Erik himself never showed up. He answered the phone when I called, but his employee, Mike, was the one at our house for three days. They removed 90% of the plants inside the pond, which was about the only good thing they did. Then they changed the type of skimmer which changed the water level of the pond, but didn't explain that by changing the skimmer, there would be four to five inches of liner showing below the rock ledge. They did find the leak in the falls and repaired that, but now there are so many really big, heavy rocks over the bio filter that we can't clean it out ourselves. Also, they tore up the surrounding area and instead of making it look better, they just dumped a bunch of white rock over it and now I have weeds and plants growing up through them and an almost bigger mess than before I had them come out. Update: Erik has been out three times since the first work was done to rework what his employee did wrong.
Description of Work: Rework our water garden to clean out overgrowth and find a leak.
