on the roof. They did a really nice job of cleaning the roof as there were chunks of moss lying all over the yard that was removed from our roof. They took special care to clean up our driveway and paddy hoe. There were 2 people who came out for the job; they also waited for it to dry after it was all cleaned. It was all done within 2 weeks.

It went well. I was not home why they did the job. The driveway, lawn, deck, etc were all clean when I got home. I think they must have vacuumed everything up from within the gutter or on the roof. They did wash my driveway down.

person who came for bid was knowledgeable about his field and explained things well. Even though they were not the least expensive, i could tell that they had good customer service and that their professional quality was there. They had to come back three times, each time because they wanted to make sure that they were doing a complete and quality job. The first comeback was because they had not finished the roof scraping; I was pleased to see that they did not replace quality with time efficiency. The second time, the foreman was concerned that my windows might leak (old house) and that the original bid for the Moss Protector might have too severe a chemical. He came back later with a well thought through plan and enough man power to assure a quality job. I had a concern about one spot on the roof which he addressed easily. I found this company a breath of fresh air in today's business climate. There is a 3 year guarantee on the product on the roof and I am hopeful that the good work quality/customer service is a company trademark.

Planning on using them in the future for roof cleaning. Fine service overall.

When the original estimator came out to give me a quote, he told me he had been in the business for 15 years. He was way off on the price. They came out and cleaned the roof, and put an application on. They couldn't do the shingles at that time due to weather. When the weather got nicer, I had to call them to see when they were going to come and do the work. Once they got there, they said that I needed a lot more work than what was estimated, and that the orignal quote was wrong. I really thought that was very unprofessional, so I decided against them doing the work. The owner reimbursed me for the money that I paid for the original cleaning and application, and I chose a different company. The quality of the work that they did do, was good. I would not use them in the future.

They came on a day that we were not home, and we hadn't yet turned water back on for our outside faucets. They did all they could, and when we got home the next day, they came promptly back and finished the job. So they had to make two trips, due to our not thinking to turn the water on. There was no complaint and no extra charge. They did a great job.

I ended up going with a company that I had already spoken with. I called these folks to get a sense of the relative market for gutter cleaning. I was pleased with the estimate. It came in at a competitive price and they divided the estimate between the house and garage as requested. I called on a Friday and I received an estimate in my mailbox on Monday. The office staff was courteous and professional. In the future, I will certainly give them a try. If I had not already started talking with a different company, I would have gone with All Surface instead. Oh, and it was a free estimate.

I thought the experience was relatively good. I wasn't there when they performed the work but the gutters seem clean so they did a good job. I thought what they charged me was reasonable. They finished the work in one day.

They follow OCEAN standard and do tie downs. Our previous person wasn't goign to do any of that and it was a little frightening.

They were wonderful. I had looked around at other companies for price and they were about half of what everyone else was. They had a really good scheduler. I was really impressed and they did a good job.

They're on time. They do what they say. They're reasonable. All the things you look for in a business. He's a very courteous owner and returns calls quickly. Usually within a day. Very reliable. They do quality work.

The job estimator came out promptly and educated me about my options, and gave me an accurate bid. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional. The start of the job was delayed by rain and a back order on the stain. However, once they started, the crew thoroughly stripped off the old finish down to bare wood, which took about a full day, then returned to apply two coats of semi-transparent stain. They worked into the early evening to get the job done. They even left me a 1/2 gallon of left over stain. The deck now looks brand new-a big improvement.

They were extremely thorough, clean and timely. They did an great job. I would recommend them.

We were very pleased with them. They are prompt and easy to get a hold of. They called and tell you when they are coming. They did clean-up, but we had to tell them they missed a place.

I have used this company before. I like that they warranty their work. They explain all of the procedures before work starts. I am willing to pay for the careful process that they use.

They are expensive and we had a few scheduling problems, but their work quality was good. They are willing to come back out if there were any issues and make things right.

They came out promptly and gave us a bid first. They were exactly on the nose from the view point of the bid. They were here for only about 45 minutes doing the job.

Great experience overall. Initial contact was on a Saturday and job was completed on Thursday. Set up appointment for an estimate. Estimator arrived on time within the 1 hour time frame given. Was told exactly what the job entailed and given a quote. Was contacted by the company the next day to set up the work time. Workers were punctual, courteous and professional.

Don't expect one-day service. When you call they will send a person to estimate the job and, if you agree, schedule the work. Obviously Fall is busy. They work quickly, efficiently and I found them to be professional and friendly to do business with.
