Arrived on time and got to work.  Took longer than I thought it would but I probably didn't listen well when they told me estimate time to install.
Did a good job and cleaned up after themselves

Everything went well. They arrived when they said they would. Made
good measurements, offered a wide variety of tile samples and recommendations.
Tile arrived on time and i was able to install.
No surprises or hidden fees.

Byron was quick to come to my home and helped me narrow down my carpet style selection. Once I did that I had to pick a color and he helped with that too. He was very patient as I took carpet samples from room to room. I paid for my carpet and it arrived in just over a week. I had it installed a couple of days later, using an installer recommended by Byron. I paid for carpet installation directly to the installer at the price Byron quoted. This was a very easy process and I will recommend to my friends. A positive experience!

I liked the idea that this was an at home appointment. All the samples were brought to my house where I could see many colors/styles/brands in my home not just a few. The delivery of the carpet to my house was as planned. They did not install the carpet.
I am pleased with the quality and was pleased with the price. The salesman was knowledgable and helpful. The experience I had when making trips to several carpet showrooms made working with Carpet Direct and easy decision.

Great experience. Sales rep, Byron, was great. install great. Will do business again.. Only thing wish was better was clean up. Lots of staples and left over carpet shreds in every room. It just needed a light vacuum job, and lots of trash bags of carpet left on the curb. They said would pick up in the morning.

We had a cold water slab leak that required replacing the carpet in our 15 year old home. We decided that it was a great time to get the rest of the flooring replaced throughout the house. We called Carpet Direct from a recommendation from the company that handled the water damage remediation. We installed carpet and ceramic tile. The installers were efficeint and friendly. they were able to get the work done within my time frame with no complications.

BYRON CAME OVER BROUGHT SAMPLES. WE DID NOT HAVE TO GO OUT STORE TO STORE. THAT WAS REALLY NICE. HE HELPED US PICK THE BEST CARPET, AND COLOR. JUST TO BE SURE TOOK MY QUOTE TO A COUPLE OF STORES TO SEE IF WE WERE REALLY SAVING THE MONEY I THOUGHT WE WERE, AND YES! WE SAVED A LOT OF MONEY OVER WHAT THE SHOWROOM STORES WERE SELLING THE CARPET AND TILE. BOTH THE TILE AND CARPET INSTALLERS THEY RECOMMEND WERE EXCELLENT, DID BEAUTIFUL WORK AND i HAVE RECOMMENDED BOTH TO MY FRIENDS FOR WORK. THEY ALSO WERE A LOT CHEAPER THAN THE PRICING WE WERE GETTING FROM THE SHOWROOM STORES. I CANNOT TELL YOU WHAT A BEAUTIFUL JOB THEY DID ON THE BATH, AND THE INSTALL OF THE CARPET WAS DONE WITHOUT ANY OF MY BASEBOARDS NEEDING TO BE REPLACED OR REPAIRED (FIRST TIME THAT EVER HAPPENED) EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETED AS PROMISED, AND ALTHOUGH THE TILE TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN I EXPECTED TO INSTALL, I STILL COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY HAPPIER.

We really liked them. They did a really good job. We purchased the carpet through them, and then they recommended someone to actually do the labor. The people who did the labor did an excellent job. They are going to come give us a bid on putting in wood flooring in the next month.

They were awesome. I would definitely use them again. Mike Miles was very good about following up with me. He was very punctual. He was very thorough. He really listened to what we wanted. He gave us pro’s and con’s for each option and helped us make a decision. He was the coordinator for all the work that was done. They were all very punctual and professional. I would definitely recommend Mike Miles and this company.

Byron Mellon, broker, came to my home and discussed carpeting options and brought along some carpet samples.. He was very professional, listened and understood my wishes and provided information within that parameter. One thing I discovered on my own was that selecting carpet is not such an easy task. There are so many important variables and options available, it can get very confusing. I wanted to make the right choice so I tried very hard to educate myself as best as I could. I asked many questions of Byron and felt comfortable with the answers he provided. The price quote he gave for my choice of carpet was very reasonable, with substantial savings by ordering from the mill directly. I had two prior quotes from other companies. The cost of carpet and pad (materials only) had to be paid for at the time of placing the order. I asked for references which were provided.

Installation is a totally separate transaction and cost is not included in the above figure. Names of installers are provided and you deal with the installer directly for scheduling and payment. My installation went very well. The installer and helpers completed a big job, three bedrooms, hall and living area in one day and the bill was reasonable. A guarantee on labor was also given by my installer.

The carpet and pad were exactly as ordered and the finished product looks terrific. We have only enjoyed this carpet for a week or so at the time of this report, but we are very pleased with the way it looks and feels under our feet. Carpet Direct treated me very well throughout the entire process. Any and all calls with questions or concerns were responded to promptly. Customer service was excellent. We would definitely do business again with this company and without hesitation.

If you are considering purchasing carpet, you should give Carpet Direct a shot to earn your business. They made the process very easy and stress free. They should definitely be a top contender in this category.

Everything was perfect. Installation was done on time. Price quoted was about 2/3 of what store prices were.

Carpet Direct provided me with good services. I was pleased to have found a good company to do carpet work for me. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and I would tell others they are a reputable company.

THEY HAD LOTS OF DIFFERENT CARPET TO CHOOSE FROM AND THE STAFF ARE REALLY HELPFUL. THE CARPET WAS PUT IN WITH IN A DAY OR SO. IT COMPLIMENTS OUR WALLPAPER QUITE WELL.
