The installation went smoothly despite the difficulties presented by retrofitting an old heating system in an old house. Steven who planned the job was thorough in examining all possible solutions to our heating problems. He was punctual and always clearly outlined what would be involved in each step of a difficult job. His crew was courteous and hardworking and cleaned up after themselves. They had to problem solve as they went and communicated with us at each step.

They did a really good job. There were two people altogether. The workers were great.

Their bid was very competitive. They showed up on time. They were professional while installing. They cleaned up when finished. Carl came back to inspect, answer any questions, and asked how it went. Excellent customer service through the whole process.

Technician from company did maintenance 0 found out parts needed replaced. Carl came out and we discussed options. Chose one that fit our need. He came out, did an excellent job, right on time, professional, explained workings of thermostat.

Corey, the salesman was on time, explained everything and was courteous. Eric was on time for the installation, was thorough and efficient.

Great. Carl Robbins sold and explained product. After installation he checked everything, demonstrated use and took care of permit and rebate request. Installer was professional and did a wonderful job working in really bad weather!

1. Installers arrived as scheduled. 2. Old Equipment was quickly removed. The work area was kept orderly. 3. New equipment was reinstalled and calibrated by the end of the day. 4. On day 2, Tech, John ran checks on all systems to insure they were properly calibrated and operating as designed. 5. All Mill Creek staff ; Sales (Cory) Installers, (Eric and David), Tech (John) and office staff were professional and personable. I am very pleased with Mill Creeks service.I think Mill Creek Heating treated me in an honest and forthright manner and I will continue to use them in the future.

I've been using them for years and has been very satisfied with them. They're really very nice and thorough. They explain everything and they really go above and beyond helping us older couple that had lost heat. They're very reliable, trustworthy, and honest.

They did a quick and good job, we had some atypical requests and needs and they worked with all of that.

Went very well, fellow got my stove working just fine. He had to do some minor repairs for corrosion. Very nice people.

The service technician arrived on time and quickly got started. The technician was professional and courteous despite having seen our unfinished business in the garage. We had questions about our home's efficiency in one area of the house and learned how the architecture itself was making an impact on room temperature changes. It's been great to have Mill Creek Heating on our side in making sure that our system is prepared for winter and in keeping track of our product registrations and warranties. We are very pleased with the heating and cooling system. Whether we need to cool the place down or warm the place up, getting the place to a comfortable temperature happens in less than five minutes and at a fraction of what we had been paying in the past!

The did a wonderful, neat job both inside and outside the house. They provided information about what they were going to do from the time we ordered the heat pump until the final walk through. They put booties on before entering the house and vacuumed up any mess they made in the house. When they left, the house looked like they hadn't even been here and the heat pump outside looks very neat. They put a nice thick pad under the heat pump too.

Excellent, everything was explained, they brought in heaters when the weather turned cold. They brought in extra crew to complete the job in the time frame quoted. When we have issues the following spring they sent someone out that same day the issue was diagnosed and we have not had any issues since. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Couldn't be happier, really. Emailed to schedule a quote, was called back quickly, scheduled in quickly. Doug came out, and was friendly, professional, and very helpful in answering my many questions. Listened to what I wanted/needed, gave us quotes for various levels of units, clearly answered my questions about the differences. Made it fairly easy to make a choice. In past years I had gotten multiple quotes but hadn't gone through with the job. I called Mill Creek as my husband had some work done by them at his business and was very pleased with the results. Knowing what to expect, more or less, their offerings were very comparable to what I'd gotten from elsewhere, and I really liked the brand of equipment they work with. When we were ready, they got us on the schedule quickly. The pair that came to do the install were awesome, did a very efficient, clean and quick job and were friendly to boot. The work looked really good, and the equipment did it's job... made our house freezing cold. Yeah!

Cori came out to house to do g note. Installed a week later. Walk thru done so after very friendly professional and quick service, we are very happy!

Our experience with Mill Creek Heating was outstanding! From the first phone call to request an estimate to the final inspection, this comjpany and their team did great work. Corey, who supplied the evaluation, the estimate and the final inspection is a friendly and knowledgable guy. Rachel, who coordinated the schedule, billing and payments was easy to work with. The installer, Salem, did a superb job - experienced, professional, cleaned up afterwards - we are very pleased with Mill Creek Heating! We recommend them to you!

It was a pretty extensive upgrade, new heat pump/ac, ducts and fan motor. The overall design seemed superior to the solutions offered by other companies. The crew was very professional and cleaned up the work site. Whole process took only a day and a half after the work was scheduled.

We were going on a winter vacation and wanted to make sure our 17-year-old Trane gas furnace was in good working condition for our housesitter. The company came out and inspected and "tuned up" our furnace and replaced the filter. We were fully expecting a sales pitch for a new furnace, but the technician said the unit was old, but still in good condition and should last a few more years. Because it was January, we didn't have our central air conditioning unit inspected, but will have them out as the weather warms up.

They did an excellent job. The tech was very experienced and the Air Conditioner does a great job.

We needed to replace an aging HVAC system, and I saw on the Internet that TRANE had a special program. We looked up Mill Creek Heating at the local home show and made an appointment for an estimate. They came out when they said they would, in fact they called me at work and confirmed their evening appointment. They started the work at the time established. The work took longer than anticipated due to the aging ducts under the house, which rather than repair needed 100% replacement. They were very honest in their explaining the replacement rather than the repair and the cost was reasonable. The staff that did the work were very professional and friendly. They worked under the house the better part of a week. They brought in 3 electric space heaters for us to use as our HVAC system was out of commission for the entire time of the work. The only thing I wish they would have advised us to do was to put something over the vents in our house, as when they removed the old ducting under the house all the dust filtered thru the vents in our home. Everything was covered with a fine layer of dust.
