It didn't go well. The installation wasn't up to code. They had to come back and make some changes. They were minor but it was still not a good experience.

Needed a new A/C on a Saturday after a month of intense heat. Everywhere else said not until Tuesday. I called and he was at the house less than two hours later. He fixed the problem and everything's running well. Reasonable price.

He was honest with me and saved me a lot of money. He actually trains other technicians. I would recommend him highly to anyone. If you want a top level technician, someone who is honest and reliable, hire David Doss.

I called my home warranty company and they referred a different company. I checked the list and the company had a very bad rating. I called the home warranty company back and they gave me a list of companies that I could use. I selected Always Air after checking them on Angie's List and the BBB. They called within 2 hours of the job being assigned, they came promptly the next day. The repair man was friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem as the thermostat and replaced the old one with a new digital thermostat. He also performed a visual check on my furnace and gave me advise on how to keep it running well. He was clean and cleaned up after the job. The furnace and thermostat have been working just fine. I would call them again and will definitely request them if I have to use my home warranty for heating or air. I d not know the actual price for the job as I paid them my $45 deductible and the warranty company paid the rest.

They did an incomplete job. They failed to detect a leak. They claim on website that they have 24 hour service and we had to wait 14 hours just to get a phone call on two different occasions. They are overprice and we would not recommend them under any circumstances.

"We were contracted through Member's home warranty company to service her air conditioner. Because of the home warranty rules, oftentimes customers must wait several hours between the time the diagnosis is made, and repairs are complete. This has everything to do with the home warranty company American Home Shield. Before any work can be completed, we must 1. Make the diagnosis, 2. Contact AHS, 3. Provide a description of the issue, 4. Provide a cost estimate of the needed repairs, 5. Wait for as many as several days before authorization is made, 6. Complete the work. It is always our intention to take care of our customers. We pride ourselves on making customers our #1 priority."
