They left me with a floor that started warping two months after they finished the project. It was really badly warping. They refused to fix the problem without charging me again. That was infuriating because I ended up using my tax refund to hire another contractor to do it. It is really irresponsible. This company probably has 15 sub contractors that work on the project. The sub contractors did a good job, except the one who did the floor. The rest of the project was fine. It is just that the man who owned the company got so weird when I asked him to fix the problem. He also overcharged. Every contractor I have had through there said that it was so outrageous. My issue is with the owner and his lack of responsibility for correcting the problem. The sub contractors that worked under him did fine. I heard from other people that he has done this before.
Description of Work: I used Restoration Professionals and Consultants for doing a double kitchen renovation because of a flood I had from my pipe.
