It went well, they were on time and the only issue we had was a bit of a language barrier but we got through that okay.

They are very reasonable and they do a great job. They are a great buy for the money. I have had a few items broken.

They do a great job; I could not be happier. I started with a special price that they had; the initial cleaning was only $75. The person who does the cleaning is a whirlwind of activity. She takes about three to four hours and is very thorough. I have a cat and she gets all the cat hair off the furniture. She got the floors of the dining area of the kitchen white like they were supposed to be; they were pretty black because I have not given attention to them. She actually even folded up some of the stuff in my dresser and stored it better than what I was doing. She is super efficient.

She arrived on time (even though I did not); reviewed with me the work expected and then got to work. The work was done in less than the expected amount of time.

They have their own cleaning supplies. I am satisfied with them. They do everything that needs to be done, maybe not everything they mark on their paper.

They did a good job. They did what I requested.

After evaluating MaidPro (MP) on Angie's list, I used their (MP's on-line estimate questionnaire) and clearly answered their detailed questions about my service expectations and submitted it on Thursday, January 31st. There was an immediate autorespond e mail which let me know that my submission had been received, was being worked on and I would receive a call 'shortly'. They also provided a contact number in case I couldn't wait for a response. In less than two hours, I had a call from Diana at MP with a comprehensive response to my questions, along with an estimate for a weekly service. She outlined clearly all their terms and conditions and made sure I understood that the first service would be a top to bottom clean taking about 5 hours, with services after that lasting about 2 - 2.5 hours. She made clear that some things would be rotated through cleaning cycles, like nick knacks etc, which didn't require weekly cleaning. The regular price would be 119 per week, which was fine with me and their 5th service (Angie's list promotion) was free. The start date was set for the following week on Monday, Feb 4th. I elected to have the service person arrive between 11am and 4pm, instead of 8am - 1pm. Belem arrived early at 10.30am with enough time for me to walk her through the house and point everything out to her. She brought all her equipment with her and I needed to provide nothing. MP also uses eco-friendly and not abrasive cleaners, which suited us fine as we are eco-minded people ourselves and represent Shaklee household cleaning products which are all-natural and super concentrated so very little needs to be used. Belem went to work and we left her to her devices, once in a while watching to see how she cleaned and took care with our possessions. When she finished 5 hours later, she presented us with a 49 point cleaning checklist of what she had done, and invited me to check things over with her. I didn't need to. From seeing how she worked and the spot checking I did of things during her clean and after, I can only say that my wife and I were absolutely astounded at how clean the house looked! There was no spot that I could find that she hadn't dusted or cleaned, mopped or vacuumed. We have NEVER seen such a professional cleaning job done EVER! The service provided by MaidPro is exemplary, professional, timely, punctual, courteous, complete and most of all, in my opinion, reasonable! One thing to remember, and Diana was clear about this, as they respect the homeowner's privacy . . . remember to leave room doors open to rooms you want cleaned. They will not open e.g. clothes closet doors to clean, in case you have private stuff contained within.

Cleaning itself was fine. My problem is that they will not pin down their arrival time to something reasonable, like "between 1 and 2". In my case, they are supposed to arrive between 11 and 1, which is already too wide a window of time. The last time they arrived at 2:10. I tried calling the office at 1:15 and only got a voice mail. The cleaners called at 2:00 to say they would arrive shortly. I had been waiting since 11:00. I could have run errands and been back easily before 2pm. I would be satisfied with a call that morning to give me a closer estimate of arrival time that day. WHEN they arrive is not too important to me, if I just KNEW. I'm considering looking for another service, only because of arrival time problem. I also feel that the fee is a little too high for our small 3-bedroom home. It takes 2 cleaners 2 hours from start to finish. That's $30/hr per cleaner, which no doubt the cleaners do not get. But that seems like a pretty good profit margin for the business.

Laura asked me to look up Maid Pros on Angies List. I fwd'd info to her and she called. She was very pleased and has been using them on regular basis. She told me they get an A Plus!

The service was very good overall. The employee they sent out was excellent. She asked what we wanted done, then went ahead and didn’t stop until she left. She was really a hard worker, was pleasant, and did a great job!

Excellent. Best maid service I have used. Also bought the deal for my mom and her service was excellent too. Her apartment looked brand new. We would both use Maid Pro in the future. My only complaint is that it was a little bit difficult to communicate with the maid. She spoke very little English. The company was very responsive by phone and that was helpful.

They arrived on time and went right to work. They worked on the downstairs first and when finished went upstairs to do as much as possible in the 3 hours allotted. While dusting the ceiling fan in the upstairs hall, one of the girls accidentally broke the globe to the fan light. She reported this to me immediately. I was told to call the office to report the breakage , which I did. Their work was satisfactory although they missed dusting the headboard and ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Maid Pro sent me a check to replace the broken light globe.

I purchased a coupon for a 5-hour cleaning for $150 on Angie's list. Maidpro must have sent me the best member they had on staff because she was great! The whole house was sparkling when she was done. It was a great experience and I would definitely use Maidpro again.

Amazing!! Showed up on time and did what they said they would do!!! Some other companies should try this unique business model!! Have not pestered me with unwanted solicitations since, which is also nice. My wife and I will use this service bi-weekly once we finish a remodeling project.

It’s been a good experience, and their work is very good. They’ve been reliable and always show up on time. We’ve worked with the same maid for a couple of years now. We haven’t had any trouble with their services, and they’ve even gave us some good recommendations on other companies, such as window cleaning.

I called the day prior and Diana was able to reroute some jobs and place us first on the list for the next morning. We really appreciated her help. We had to leave credit card information on file to reserve the time slot. That did surprise me a little - could be due to the short notice. They arrived as promised and got immediately to work. Everything looked spic and span afterwards. All drawers, cabinets, linen closets, and pantry were spotless. We did not request an oven cleaning, thinking that it would be OK. I am not sure if that would have been an additional charge or if some different cleaners would have been required. That was a question that Diana asked. There was some confusion as to payment. I expected to receive a billing and made a payment upon completion of the services at the house. That was not done. I called on Monday and was told that it would just be charged to the credit card on file or they would take different card information and use. I don't know whether I just misunderstood their procedure or if that was not entirely communicated to me. We were pleased with the job that was done.

Moved into former rent house to prep it for sale, with the intent of living in while work done. Baths and kitchen were unusable. MaidPro crew did a great job.

MaidPro pulled us out of a bind - just in time for a family get-together of 13 people. We signed up for the bi-weekly cleaning.

Emailed the company through Angie's List. As advertised, they answered my email with a phone call within 24 hours. The representative went through a brief description of services and estimated price. Once she found out I lived in Sand Springs, she said she would have to talk with the owner to see if they would come out that far. She said that she would call me back with an answer. I never heard from them again. I can totally understand that it might not have been profitable for them to travel past a certain service area. However, once the rep said she would call me back with an answer, I expected to be called back.

Mary, with MaidPro, has been out to my house four times (once a week) and she is wonderful. She will also ask me if I need anything else prior to leaving, which is so nice.

Overall, the experience has been very good. They’re consistent and do a great job!

Maid Pro Tulsa does an excellent job. The house is clean and smells and feels great!

They go far and beyond out of their way to do a great job.

They clean my house every two weeks. They don’t do the windows and they have another company that does it. They did a really good job though they were kind of expensive. The window cleaning is expensive. So far they are pretty good. They missed a couple of spots of dusting the last time. The first time they came they were pretty good but the last time they missed a couple of things and so I got to see what they are going to do. I pay $180 and they do just the downstairs of my house. It is 3000 sq foot.

I would recommend them to others. I will continue to use them.
