I pay $20 a month. If I want them to clean anything else, they will do so. I've asked them to do some things that are beyond the scope of their usual services and they have been accommodating about that. I am very happy with it and I will continue to use them.

The first experience was upsetting as they supposedly had sent three people out for two hours but I could not tell that anyone had even been there and the fridge for which I had paid extra had not been finished inside or out. When I completed a survey complaining about it I was called by someone identifying themselves as the quality control person who had been one of the three and she chewed me out for complaining. I then contacted the owner who sent a different person the next time who was brilliant and finished not only her own work but the work left undone in her alloted two hours. She is very pleasant and flexible as well. I requested that she be the only one ever sent again and have been pleased with her.

On time. In too big a hurry & money was not a huge issue. Missed a couple of things, minor, but be prepared to turn on the lights & point out. Rattled breakables. Overall, will use again with these caveats.

Excellent service after arriving 30 minutes late. They cleaned ceiling fans, vents, lights, dust bunnies, appliances, mopped, dusted every little thing thoroughly. Very impress with their work... got my home cleaner than even I can or any other maid service I've hired in the past. I highly recommend this company.

When they arrvied they worked from start to finish without stopping. They brought their own vaccum and other cleaning items. They did break one item but came right to me. The company stated they would pay for a replacement.

I thought the job was pretty fair, done quickly, and they were very polite. They will also give a better rate if I become a regular customer.

I have a disability so I can't clean the way I would like to and my husband works 2 jobs so he doesn't have the time. Maidpro has been great! I've used them almost 3 years now. Because of my disability, I've had to use maid services almost all my adult life and one thing that I've noticed is that employees seem to come and go. Just when you get comfortable with the person cleaning your home, the cleaner quits or gets fired and someone new comes out. Not with Maidpro. I've had the same cleaner every time for 3 years! For me, that means alot. If Maidpro can keep their staff happy and loyal, they must be a good company to work for. The quality of the cleaning is almost always top notch. The only reason I gave their pricing a B is that is their are companies in Tulsa that charge less, so if the cost is your main concern, there are other options, I'm sure you get what you pay for. All in all, Maidpro is a good company and I've been very satisfied.

Overall great job. There have been a few minor things missed at times which have been corrected. Have adjusted to our schedule when needed. Company always asks for feedback once cleaning has been performed. Would recommend. Hopefully service continues at the same level.

We really, really liked them. We put our house up for sale, so we stopped using them. They actually would do their checklist, which we really enjoyed. They used contractors for the window cleaning and they did a fantastic job.

Everything has gone well. They are here every time and they do a good job.

In the beginning there were communication problems, but they corrected that. Everything has been fine since then. They did a good job with the cleaning. I have been satisifed with there work.

So far, Maidpro has been very easy to deal with. They are very flexible in their schedules and their prices. They charge about $25 per hour and are usually here for about 2 1/2 hours. I am pleased with everything. I did not have any problems last time they came out. It was just like usual. They cleaned and left. They have never broken anything or destroyed anything for that matter.

Things went very well. I have used them bi-weekly since the original cleaning. The laborers are professional. They come in and get right to work. They're timely and know exactly what they want to accomplish during each cleaning.

THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDED FOR ME. THEY WERE ALSO VERY AFFORDABLE, THEIR PRICES WERE THE LOWEST OF ALL THE COMPANIES THAT I CALLED. THE CARPETS LOOKED VERY GOOD WHEN THEY FINISHED.

I HIRED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ADVERTISED WELL AND I WAS FAMILIAR WITH THEIR NAME. I USED THEM MANY TIMES. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK.
