Kept his word on all aspects of the project, in spite of snow and unfavorable winter weather. Worked well with me on design specifics, tailoring as the job progressed. Did exactly as I wanted on design elements. I had put in one overriding demand--that the deck be as solid as if it were a concrete slab. It is. Very pleased with results, final product.

Easy to explore alternatives from my original idea resulting in something so much better; Phil added professional touches I never thought of. Philip's son, Chris, is extreamly capable. They also did another project I was going to attempt on my own, and glad I didn't have too.

Chris was on time and had excellent communication with me as well as doing excellent work and clean up. I had some loose boards on my exterior deck that were loose and Chris tightened them down for me,...and that had nothing to do with my project.

Chris was great! Did everything he said he would do, which you don't see much with companies these days. My project looks great and I'm very happy with how it turned out!

P&B installed a 400 sq.ft. deck is which all construction was firt rate. Quality materials was used as well. Acceptable clean up was performed to as the final step. Absolutely no issues.

I got a call from P&B Custom Woodwork the day after I sent my request ito Service Magic...Chris came out and gave me an estimate, he worked with me until he understood exactly what I wanted. We talked several times after I chose P&B and then he came out and did the work in one day. My ramp is wonderful...it is exactly what I wanted and needed. He also did some extra repairs I needed. He is very good, very professional and very helpful. I will use P&B with any home improvements I need or remodeling. I have already recommended them to friends.
