We are very satisfied with the service rendered by Pete Romayor at our property at 14235 NW Harbor Lane, Portland , OR. Since we are out of state and communicating by email, I was anxious at first to get someone whom I just picked up from the internet. Without my asking for photos, Pete initially sent us the photos to show the initial stage of construction. When the work was finally completed , he was likewise ready to produce the completed photos which were very useful to us. We are giving him a 10.

Aloha Construction was very prompt and courteous. The work they did looks very professional. I will be using Aloha Construction for all my drywall needs in the future.

Working with Pete was amazing. His communication, work ethic, and quality were excellent and all at a reasonable cost. I had him do some finishing drywall work for me in a few rooms and asked him to also retro-fit some lights. Not only did he retrofit the lights but because they were not symetrical in the ceiling he rerouted them to ensure they looked much better. He even redid some of the drywall work I had done to ensure that the overall quality met his own expectations. He worked 9+ hours everyday (including weekends). I Look forward to an opportunity to work with Pete's someday in the future. I highly recommend him!

You can't go wrong hiring Pete Romayor and his Aloha Construction Services. He did an excellent job for a very reasonable price and finished on time. He removed 1500 sq. ft. of popcorn ceiling, re-textured, painted and left no mess behind. If you have a sheet rock project call Aloha Construction.

VERY professional and work he did is very, very well done . Pete is very easy to work with, he gives you a time line that will work with my busy days. When he tell you that he is going to do something he gets it done and on time. I told some friends about the work he is doing for me. And they wants his phone#. It is getting harder to find good contractors that are professional.

Great job. The ceiling looks better than when the house was new. He showed up on time - to the minute, worked very efficiently, and cleaned up great. When he was done there was not a sign that any major work had been done except for a professionally finished ceiling. I will use him again soon and any time I need drywall work done.
