Description of Work: They cleaned the entire downstairs area, including washing the kitchen floor, dusting the walls and base boards, deep-cleaning a bathroom shower that was seldom used and had grown some mold. They were very efficient and pleasant to be around. The house looked great when they left.

Hello there. You purchased a discounted 5 hour cleaning through a special we are running through Angie's List. After you called us to schedule, we discussed what you wanted done during the 5 hours we would be cleaning at your home. Your list of items that you wanted cleaned could not all be cleaned within the 5 hours you purchased, so we suggested purchasing additional time in order for us to clean all the areas you desired to have cleaned. You did not want to purchased additional time so we suggested that you call and speak with Angie's List about receiving a refund. It is our understanding that you received a refund. Thank you.

Description of Work: Everything as done how they list except the floors. They didn't do the floors at all. They ended upcoming back later that afternoon after I called them. It just didn't feel clean though. Nothing had that pop of really being clean. It still had a stale feeling.

Description of Work: I paid for 5 hours of work, which they divided up into 2.5 hrs w/ two people. In those 5 cumulative hours, although the areas cleaned were nice... They only cleaned 3 rooms... Not even 1500 sq. Feet of my 3600 sqare foot home. The cleaning quality was nice, but I've had house keepers clean my home in 3-4 hours with one person. My money was not well spent.
