These ladies are outstanding! I purchased an Angie's List special for five hours of cleaning. We had purchased a foreclosed home that was vacant for a long period, so I asked that they focus on the bathrooms and kitchen, and if there was time to clean the wood floors. They touched every surface of a 3300 sq ft house in 5 hours and did a fantastic job. I was thrilled! Will definitely be using this service again.

The young lady I spoke to said it would cost approximately $451 to clean my house once a month. I was shocked at this outrageous price. If I could afford that kind of money for housecleaning I could afford not to work outside the home and clean my house myself! So in spite of all the great reviews, I will have to go with another housecleaning service that is more reasonably priced.

It was great! I have concrete floors, so I requested that they use water & vinegar. They were very thorough. Since I've got a dog, I needed a deep cleaning to get rid of dust and dog hair.

The service was good but we were not there when they arrived.

We used them through a big deal on Angie's List. They did a great job. Their responsiveness was fine.

It went ok. 2 bathrooms and kitchen area looked good. The last bathroom didn't looked touched. They sat a paper on the counter and I was not told what to do with this sheet? If it was to tell me what they did or was I to sign and agree, it was never said.

She was really nice. My daughter-in-law is currently using her service.

House looks great, including the fridge. I didn't have contact with the cleaners, but the office contact was professional. An e-mail reminder the day before was a great touch. Nice to have confirmation that everything was on schedule.

They are pretty good. I have used them for about two years now. I have them once a month or sometimes a little bit more frequently. I have to remind them of things sometimes but they are very thorough overall. They are very nice and they work hard when they are here. It is a team of two that comes and they work for the entire time that they are here.

I have been very skeptical about having someone clean my house due to past experiences. In the past, I could always very easily find spots that were missed. I don't have that issue with MaidPro. They have been cleaning my house every two weeks for the past year and a half and I have been very pleased. I normally have the same person clean each week. At one point, they sent someone new that I didn't feel did as good of a job. I let MaidPro know and they immediately addressed the issue. I have been very pleased with the results. It is definitely money well spent!

I will not call for service again. I was disappointed since they had such a good rating.

The service turned out pretty well. They cleaned very well, but they did break something. They didn't tell me anything about it, they broke a case in the shower, and I found out about it later on.

I thought they were going to send two people but only one showed up. I thought they would do a deep clean but had some communication issue on what was actually to be done so had to speak to the main office. The girl did some of what was needed but then was not able to complete the other work in the 5 hour period so I bought another 5 hours (special deal) for a different day and that girl did a good job. They do well for surface cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, sinks, tubs, toilets) but, not the deep cleaning and did not mop. For what they did they did a good job.

Very satisfied. They cleaned the house, washed the dishes and organized. I would have liked the floors to have been cleaned more thoroughly but overall I think they did a good job.

My experience was wonderful. They did a great job and everything was really spotless.

I used Them Three weeks ago. They were excellent and they did a very thorough job. They cleaned the downstairs and did everything. They made sure that the windows and blinds were clean.

The price is based on the number of hours they work. They are efficient. They are a little over-pricey, but they are more reliable. They do a good quality job, and they are always on time.

We have used them extensively. The people who do the work are terrific, very good. I did sell my house and wanted it clean for the new owners and they screwed up the schedule and did not help me that way. But the people they employee to clean are great. They just made an administrative error and did not quite correct it. The last experience kind of killed it for me.

Susanna was excellent! I was pleased with how thorough she was and that she was patient with working around me. Having an immaculate home helps me to think more clearly and perform better at work. It was work every penny.

Asked them to clean switch plates, vacuum vents in bathroom, and clean shower door. To many other things they missed with regular cleaning, blinds, sink, ceiling fans. Very angry right now about cleaning. If you want a soft cloth wipe down this is the company for you. Don't expect them to apply any pressure getting up dirt or break a sweat.

Cleaning personnel arrived promptly and was very pleasant. Overall the house was clean, it just didn't smell clean-- like vacuuming with a dirty vacuum and left a weird smell in the house. Baseboards, ceiling fans and blinds were dusted, but still had a bit of dust on them. Was disappointed in the cleaning of my wood floors. Floors were damp mopped, but no runner rugs or small throw rugs were lifted, shook out or moved. When they left, I had to go back a re-vacuum all rugs as they still looked like they had lint and fuzz on them. Showers were supposed to be cleaned thoroughly and wiped down, but they did not even look like water had been run...maybe they were thoroughly dried off. But the floor, shower head etc was bone dry and overall did not look shiny. Items on counters were not moved, but wiped around. Gritty feeling under items when I moved them. This is the second time that I have used this service, the first time was excellent. This time, not so much. I will probably try them once again since it may just have been a bad team. I did let the company know and in all fairness to them, they are working with me on a future cleaning. I should have called earlier to voice my disappointment, because if a call is made right away to voice displeasure, they will return. Overall, the house did not really look or smell clean and shiny. :-(

I have used Maidpro for several months. I have had only one problem and they discounted the next visit and when they came back did a super job. I feel the office staff are very responsive to phone calls and customer service has been very good.
