Adam came out and gave me a quote. Was pretty thorough and answered my qs, even after he left. The office is responsive. The guys who came to clean were helpful pulling out some creepers to get to the deck. But, they were careless with my hammock and got it all wet. They could have asked me to move it given their experience with how much water was going to be sprayed. Overall a good experience.

Great experience from estimate to finish! I was out and came home to a deck that looked like new. They had even cleaned the hottub cover at the bottom of the deck stairs and that was an extra bonus (and no extra charge!). They thought it would take 2-3 weeks to get to our job, however two days after I told them to go ahead and schedule, they called and said they had an opening the next day - we cleared off the deck and it was done as expected. Even received a follow-up, hand-written thank you note in the mail. Could not be happier with this company.

They did a great job. It was the first time I had used them. They were timely, clean, and the price was good. I was also able to reschedule the appointment easily.

All Surface Cleaning does a good job with roof and gutter cleaning. They are prompt and courteous. We have used them in past for a smaller home with good results. Current work was done on new home with steep roof. Because of pitch of roof, the job took longer than estimated but they did not increase the price despite that. Several workmen hand brushed the composite shingles (avoiding damage from high powered pressure washers). Used CompGuard moss treatment which killed the moss (left roof with a mottled white appearance for a few months, but this was explained in advance). There has been some moss regrowth this year, but only in drainage path from gutters. The grounds clean-up was not spic-and-span, but was pretty good. One workman spilled gasoline from leaf-blower onto our doormat - owner immediately said we should replace at his cost (including shipping). Great communication through-out. I will use them again. CompGuard has 3 year warranty - will update post on this in future.

Because of the weather tood a little while to coordinate the date. They worked with me to get it done before our house was painted

I called the company for an estimate. Thety sent out Adam to price the project and within two hours he called back with the estimate. I told him to go ahead and do the job. He said the company would call the day before . The office called two weeks later and said they would be out the following morning. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwords, very professional.

They came out and gave me an estimate, and did exactly what they said they were going to do in a timely fashion and they did a good job.

Two and a half years later, my roof was leaking badly (this past winter), and this company came out and a new salesman told me an entire section of my roof should be removed and replaced, because the shingles in that area -- which had previously been examined by their first salesman and cleaned and treated -- were completely rotten. When I asked this new representative about the discrepancy in opinions, he informed me that the leaks were the result of a ?poor roof design? and to stop the leaks I would need to pay for the cost and installation of at least three to five bundles of shingles ($625.00 to $875.00) I am baffled as to why I wasn't informed of this 'poor roof design? in 2009. I have now had two other roofing companies come out to look at things, the leaks have been repaired and they have both confirmed that the entire area needed to be replaced back in 2009, as the shingles could not possibly have deteriorated like this in two years. (One described many of the cedar shingles in this area as spongy, and the other said they were completely rotten). Both told me I should never have done the cleaning and had been misled by this company, one implying that they were a cleaning company. One of the roofing contractors asked me, ?If you were a cleaning company, what would you rather do to a shingle? Clean it, or replace it? So I'm gullible and was obviously uninformed when they originally cleaned my roof, and hiring them was my mistake. But there is no question I was clearly and deliberately misled. I will admit that they did do a great job cleaning the roof -- but that's the only thing they did well.

Went great. All employees very friendly and professional. Office staff super nice and helpful. This is an extremely well run and well organized company. Roof looks great.

They did a good job. They came out to give me an estimate, and we discussed many options to how to take care of the problem. I thought that they had a fair price, and they did good work.

I am very pleased with the service (clean roof and gutters) that All Surface Cleaning provided. I asked them to call prior to arriving so that I could be present when they started to work. I received a phone call ~30 minutes prior to them arriving and I met them in person. I specifically went with All Surface Cleaning because they stated that they hand-brush roofs vs. just blowing off large chunks of debris. The crew spent a lot of time cleaning the roof and I am impressed that they were able to get the carpet moss off of the roof. I tried to hand brush it myself and it was very difficult, so I know how hard that they worked. I will definitely call All Surface Cleaning again when my roof needs another cleaning. They also did a good job cleaning my gutters as I had a clogged downspot and they were able to clear the stoppage.

They were wonderful, I was impressed with them, they guarantee it for 3 years, and they got back with me in the same day. They were very prompt, efficient, had a good guarantee, were absolutely polite, had a good followup, pleasant, and were very good.

All Surface Cleaning Company was wonderful. They cleaned up so well after themselves. I liked that they do not use a power washer on my tile, instead they use a brush and then blow the dirt off.

Though they don't usually do work on the East Side, they made an exception for us, which was greatly appreciated. Their price was fair. They did a nice job of cleaning off the moss from the roofs and cleaned the gutters of any debris caused by the work. They couldn't treat the roofs with anti-moss chemicals on the original day because of the rain, so they came back as soon as it stopped raining. We also liked that their moss treatment is guaranteed for three years.

Very great company. The estimator was right on. The crew arrived on time and did a very professional job. When I added some details, they gladly took care of it in a timely manner. It would have taken me quite some time to complete what they did. I very much appreciate the work completed and the manner in which it was done. I will surely have them back in the future, as needed. The communication to set up the appointment of clear and timely. The actual service happened sooner than estimated; a pleasant surprise and was done quickly and professionally. The pricing is a little higher than some of the services I have previously used (the cleaning was $380 but I have a very large roof area) and the downspout was $200; $50 to get a color other than white on the downspout. They were very thorough and cleaned a small roofed area that is hard to get to and usually overlooked by other vendors. The customer service, professionalism and follow up has been excellent.

Great. The crew worked very hard and did a thorough job. They were very nice. They left no trace of their being here - except of course the roof looked beautiful.

When I got home the roof was clean of moss and they left the backyard and the surrounding areas clean. I would definitely hire them again.

When I first contacted All Surface, I was overly sensitive to another $2000 blow-off-my-roof job. I was seriously considering having my roof pressure washed. Adam strongly recommended against power washing. He described their tile roof cleaning process, and recommended Tile Guard, to help eliminate moss build up. (It's guaranteed for three years.) After several conversations with Adam, I was pretty convinced that much of the organic material build up would still be on the roof after the cleaning, but that it would die and fall off over the next 6- to 8-months. Boy was I surprised after the cleaning. They did an awesome job brushing my roof. All of the crud I was concerned about was gone!

Fast, efficient service. Their estimator was available the day after I called. He showed up on time, gave me a quote on the spot with no pressure at all. They ordered the awning- which took exactly as long as they said it would take. They then scheduled a time to install, showed up on time and were fast. They gave us all the information we needed and left the place clean. Perfect.

All Surface notified my property manager in advance of when they were coming to the tenants could be notifed and keep me posted as well. I received a multi-dwelling discount for have several done on the same day. No extra charges were added on when I got the bill.
