All Surface Cleaning Company

Called the service to arrange date for an estimate. Estimator was punctual and arrived at the agreed time. Felt that the estimate was a bit high, based on work done by a previous service provider, but the other service was booked for 3 weeks. The "team" arrived a bit early, which was good, and the work was done in 3 hours. The result was excellent, and looked cleaner than any previous service. The side of the house, and fence was left clean. Some water came underneath the front door and under the garage doors which had to be cleaned up by the homeowner. One small corner of the sidewalk was missed, but the section didn't have any moss or algae, so wasn't noticeable. Paid the estimated amount.

We have used them before and they are high priced. I'm pretty sure they sub contract their work out. I don't believe that All Surface Cleaning does their own work because there was a different name in the side of the truck that they came to gave me the bid. That was a concern and they were significantly higher, like almost double of what the other bidders were. It says that he has an estimator with All Surface but like I said there was a different name at the side of his truck other than All Surface. If I opted for the sanding it would have added to the price. I think they are too high priced. The estimator's professionalism certainly didn't stand out; he just wasn't very professional to me. My expectation was of a higher quality but the company that we went with, there is really no comparison. The first sheet that they gave us in the bid was that theirs was the No1 company. We have had them do work for us before which we thought was very high priced at that time which was about eight years ago.

There was some serious frustration, early on, since the estimator had promised to show up with the work crew and did not actually show up. I later learned that he had experienced some on-going car problems that had caused him to miss work for a couple of days. However, the 2-man crew that did show up were thoroughly experienced and performed all the services promised by the estimator in a fast and professional manner. All Surface is an all-around roof and gutter maintenance company that is quite reliable and reasonably-priced.

I called All Surface about clearing the unexpectedly heavy layer of moss that had accumulated on our garage during a very wet winter. Roger came by the house two days later and did a thorough examination of the garage roof, plus some other roof areas on our house that had similar (but less serious) moss growth and general winter debris. Roger was courteous and knowledgeable in answering my questions and emailed me his estimate later that day. The work was scheduled for the following week, but had to be squeezed in between intermittent rain showers -- after the cleanup work was done, the final moss prevention treatment was scheduled a week or so later when the weather cooperated and roof conditions were relatively dry. I was not required to be home when any of the work was done, and other than leaving instructions about access to different sides of the garage that bordered on neighbors' property, no participation or further consultation time on my part was needed. The results and work quality was very good, and the crew had no access problems with the neighbors and left the area in clean condition with no debris.

From the person who came out for the estimate to the gentleman who called to say the job was done, everyone was friendly and professional. We already planning on using them again this summer to clean off our patio.

Tony showed up on Monday morning, gave us an estimate and brought the crew three days later for the first phase. They hoped to finish the protective coat the next Monday, when the weather was more cooperative. We expect they did, but we left for Kauai on Sunday. I am confident that they did, or that they will do it when conditions allow. When and if we need the roof cleaned, they will have the job.

I have used them couple of times. They are very responsive to your quote. They don?t take forever and they do a good job. I did not interact with them much, but they were fine. I used to do this job earlier until I was not able to. I feel they were a little more pricy. I have used them three times so far and will continue to use them. I did not even call anybody else for a quote because I like them so much.

Everyone with the company, starting with Tom, were very friendly, efficient and professional. He answered all my questions honestly, which meant a lot to me. Scheduling for an estimate and installation went very smoothly. The staff always were very punctual for the appointments. I would highly recommend them. They even sent us a "thank you" note! I was so pleased with the whole experience, I felt like I should have sent them a note!

They came when they said they would and were on time. This month when the hard rains came, we realized that there was still over-flow from a gutter. We called them and they sent someone out the next day to take care of it, left a brief report of what happened and what they did, and didn't charge. We are pleased with their service and responsiveness.

They were thorough, professional and cleaned up well after they were finished. They guys came out very promptly to do an estimate for me. The workers did a good job. I thought the price was comparable.

They do a good job. They know what they are doing. They offer suggestions about what needs to be done. So far I have been happy with their suggestions and the work they do. They are nice folks and easy to work with. They are very polite and thorough. I will definitely hire them again.

They didn't do a very good job, and we had to have them come back out. There is already moss on the roof again. The application for the roof didn't work for even one winter. We have a warranty for a year, so we're having them come out and reapply the product. We haven't called them yet, because we're waiting for as much moss to build up as possible. They were expensive, but I'm not sure how their price compares with the market.

We ended up stopping the job and not completing something, so the price was less than the quote. They really tried to clean the gutter, but they took some of the paint off with the power washer, so they stopped right away. We decided to stop with the gutter cleaning, so they didn't charge me for that part. I appreciated their honesty, and I appreciated that they stopped. They were okay. The owner of the company was really friendly and customer-oriented. They explained to me how they usually do the job, so I decided to go with them. They seemed like a good company. The guy who gave the estimate wasn't very patient with me. The two workers that came out initially were okay. One was more experienced, and one was a bit newer.

I was impressed by the quality of work performed as well as the prompt response to my call. The crew of 2 called in reinforcements to complete the job by the end of the day. The cost was very reasonable considering the surface and pitch of the rooftops.

Everything went very smooth, I was very happy with the communication and the professionalism they showed throughout the service. The price is reasonable and they worked fast and well. I will surely use them again.

Very well-they came on time, and they were done in a timely manner. Very professional and efficient.

I was very pleased that they arrived when they said they would and cleaned up the gutter debris on the ground so thoroughly I never would have known they were there. They left the place better than they found it. I asked then to put down a can of moss cleaner that I provided and they did that as I requested. UPDATE FROM 2013: We have been using All Surface annually to clean our gutters and they consistently do a good job, and ALWAYS the grounds are much cleaner than they found them. I would use them for both gutters and pressure-cleaning. The only difficulty is that you must call them weeks ahead of time, since they are often booked up. For service in early December, I called iin late October.

All Surface sent an estimator out within a day or two of my calling for an appointment. Price quoted was better than what I had been quoted by another company. All Surface gave me a choice of what kind of moss deterent to use and clearly explained the difference in effectiveness and cost. The two-man crew showed up later as scheduled, worked quickly, and left the area around the house very tidy. They did a great job and I would hire them again.

They got the job done less than a week after the estimate. The roof looks brand new - they didn't miss a thing with the moss. They had included a gutter cleaning in the estimate but we have leaf screens on our gutters and didn't need that so they took off some money when they gave us the bill. The deck, which was grungy and slippery, also looks brand new. All the workers were professional and courteous. I had a few phone calls with Amy who works at the office and she was very responsive to my calls and questions.

Workmen arrived on time and showed us the replacement shingles they had brought along. Their explanation of what they intended to do was clear and understandable. They went quickly to work and completed the job in short order. After they left, we took some photographs of one of the repaired areas and e-mailed them to the estimator who had quoted the job. We asked him to call us with some explanations of how the repairs were going to assure that the leaks had been finally and completely fixed. We never got an explanation or any kind of response to our inquiry. That is why we gave them a "less than perfect" score on the overall job. However, as of yet we have had no further problems with a roof leak.

This is a very difficult job--high pointy roof,and inaccessible gutters. The roof was full of moss,and the gutters hadn't been cleaned in several years. They did a great job,and were very careful to leave my yard and patio spotless after the work was completed.

I called and left a mesage, my call was promptly returned. Adam (estimator) came out to our home the next day and quoted the gutter cleaning part. He was professional and friendly. Later that day, I realized All Surface also did power washing, so I called the office back and said I was interested in having a small patio and sidewalk power washed in addition to the gutter cleaning. The central office was friendly and promptly sent him out the following day. We called to schedule the work immediately and they explained their process. They call you the day before the work is to be completed. They did that and the crew showed up on time and they were friendly. The gutters were cleaned, but they came unprepared to make a small repair - it had been pointed out to the estimator AND the powerwasher did not work properly, so they could not complete the job at that time. We were initially told another crew would come out the same day to finish the job, but when I called 4 hours later to inquire - I was told that would not be possible. I was not pleased because we were scheduled for lawn service and window washing the next day. The patio furniture was left on the lawn - so the lawn maintenance was delayed and because the powerwasher was going to splash some of our windows, the window cleaner had to be re-scheduled as well. I spoke with the owner and expressed my disappointment regarding the whole mishap. He was polite, professional and apologized. When all was said and done, we were pleased with the quality of work and will consider hiring them again next year.

Estimate only. Didn't use their services - too expensive. Ended up cleaning the roof myself.

A professional company from start to finish. This was our second estimate on this project; the first company proposed washing the moss off the roof from a ladder (not getting up on the roof at all) & spraying water upward on the shakes. My husband is a builder/contractor & feels this method can force water up the shingles & break the seals. Bob from All Surface proposed hand brushing the moss off (with people on the roof) then spraying with moss killer/preventative. The estimate was $200.00 more than the other, but well worth it for the life of our roof. They came out about 2 weeks later & two guys got up there and started brushing, soon two more came and the job was finished in 4 hours. The crew was courteous, hard working & professional. After they brushed the moss they blew all the debris off, cleaned out the gutters, sprayed with the moss spray & left our patio and front porch cleaner than it was. We were definitely pleased with how smoothly the job was completed.
