Mr cartwright.i apologize for the inconvenience concerning not making it to your house on the scheduled day for the estimate.for the past 2 months things have been extremely difficult,we have experienced record breaking rains,and floodings.i had to leave and fly out to newyork to go see my mother who's 80 years old who's health is declining.i got back and I did call you,we rescheduled for wednsday the 14th at 9.00 am,because I couldnt make it that monday,i showed up at your house at 8.56 am and you were not home.i called you while in your drive way but you didnt answer.so I left the estimate in your mailbox.The weather this year has been the worst it's ever been and has complicated things for anyone in construction.i always do my best to take care of my customers,and sometimes we face situations that is out of our control.but I do communicate and do my best to work with homeowners if complications arise.Service Provider Response

mrs [removed member name]I apologize for any inconvienence I may have caused.i strive very hard for good reviews from customers who call for our services.at the time in question I called and explained my situation with our new born grandson.who happen to be born with a very rare disorder called trisomy 18.which is a very serious and sometimes fatal disorder in children.its a condition that none of us knew how to face.it consisted of many trips and long stays at childrens hospital in littlerock ark.many trips to Lowell ark.these are where all his specialist are.weve dealt with procedure after procedure,and surgeries for cleft pallet,throat and feeding tubes inserted into his intestins.reflux issues because he cant eat through his mouth.my wife also has missed many days at her job to make sure we made every appointment he had to make sure he was taken care of.so in his case whether its 2:00 in the afternoon or 2:00 in the morning and emergency hits we are loading up and racing to littlerock.because neither of the two hospitals here local have any idea on how to treat him.his condition takes a lot of attention and time and finances.i wish you would have waited to talk to me and ask why...instead of going on angieslist months later and leave a review for something that could of been explained without writing things about my business that ive worked hard on for years.i take pride in the work that I do and quality I provide.but sometimes life throws you a curve and though its something you didn't expect you learn to deal with what your given and make the best of what you have.to this very day we are making those hospital trips.but I will say ive done guttering for many years and have countless very happy customers but I will sell it all tomorrow if that is what I had to do to make sure my grandson or anyone in my family had situation that was detrimental to their health or quality of life.and yes I gave you a very good price because I did want to help you and not inflict more cost to you for the things you needed done to your home.i apologize again that I didn't get to do the work.but things came up unexpected that changes things in your life and until we adjust and try to figure it out sometimes it can be very trying.with that said all of my reviews are very good.the addresses and phone numbers are there call them and ask how well we do our jobs.
